The Mudkip looked at Marin, who had bombarded him with questions like a news reporter, as sweat rushed down his face the moment when he mentioned the last question. He stayed slient while he quietly cried, as he went into the bag, trying to get his thoughts together. He quietly said to Marin as babbles came out of his mouth, "M- M- Mud- Mudkip... Kip... Mudkip..."[Translation: P- P- Ple- Please don't tell them this... but those guards were something else... I had to knock them out since they tried to hurt me...] He attempted to wipe the tears off of his face, fearing that the others might laugh at him.

Marin slowly nodded his head and poured out his bottom lip as he heard Mudkip's excuse to dealing with the guards. "That seems...a pretty valid reason," Marin said as he smiled at Mudkip to reassure him that everything's okay. "So what's it going to be? Do you want me to escort you out of Lopya or do you want to join in on the investigation?" Marin asked Mudkip.

Yolie gave a giant smile, portraying her happiness and content with her journey so far. It was a stark contrast to the little ambition Yolie gave when she started her journey, and it was easy to tell.

"Hello there Professor. My journey is more or less difficult. I lost my first gym battle, helped stop team Rocket's Plans in Lopya Forest, and I started attending the Trainee's school in Grioru City!" Yolie was excited to recap the up's and downs of her journey. She was surprised how much she had been through in just three days.

"I even caught a few new Pokémon! But we came to you to talk about a Pokémon we found in Lopya Forest. It was a green bird Pokémon with a hood. It attacked Def!" Yolie exclaimed. She pulled out her Pokedex to show the Pokemon to Maple, but realised that she never scanned it.

"I completely forgot, I never scanned the Pokemon. However, Gym Leader Lenox is searching Lopya Forest for any other clues on the Pokemon's current whereabouts or origin. He calmly explained that he would video chat with you to provide further details on his findings."

"That's great that your journey hasn't been boring," Maple chuckled. "That's what a journey is all about. The joy and exhilaration of the highs and the struggles of the lows," Maple said to Yolie, kind of heart warmed at Yolie seems to be already growing up, despite it being like three days.

"That is strange...I also have been finding new Pokemon around these parts that we haven't seen yet. Here I even caught a couple," Maple said as she pulled out a Pokeball and sent out a Pikipek. A black and white bird Pokemon with a red coloured head, with a sharp long beak. Pikipek chirped and flew around Yolie's head before flying over to Maple and landing in her shoulder. Maple pulled another Pokeball and sent out another Pokemon. It was a purple looking crab with two long sharp spikes coming out of is head and two large boxing gloves for hands. It looked up at Yolie and smiled "Cra!". It then crawled over to Growlie and waved at him before waving at Def also. "Crabrawler," It said with a large smile. "They both seem to like you Yolie, hehe. This is Pikipek on my shoulder and this is Crabrawler," Maple said. Then it suddenly got cold and got slightly dim.

Maple looked at the sky with a concerned look, but then felt a snowflake land on her nose. Then more and more snow started to become visible and fall from the sky. They gracefully floated down and settled on the ground, rapidly turning the floor into a large white, snow blanket. "Wow, I've been working so much. I completely forgot about the fact that it's winter and almost Christmas," Maple chuckled as she brought up some food for Pikipek, and Pikipek happily accepting the food and eating it out of her hand.

"It does!" Def agreed about the diner having great food and laughed at the comment about the waitors.

Growlithe barked and puffed up her chest proudly as Yolie praised her, Growlie also showing his appreciation by giving one of Yolie's cheeks a big lick. "They both love you already," Def said and then noticed Maple. "Evening, professor. Hello, Stoutland, always good to see you," He said and rubbed the canines head. Growlie returned the hello-bark happily as did Growlithe, who was laying between Growlie's front paws for a rest. Phew, that was some run for the energetic pup.

"Yeah, thankfully Yolie heard it was dangerous and sent Growlie back to me. I sent her and him ahead with a man we found injured. At the time we assumed he was the strange pokemons trainer but turns out they had been attacked by it too. Though... It did seem to be glancing around a lot... I don't know if it had a trainer or accomplice nearby," Def said with a soft shrug. "Saved two guy's in one day, quite the hero, Yolie," He said and patted her shoulder.

