Private/Closed Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Duel Academy RP

The motorbikes screeched to a halt, and the thugs jumped off. They sprinted to the academy, challenging staff and students every chance they got. Soon, it was pandemonium, as no one could seem to correctly hold these guys off. Amidst the chaos, Raikiri, who had lost Elana in the crowd, was darting through everything, trying to find the cause of all this.
Yunu was awakened by the sounds of dueling. He went outside to see a group of intruders, who challenged him to a duel. He backed away and put on his duel disk and inserted his cards. “Time to be your own human, Yunu, let’s go.” He looked at the intruders and said “I’ll go first, I draw, and now I play a facedown monster and two Facedown cards”

"Oh, jeez..." Jira grumbled, walking out of the testing area. That written exam had totally caught him off guard. Well, there wasn't much he could do about that now. As for the duel exam, well... He had lost. It had been a close match, but the proctor had managed to pull off a last-ditch turnabout. Freakin' Magic Cylinder.
Sounds of panic and confusion brought Jira out of his thoughts. Looking up, he watched in confusion as a group of similarly dressed individuals were running around and... dueling students? What... what was going on? Why were people panicking, if these guys were just dueling? Sure, quite a lot of them looked rather scary, but if they were just dueling... What they heck was evening happening? Jira watched as a student's life points were reduced to zero. Grinning, the man in black clothes pushed the student aside roughly and began to look around for another opponent. Was this, like... a raid from a rival school or something? A prank of some kind?
"Yo, what the heck?" Jira muttered, watching all of this.

“But, BUT! That’s the point my dear Bobby bo button.” Weasel grinned, tapping Bob’s nose once. “Cause I’m sadistic. Especially to those that deserve it.”
He stuck out his tounge, fitting as well while Bob made his way to the stage. Braxer and Bix then noticed a couple of cards fall down next to them. They scrambled to grab them, their eyes lightning up.
“Oh! This would be my strongest monster!” Bix exclaimed in glee.
“Yeah me- who did this?!”
They looked around for the culprit whilst Weasel snickered, shaking his head. Such worthless sentimentality. Heh. Should call him Bob: the Hooligan with a Heart.

“You there, emo Kid!”
Several thugs surrounded Tobias, who remained motionless as they encircled his position. His arms were crossed and his scarf fluttered in the ever harsher winds.
“You look like your just BEGGING for a duel, and we ain’t gonna let you go till you duel all of us!”
They readied duel disks, Tobias shaking his head, closing his eyes.
“The scorpion demanded the sun to stop shining, for it threatened to poison the sun with it’s venomous sting.” Tobias stated. “But no matter how much it yelled or gashed at the sun, nothing happened. The scorpion wasted it’s time, until it eventually melted in place...”
“Wha- what the heck does that mean?!?”
Tobias looked up, his yellow eyes shining once more. He took out his right arm, emblazoned with an ancient rune. Pulling a secret level under the his sleeve, the rune seemed to extend, being the tip of a long chain like blade. The chain then straightened and solidified...forming an actual short sword attached to his wrist.
“...It means...Pray to your poultry Gods I show you mercy.”

Where the heck did they even come from?! They're on an island for pete's sake! This didn't make any sense.
A group caught his eye. It looked like a bunch of the strange thugs had surrounded a student. This could be dangerous. But as Jira watched the group, he could see that the student they had surrounded was Tobias.
"Hey. Hey!" Jira called over to the group, quickly approaching Tobias and the thugs surrounding him. "What the heck are you guys doing?! Leave him alone!"
A group caught his eye. It looked like a bunch of the strange thugs had surrounded a student. This could be dangerous. But as Jira watched the group, he could see that the student they had surrounded was Tobias.

The whole circle of thugs ran for their lives, Tobias shattering their duel disks with his new wrist mounted short sword. Even though most of their disks were destroyed, he pursued them, slashing away at them. They ran as fast as they could, his sword barley grazing their backs and shoulders.
“THIS DUDE IS INSANE!”
“This wasn’t in the job description!”
They ran toward the cliffside, which hung over the ocean. They sprinted with all their might and hurled themselves off the side. Tobias thrust his sword toward one which fell behind, aiming for the kill shot. He jumped off the cliff right as Tobias stabbed, nabbing the collar of his jacket, the man sliding out of the jacket to splash into the water below with the rest of the thugs.
“Unsightly...”
He retracted his sword, letting the jacket catch the wind, blowing it toward the sea. He then retracted his sword short, put his hands in his pockets, and walked away. This left the thugs shivering in the cold waters below. As he opened his eyes, he ran into Jira, Tobias nodding.
“Not to worry. You do not have to worry about my safety. But your concern is appreciated.”

"Gem Knight lady lapis lazuli, finish them off." Noah said as lapis lazuli threw three balls of light towards three thugs which knock them to their backs and reduced their life points to zero.
"Where the hell did these people people even come from." Noah sighed. "Doesn't matter, I need to find Willow among all this chaos." Noah said as he ran through a couple of panicking students to look for Willow.
(Elizabeth POV)
"Chimera rafflesia, enjoy your nutrients." Elizabeth said as her monster lunged at the last of the thugs that appeared out of nowhere. "Wait, what!" The thug screeched as rafflesia opened one of its mouths and seem to be eating him, but as his life points hit zero the monster disappeared and the thug hit the ground with foam coming out of his mouth.
"Are you two okay?" Elizabeth said to see the status of Tracy and Dahlia.