Def was very impressed to see the new pokemon, "Wow, so it isn't just that rogue one we saw," He said, "Pikipek is very cute." As crabawler came over, Growlie gave a soft bark and nodded in hello to it and Def crouched down to get a closer look. "And you're pretty cute too, little dude," He said and put a hand out to see if it would be ok with him touching it before he would pat it's head. How awesome! "Glad these two don't want to kidnap me," Def joked and looked to the sky also. "Man, I didn't notice either... Well, the new trainers get to see Christmas Bloka style, especially all the Christmas lights."

"Oh! I scanned it but nothing came up, it did save a picture though, I think" Def said as he stood back up and dug out his pokegear to find the miscellaneous entry to show Maple. "Here it is, no information on it but I thought you or another professor might know. Me and Yolie think at least grass and based on the way it attacks perhaps psychic or ghost, just guessing though," He explained and handed the pokegear to her to look. "Despite it being so threatening, it was a very impreasive pokemon. Wouldn't mind one for myself... Minus the murderous intentions." Well, at least he can joke about the ordeal.

"Oh dear," Maple said with a worried look as Def explained what happened but tried to resist chuckling at Def making light of the situation. Maple took Def's Pokegear from Def and inspected the Pokemon. "Hm...That does look awfully familiar, hold on." Maple said as she pulled out her own Pokedex and started to flick through all of the entries to see if one fitted the picture.

"Well, you see, since the sudden appearance of all these Pokemon. I decided to request information about Pokemon from other regions to see if they fill any holes we have about out knowledge of these Pokemon. There's going to be an update very soon, possibly today or tomorrow. For the Pokedex that everyone has that lets everyone have the data they need for the new Pokemon." Maple explained as she continued searching.

Maple's eyes lit up as she found a contender of what the Pokemon could've been. "If this is the correct Pokemon, then the Pokemon that attacked you was a Decidueye. A grass and Ghost type," Maple said as she flipped around the Pokedex and held that and the Pokegear with the picture up, side by side showing the similarities of the two. "I wonder why it was so hostile. It doesn't say any information relating it to have such bad intentions," Maple said as she pondered in thought. "It must belong to someone...If that's the case...Do you know if the Pokemon was specifically targeting you or just wanted to attack anyone it saw?" Maple asked Def.

Def watched and listened as Maple tried to recall any information on the new pokemon. "Yes, that's it, it did say part of that name a lot," He said, leaning a bit closer to look at the data and picture of the newly-discovered pokemon. "It really doesn't..." He muttered aloud when she mentioned there was no information on them being naturally hostile. "Great, I look forward to that new data and it's great news about new pokemon in general," How exciting!

Maple's question did get Def thinking though, "I never thought of that..." He said and crossed his arms thoughtfully, "I'd like to say it wasn't targeting me, but... it didn't want Yolie to stay behind and wait with it. And it did seem overly pleased to have me trapped..." Well, this was troublesome new information. Was someone really targeting him? "Then I've no doubt it has a trainer, no wild pokemon acts like that. I was going to pay the injured guy a visit that Yolie and I helped, but now I feel it's more important that I do."

Professor Maple nervously chuckled. "I'm sure it's as bad as we're making it out to be. Sorry for bringing it up," Maple said trying to kill the tension and the possibility of something terrible at play. Professor Maple received a message on her Pokegear. She pulled it out and looked at what the reason of it going off. "Ah finally, the Pokedex should be ready for the new update now. So everyone can find data about the new Pokemon." Profesor Maple said with a huge smile. "Also, we should exchange Pokegear numbers," Profesor Maple gave Def and Yolie her number. "Be sure to hit me up whenever you need me. There's also these video chat things in Pokemon centers as wel, if you haven't noticed. I sure am impressed with how far technology has come now a days," Professor Maple said as she admired the falling snow.

Stoutland shook his body, waving his fur around. Shaking off all the snow that was settling on top of him. However, Crabrawler then started to immensely glow after some snowflakes landed on his head."Woah, that came out of no where," Maple said. as she lightly flinched at the sudden flash that emitted from Crabrawler.

"So these are new Pokémon? " Yolie stared at Pikipek as the pokemon flew around her in a jolly manner. Crabrawler introduced itself as well, and Yolie returned the gesture with a fair wave. She was ignorant to the fact that these were new Pokemon, since she didn't know that many Pokémon yet. They were all equally foreign to her. Her excitement was lacking, but she was happy when the first sight of snow came down.

"Wow! Tis the season. I need to buy some warm cloths for myself and my Pokemon." Yolie said with a shiver.

She remained quiet and watched the new Pokemon eat until she heard her name brought up in Def and Maple's conversation. She blushed with the praise she received from Def.

"Why yes. I just did what any good Samaritan would do. Uhm, What are friends for?"

Yolie grinned and folded her arms. Her Pokedex seemed to vibrate, signaling that it just finished an update. She took out her Pokegear and recorded Professor Maple's number for future reference. Suddenly, the Crabrawler's body began to glow. Yolie had never seen this before-was it amid an evolution?

"What's happening to your Pokemon, Professor? Is it OK?" Yolie scrambled her feet as she walked towards the glowing pokemon, pointing at it. She felt kind of stupid keeping her finger pointed at it, and admitted to herself it was awkward before dropping it.

"Don't worry Yolie, he's evolving. It must have reacted with the weather, causing it to evolve," Professor Maple Maple explained as the glowing grew more and more immense. The light gave way after a few seconds and what was left was a large, crab with hair covering its body, large round hands and blonde hair on the tip of his head. "Crabominable" It cheered when it finished evolving. "Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce to you, Crabminable," Maple csaid."Piki-Piki!" Pikipek started to cheer in celebration also. Stoutland howled at the sky adding on to the celebrations. "Oddish-odd!" Oddish started to jump up and down on top of Stoutland, also getting involved. "Wow, everybody is loving Crabominale's new look," Maple chuckled. "Try out the improved Pokedex, Yolie." Maple suggested.

Def smiled and shook his head dismissively, "Don't apologise, it's not something I would have thought of and I best be prepared." And here he thought his days of living on the edge of danger were over. When the update was confirmed he would look up Decidueye on his pokegear to have a good read, thinking he should learn what he can about it for future reference. "So it's a fully evolved pokemon..." He muttered thoughtfully to himself, not surprised given how strong the thing was. Now he had to see if he could find the first stage, if he could be sure what it looked like. He could always look that up. Before that though, he happily registered Maple's number and gave her his.

The sudden glow was unexpected and Def watched curiously as Crabawler evolved, chuckling quietly when Yolie seemed so bewildered by it. Meeting new pokemon and even getting to see one evolve, what an eventful day! "Ha! Check you out, tough guy," Def said to the newly evolved Crabominable. Growlie couldn't help but join in with a small howl too along with Stoutland and Growlithe gave a few barks. Having their own mini party over here.

"It's been a long time since I've came across pokemon I've never seen before, I'm looking forward to discovering more."

Marin thought that he should probably heal his Pokemon before doing anything else since they just had an intense and heated battle with Marge. Mari reached into his bag despite Mudkip was getting comfortable inside of it. "Sorry, Mudkip. Just trying to get a potion...Ah, here it is," Marin said as he pulled out the potion and sprayed Rory and Jaw. "Bun!" Rory cried as he flinched and jumped back as the potion seemed to have stung him as he got sprayed on. Rory rubbed his arm a bit as that was where it got sprayed. "Don't worry Rory, the pain will go away in a minute," Marin said. Marin then put no his backpack and stood up, mentally preparing himself and thinking of strategies for the infiltrating the behind of the scenes of the Pokemon Center. "You okay Mudkip? You comfortable?" Marin asked Mudkip as he looked over his shoulder at Mudkip. Marin left the bag open but zipped it up a tiny bit so the bag won't just be wide open, but open enough for Mudkip to poke his head out.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Meanwhile, back at Quinten City. "It seems the world of Pokemon still has surprises, no matter how much you know," Maple said with a smile. "So is there that you need help with then, friends?" Maple asked Def and Yolie.

Quick to bring out her Pokedex, Yolie scanned the newly evolved pokemon and brought up additional information. She read it outloud.

"It just throws punches indiscriminately. In times of desperation, it can lop off its own pincers and fire them like rockets." Yolie snapped shut her Pokedex when she finished reading it. "Yep Professor! Update works. And the interface looks a bit cleaner too"

It seemed like all of the nearby Pokemon were celebrating. Yolie released her three Pokemon, to have a gander at the snow. Eve flew around Prima to inspect the new member of the team without a distraction. Knope fell backwards into the snow and began flailing his arms to make very disoriented snow angels. Once he got too cold, he ran towards Growlie to give her a hug in hopes of warming up.

"I just came to give Def some emotional support..." Yolie held a serious complexion, before snickering. Her face escaped into a jeer.

"I kid! So far, I've had plenty of fun with Def and his Pokemon. But I do have to get back to Grioru. I have a gym battle to win!"

The Mudkip nodded at Marin, as he quietly said to him while he scrolled throughout his pictures he took in the Pokémon Center, "Mudkip..." [Translation: Uhh I'm alright here...] His body shook the moment when he saw a particular photo, as he quickly zoomed in while he saw all the strange tools and other things that frightened him. He quietly opened up his notepad, as he typed up a few lines of code to get past his password lock that he had set up.

He tapped on one of his recent memos, as it read, "Today I had just barely escaped out of the dreaded Pokémon Center... there was some pretty vile things that even the stout didn't want in their eyes. I was shocked when I actually found out the truth, the real, horrid, legitimate truth on what the staff are now doing. It's pretty disgusting I must say, as they're using it on the others in an attempt to make their own dough and then do who knows what in there. I have no words for this, as I... a human Pokémon... I guess you can say, had just finally found out the truth. Now I just need a way to reveal it to the common without consciousness. If anyone discovers my phone and manages to disarm the security, well all I can say is... spread the word."

"I was just down here to get inspiration for some music, and I needed to ask someone if there was a place to sit down, and he was the one I ended up asking."

"Interesting. Stay put for now, but get ready to move at a moments notice."
"Now! Up through the middle!" Ailie shouted, hoping her snow princess would hear her.
Just then, a shining blue blast burst from the top of the mound, scoring a super-effective hit on Lenox's Rhyhorn in what can only be described as a snowy Flare Blitz, whilst digging in a spiral near-ensured Ailie's victory.
"No! Rhyhorn!" Lenox shouted. "Damn! He's unable to battle. You win the Grioru gym badge." Lenox said, as he walked over to where Ailie was standing and handed her the badge.
"Wow. I didn't think your Rhyhorn would faint from that alone. I thought I would have to utilize the way Weiss dug to win."

"Okay, I guess we should head off to the Pokemon Center remain hidden Mudkip until we're in the clear." Marin said before walking towards the Pokemon Center. Rory and Asura walked beside Marin unsure of what they are getting themselves into. Marin stopped as he looked at the egg incubator in his hand. "Umm...I'm going to need to keep this somewhere. It will be hard being stealthy when carrying this everywhere," Marin said aloud. Marin then pondered in thought on what to do.

"Well, that's great that your friends, and good luck on your gym battle. I have something I need to attend to. So I'll see you whenever remember to call me if you need anything, bye." Maple said as she started to walk back to her gym. Stoutland stopped howling and gave one last joyful bark to everyone before turning around to follow Maple. However, Stoutland sharply turned back around and ran at Def, before licking his face and running back to Maple. Oddish struggled to remain on Soutland's back as Stoutland quickly accelerated and turned. Pikipek flew around Eve and Prima. "Pikipek!" It chirped to them before flying past Maple and headed to the Lab also. However, Crabominable seemed to prefer to stay and start to build a mini snowman in the snow next to Knope. Crabominable noticed Knope making a snow...Trubbish I guess on the floor and Crabominable chuckled at the sight of the playful poison type.

The pokeball started shaking... Azure felt as if it was an eternity. He waited, and it stopped shaking, as it made a clicking sound. "Hm....." "Cyn!" Yyyyeaaaahhhh! I caught an Oricorio!" He shouted. "Cyndaquil, let's go, to the next gym!" "Cyndaaa!" He reacted. And thus thay started walking towards Lopya again.

In front of where Azure was heading a couple Bidoof ran past them and looked at them. "Bi! Bidoof!!" One of them exclaimed in terror at Azure, as if it tried to warn them of something, before running off again. The was some crashing coming from where the Bidoof ran from, there was also some faint tremors that could be felt coming from the same direction too.

"Eevee!"(Of course!)Haun said as she started to dance! Then Kat started to tap dance as well!
"Hey, Kat is right, you know!"Said Soras, who stood in the corner,
"Brother!"Kat Shouted with Joy.

"Oh, you've been very helpful, thank you professor. We got more information than expected," Def said. He smirked as Yolie couldn't keep her joke going, he did like a sense of humour!

"That's right, you do owe Lenox an ass kicking. We can get going." He didn't expect Stoutland to run back and lick his face but he laughed, "Thank you, Stoutland," He said and wiped his face with his sleeve.

"Well, guess we can get going when they finish their snowman," Def said and grinned as he watched the pokemon playing. Growlithe barked and scratched at Def's leg before jumping away a few steps and doing a play-bow. "Oooh, you remember the snow game," Def said and looked at Yolie, "Here, watch this."
He scooped up some snow to make a snowball and threw it, Growlithe sprinting in the direction of it. When it landed and became one with the snow again she stared at the ground and started turning to look around as if confused on where it went. She looked back at Def who couldn't help but laugh, the little Growlithe bounding back over for him to throw it again.

"Sure. Oh, Ailie's done." Findlay commented as his sister bounced over in his direction exitedly.
"IWONIWONIWON!" Ailie squealed. "IWO- Who's that?"
"This is Soras's sister, and i'm sure she can introduce herself. Oh hi Soras."

"Hi, My name is Kat!And this my partner, Haun!"
"Eeve!"Said Haun before looking at Wiess in awe
"Hey, Findlay and Aillie!Nice work Aillie!"Soras exclaimed
"Ohhh, I know, since there is four of us, and I heard of a tradition, let's have a double battle!Me and Soras vs Aillie and Findlay!"
"Good idea sis!"

Marin then pondered whether it was even a good idea and if it was something way out of his depth. Marin sighed after staring at the egg for a moment and turned to his Pokemon. "You know what guys, never mind. If it is something as big as we're theorizing, then we're not cut out for doing anything about it," Marin explained. Asura and Rory just simply agreed since they weren't even sure what was happening in the first place. Marin walked over to a bench that wasn't far from the Lopya gym. Marin placed the egg incubator in between his legs and the bag containing Mudkip, to the left of him.

Asura jumped up onto the bench and walked over to Marin, snuggled up and curled up on Marin's lap. Rory also leaped onto the bench and sat down to the right of Marin, sitting on his hind and faced forwards like Marin. Asura drifted off to sleep as her leaf neatly fit on her head as she quietly snored. Marin fiddled with the Lopya Gym Badge in his fingers and stared at it for a while. Rory struggled to keep his eyes open as they frequently flickered and eventually closed. Rory the leaned to his left and fell on Marin, falling asleep with his head leaning against Marin's side.

The badge then reminded him of Yolie being so upset after her loss against Lenox. Marin then started to wonder what Yolie was up to at this moment. Then Def popped into his mind also. Marin decided to pull out his Pokegear with care, trying to not do any sudden movements that might wake up Rory and Asura. He started to compose a message for Yolie on his Pokegear. "Hey Yolie, I hope you're doing okay. I was wondering if you beat Lenox yet, and was also curious on how you found studying at the Pokemon School. Just checking up - Marin" Marin then started to message Def after sending the message to Yolie. "Hey Def, how have you been? What have you been up to? I was just checking up on you since it's been a day or o since we've seen each other. Also, how's Blitzle? That whole commotion when we met Blitzle was crazy, XD. I've just got my second gym badge at the Lopya Gym. It was really tough, but Rory managed to pull through in the end, Hope you're well - Marin"

Marin spent a while trying to expertly create an ideal casual message to both Yolie and Def. As he pressed send on Def's message, he felt something cold on his nose. Marin felt a slight cold breeze as he raised his head to see the ground around him to be covered in, what looked like white fluff. Marin was completely oblivious to the fact that it snowed.

Knope noticed the Crabominoble laughing. He jumped out of his snow angel and looked back at it. He held his rubbed the back of his head and pointed at his misproduct, and belched a loud laugh. He found his 'art quite funny as well.

Eve and Prima looked towards Pikipek as it flew away. It was quite the speedy pokemon. Prima snuck a tongue out at Eve as she was distraced, but as the naughty ghost type turned back around, Prima seemed to create an entirely innocent appearance. Eve felt uneasy about ever messing with Prima, so he decided to venture towards Growlithe, and hovered above her while she wondered where the snow ball went. Knope dissapeared within the snow where the snow ball "dissapeared" and from under the snow, created a moving face within the snow. The snow moved with the ghosts facial expressions, and The face gave a hardy laugh.

"Eve! Don't pick on youngsters. I will admit, that is pretty eerie."

Yolie knodded at Def, who was soon engaged by the Stoutland.

"Indeed. I desire a new pair of shoes! I believe the saying goes like that... Well, if the shoe fits! Come on guys!"

Yolie called her Pokemon and Eve and Prima were quick to return to their Pokeballs. Knope walked up to Yolie, but not before grabbing a piece of snow from around his snow Angel, and padding it neatly into the snow man. He waved bye to Crabominable, gave Yolie a hug on her leg.

"Hmm? You are making my leg cold! But I love you too, buddy." She smiled. "Return."

Knope returned into his Pokeball. Yolie placed her Pokemon into her satchel, and walked up to Growlie.

"Alright Def, I'm ready when you are."

Yolie felt her Pokegear vibrate and was quick to pull it out.

"Its Marin! Aww, how cute! He is checking up on me!"

Yolie flawlessly texted back: aww! You are concerned! I'm doing great. I will be getting my badge soon! Who knows, I should be at Lopya by tmrw! Don't wait up for me, I'm sure you are doing pretty well yourself! But wait till you hear about my latest endeavor with Def.

Jaw sighed as Stick and the others started to run off, Jumping into a tree and hiding, Jaw noticed the Snow and looked at the tree, All of the pokemon were well covered in the tree, He noticed that Torchic stayed with Jaw and watched Marin "Torchic (Interesting)" He said, Watching Marin

Jack returned his Charmeleon and ran, Dodging Team Skulls pokemons attack and running out of Tomb city, He jumped on to his Honchkrow and flew to Lopya City, He landed and walked into the pokemon center, Healing his pokemon and walking out, He sat down on a bench and sent out his Sylveon "Im really tired... Lets take a break here..." Jack sighed as he looked at a trainer next to a Totodile and Torchic "Weird..." He said as he continued to sit down and pat his Sylveon...

"Well, it depends on how many Pokemon you have. A double battle requires at least two Pokemon." Findlay said.
"And both of us have three!" Ailie pointed out. "Oh, nice Eevee by the way."
Sylvia, who had been patiently waiting, turned to Haun and asked "(How strong are you?)"

Growlithe watched the ghost pokemon and tilted her head when it vanished. As the snow changed to a face she continued to tilt her head side to side, trying to comprehend what was happening. Thankfully -and not surprisingly - it didn't startle her and she reacted with a bark and pounced on it. Def laughed, "At least Eve didn't get the reaction she expected."

"Right, let's get going. Come, Growlithe!" He called to the puppy who came bounding back over to return to her pokeball. His pokegear also vibrated and he took his out to read it, "Oh, he's text me too," He said as he typed out his reply.

'Doing well! That's great to hear you have two badges, you've certainly been busy, congratulations. I'm missing Rory and Asura. Blitzle is doing well, been letting her hang around outside her pokeball when I can so we can bond. We really do need to catch up, I'm with Yolie currently and about to take her to Lenox's gym, she owes him an ass kicking! I'll fill you in on the adventure we had when I see you. I've somewhere I need to be after I drop Yolie off but if it's not too late I'll find out where you are.'

"Going to be some story to tell Marin, huh?" Def smiled and offered Yolie a boost up on to Growlie. Once she was safely on they'd head off for Grioru.

"Awesome. Wish you luck on the gym battle. I'm expecting you to catch up to me soon, haha," Marin replied to Yolie.

"That's great to hear. Asura and Rory are missing you just as much, they're both having a nap at the moment. Here I'll send you a pic of Asura.

Yeah, I would love to catch up. I'm currently next to the Pokemon gym in Lopya City. On the bench opposite. I'm curious as to what this little adventure was now since Yolie mentioned it too. I'm excited now. XD See ya soon," Marin finished his message and sent the message to Def.

Marin placed his Pokegear in his pocket and looked back up. He noticed something orange in the corner of his eye, he turned to see the Torchic from Jaw's group still here. Marin briefly looked around to see where the others went but they were gone. "Um...Hey, where did the others go?" Marin asked, curious as to why Torchic was left by itself.

Marin's glanced over at a trainer who also sat at a bench with a Sylveon. Marin smiled and nodded his head at the trainer, just to signal a hello.

After Yolie safely climbed aboard Growlie, she thanked Def, and the group went on their way.

"Whippie!" Yelled Yolie, as the party swiftly and safely travelled on Arcanine-back. Yolie felt pretty warm despite the snow-it must have been heat emanating from the motherly fire-type.

The group made it back to Grioru City after some time. Yolie asked to stop directly in front of the gym.

"Thank you for the ride Def. Will you stay and watch?" Yolie carried a serious face. She didn't seem to mind if Def had to leave. "You've done quite enough as it is. And, I have a good feeling about this one."

(( @Gpig5 hahaha! love the 'pic of Asura'))

'Awesome, I will be headed to Lopya at some point, I'll catch up with you asap. Love the pic of Asura!' Def responded to Marin's text before putting the pokegear away and off they went.

"Anytime," Def said and climbed down from Growlie. "I'd like to watch, I was unsure to ask in case you felt pressured having someone watch." He pet at Growlie before returning him to his pokeball for a good rest, "You've sure earned a long rest Growlie," He said as he put the pokeball away. "Well then, let's show Lenox how wrong he is about you."

"Wow!Thanks big Brother!"
"Eev!"Haun said to the other eevee(I am stronger than I look!)
"Your welcome, sister, alright, to the battlefield!"
"See you there!"She said, then thought"Time to dance, haun!"

Marin read Def's message and thought to himself. "It seems that Def will be a little while...So what am I going to do until then?" Marin looked around for inspiration and noticed a sign that had a large red cross painted over the top of it. Marin got curious and got up to inspect what it said. Marin slightly chipped off the red paint to make the words behind it possible to read. "Tomb City...hmm. Wonder what's in here," Marin thought as he walked back to the bench. Asura and Rory felt Marin's presence to be absent for a brief moment as they woke up again to Marin walking back to them. They both stretched and yawned respectfully as they woke themselves up.

"We're going to go exploring guys, let's go," Marin said as he picked up the backpack containing Mudkip, putting it on his back and picking up the egg incubator. Rory and Asura were unsure of what was happening so they simply looked at each other with confusion and just blindly followed Marin. Marin walked past the strange sign and walked down the abandoned path. The group seemed to get shudders and shivers as they got deeper and deeper into the spontaneous, thick fog.

Jaw and Torchic continued to follow Marin, Both not scared of the road
"Totodile... (So.... why are you following us?)" Jaw asked, Putting his arm over Torchic
"Torchic (Stick asked me to follow you)" Torchic said, Using Ember in the sky
"Totodile (Alright, Just don't try to get captu- Maybe Marin could catch you for the time being.....)" Totodile said, Noticing a tiny Pokemon bag, He ran and grabbed it, Putting it on his back and jumping onto Marins bag, He scurried through the bag, Trying not to hit the Mudkip until he found a Pokeball, He grabbed it and jumped down, Clicking it on Torchics head, Capturing it

Jack walked back into the gym with his Sylveon behind him, He noticed Will and walked up to him
"We never finished our battle, Want a rematch?" Jack asked, His Sylveon holding his hand tightly

Jess, Finally out of Lopya forest walked into Lopya city, Amazed at its looks
"Im gonna go battle the Gym!" She yelled, Running to the gym with her Riolu Croagunk and Tyrouge running behind her

Marin felt something jump into his bag, but he assumed that it was Mudkip moving around so he just ignored it. However, it followed with some strange noises coming from behind him. Marin was alerted and turned around to see what was the source of the sound and he saw the Torchic going inside the Pokeball. Marin froze and blankly stared at Totodile as he tried to process what he just witnessed. Asura and Rory turned and witnessed the same thing and copied Marin's reaction to the thing they witnessed. After a moment, Marin eventually found some words to say. "Did you...just...Was that with my Pokeball?" Marin asked a bit shocked as it was a bit out of the blue and usually Marin is aware of when he's catching a Pokemon. Asura and Rory looked up at Marin with worried looks, as they started to think that this was the first time that they will see Marin get mad.

"Totodile..... (Umm... No? I found it in this bag!)" Jaw said, Gesturing to the bag, He was completely scared until he heard Chespin running at Marin
"CHESPIN! (YOUR NOT HURTING MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!)" He yelled, using Vine Whip on Marin
"Totodile! (Thanks!)" Jaw yelled as he sent out Torchic and started to run, Jumping on Torchic who used Agility, Chespin stopped and caught up, He jumped on Torchic as well and they arrived at the Ninja base, All three of them looked to Oshawott, Stick and Rowlet
"Treecko!? (What did you do!?)" Stick yelled, Thinking they blew up a Pokemon center
"Chespin! (Jaw's trainer was about to hurt Jaw!)" Chespin yelled, Pointing to Jaw
"Torchic! (And he caught me!)" Torchic said, Pointing to the Pokeball Jaw was holding
"Treecko... (I have an idea of how to travel with Jaw!)" Stick yelled, Bringing out three pokeballs
"Treecko (Catch us)" Stick said, Handing Jaw the pokeballs, Jaw caught Chespin, Oshawott and Stick and sent out Torchic
"Totodile (Agility)" He said, Jumping on Torchic, Arriving back at Marin
"Totodile! (Hi im back! PLEASE DONT HURT ME!)" Jaw yelled as he realised the mistake he made of returning...

Marin cried in pain as he got hit by Chespin's vines. "AH! What the-" Marin exclaimed as he saw Jaw's group again. Marin spectated their little talk and noticed Rory's and Asura's worried looks. Marin was rather sad at everyone thinking that Marin was about to get angry. He noticed Jaw returning with Torchic and felt bad for giving off the impression that he was going to get angry. "I'm sorry, Jaw. I wasn't angry, I was just...surprised," Marin said. Then Marin squinted his eyes as he realised something. "Did...Did you just catch everyone else in Pokeballs as well?" Marin asked. "That gives me more than six Pokemon, Jaw! I can't carry that many Pokemon at a time!" Marin exclaimed.

"This isn't the way if your friends want to travel as well," Marin said as he put his hands on his waist.

Cheri headed back to into Grioru City with her new Pokémon by her side. Roto and Spirit were floating above Cheri's head while Mimi, her Mimikyu, walked alongside her. Mimi stayed rather close to Cheri as it was pretty scared of the city. It was used to the dark, quite forest, which was the exact opposite of this foreign place. Cheri had given Mimi some berries earlier, recovering some of its energy, and to help Mimi trust her some more. As they wandered through the city, the four of them ended up walking back towards the gym. Unknowingly, an acquaintance was standing in front of the gym with some guy that Cheri had never seen before. Cheri, upon seeing the familiar face, picked up her pace, hoping to catch her before they went into the gym.

She was a bit out of breath as she came up to Yolie and the stranger. "Hey Yolie," she paused a moment to catch her breath. "You planning on challenging the gym?"

Inside the Pokémon Center of Grioru City, Alan was sitting at a table and staring out one of the windows. On the table was the envelope he was handed earlier. It puzzled him immensely, but not as much as the person who had given it to him. How did they know who he was? Where they monitoring him? He pushed the paranoia to the back of his mind, put the envelope into his jacket and left the center. Alan needed to clear his mind and a walk would certainly help. His Pokémon were secure in their balls as he walked through town. He pulled out his Pokégear and scrolled mindlessly through the different applications. The map app came up and he realized that maybe he should head out to the next city or town. There wasn't much left to do here. He mindlessly continued to scroll through his Pokégear before he stopped suddenly in the middle of the road. A couple people bumped into him and grumbled as they walked around him. He quickly opened his messaging application as he began running through town. He was furiously tapping the screen as he weaved through the crowd.

'Hey Yolie. Hope I didn't miss your gym battle.'

He sent the message as he picked up his pace to the gym.

"Totodile! (Im going to be a trainer MY SELF!)" Jaw yelled as he showed his 5 pokeballs
"Totodile! (I can still be your pokemon but I will be a trainer my self!)" He yelled, Showing that he was brave
"Totodile! (And they want to go with me!)" He added, Still acting brave
"Totodile... (Sorry... Im acting rude)" He sighed, Walking away and climbing up a tree and sitting on a branch

Marin looked at Jaw with a congused face as he tried to comprehend what he was hearing. After Jaw fled up the tree, Marin slapped his hand onto his forehead and dragged it down husband face, in reaction to Jaw's mental idea. Marin looked up at Jaw as he tried to think of a solution to Thisbe situation. "Jaw...I'm sorry but you can't be a trainer..." Marin said, he sighed beforehand speaking again. "Jaw come down here," Marin wanted to talk to Jaw face to face rather that face to...tree.