Finally, now time to beat some others.” Suddenly another challenged him to a duel all at once. “Time to truly test this brat” Yunu was surprised”fine I guess, let’s duel” Yunu drew his cards and smiled. He had Gaia the Fierce Knight, Sonic Duck and Black Luster Ritual, along with Black Luster Knight. “I activate Black Luster Ritual, sacrificing Gaia and Sonic Duck, to ritual summon Black Luster Soldier(ATK-3000, DEF-2500), and I place a defense postion monster and end my turn.”

Jira slowed to a stop watching as the thugs, who at first has seemed to be threatening and menacing, suddenly began to cry out and run away in panic. Catching a glimpse to Tobias, Jira found that the RA Yellow was... swinging around a short sword?! Not a watched in shock as Tobias chased the group of thugs off, looking away and pinching himself to make sure he wasn't in some sort of fever dream right now.
"What the hell is happening today?" Jira muttered. He watched as Tobias' short sword seemed to disappear back into his sleeve.
"You know... These guys seemed like they just wanted to duel. Attacking them with a freaking short sword was a little bit of an overreaction, don't you think? How did you even managed to bring that on school grounds? Isn't it against the school rules to have a weapon?" Jira sighed and rubbed his forehead. "Never mind. What the heck is going on? Do you know who these guys are, what they want, why they're here?"

"Now, get out of here!" Dahlia said as the holograms faded. The thug, defeated, simply grunted angrily and ran off. Dahlia looked around desperately. It was practically a riot out here, where was the school security?! Dahlia walked through the yard, looking over and around for signs that any students needed assistance in the chaos. A familiar voice called out to her, and Dahlia looked over to Elizabeth calling over to her.
"Elizabeth!" Dahlia said, relieved to see a familiar voice. "I'm doing fine, but I haven't seen Tracy since we split up to take our tests. Who are these guys?!"

Facing off against Yunu...
One of the thugs stepped forward, activating his duel disk. He wore a blue medical face mask, and stared at Yunu with piercing blue eyes.
"Impressive, boy. But just because you were able to summon a powerful monster on your first turn doesn't make you good. After all, that costly maneuver left you with only two cards left in your hand." The masked thug said. "I summon Giant Germ, in defense mode!"
A large purple sphere appeared in front of the thug, with small tendrils covering it. Its stats read 1000 ATK and 100 DEF.
"And now, I set two cards face-down and end my turn..." The masked thug said as two face-down cards appeared in front of him in the Spell and Trap Card Zone.
"What the hell is happening today?" Jira muttered. He watched as Tobias' short sword seemed to disappear back into his sleeve.

“First I draw, now I flip up my face down monster, Cat of lll Omen, so know I put the trap card mirror force at the top of my deck, and now I sacrifice my Cat of lll Omen to summon Dark Magician Girl. Now attack Dark Magician Girl, kill his Giant Germ”
Although the thug's masked covered his lower face, it was rather clear that he was smiling when the Dark Magician Girl lobbed an attack at his monster. With a screech, the germ exploded. Parts of the germ seemed to fly directly towards Yuna.
"It will take more than that to hurt me. Giant Germ's effect says that when it's destroyed by battle, you take 500 damage. Then, I can special summon two more copies of Giant Germ from my deck in Attack Position." The thug explained. Parts of the exploded germ seemed to shake, grow, and draw together, and suddenly where there was once one Giant Germ there now stood two. But unlike the first germ, these two seemed to be writhing angrily.

“That ability is worse for you, for your about to take 2000 damage, attack black luster soldier, kill his giant germ.” Yunu declared, smirking. His black luster soldier rushed in and swung his sword at the germ, armor gleaming.

"Let's look around and see if we can find her anywhere, and then head towards the Chancellor's office, surely he can help us with this." "Dahlia, some of them are heading towards the Chancellor's office should we try and stop them or try to find Tracy first?" Elizabeth asked, trying to deciding on which one we should do first.
"I don't know, but they are making a mess of the place." Elizabeth said as she looked around to see the damage they've made so far in the school. "Let's look around and see if we can find her anywhere, and then head towards the Chancellor's office, surely he can help us with this." As Elizabeth said that, she notice three strange looking thugs separating from the middle of the chaos and heading towards the Chancellor's office.

"I believe it will be you who are the one hurting, boy. I activate my face-down card... Crush Card Virus!" The thug exclaimed. One of the face-down cards flipped up to reveal a Trap Card depicting quite a few viruses, the most prominent of them having a Japanese kanji on it. One of the germs dissolved into the viruses depicted on the cards, and began to spread towards Yuna's field. "With this card, I tribute a DARK monster with 1000 or less attack. Then, all your monsters with 1500 or more attack are destroyed! Not to mention, all monsters with 1500 or more attack in your hand are sent to the graveyard. You can also send three monsters with 1500 or more attack from your deck to your graveyard, if you wish."

She hoped that Tracy was doing okay. These guys seemed pretty good, but they weren't really doing anything to the duelists that they beat. Heck, they didn't even seem to be taking their cards. Still, Dahlia just hoped that Tracy was safe. As she was looking around, Elizabeth spoke up again. Dahlia looked over to the group heading towards the Chancellor's office before shaking her head.
"I'm sure the Chancellor can more than handle himself. After all, he's running a Duel Academy." Dahlia said. "If you want to go after them, then go ahead. I'm going to stick with trying to find Tracy."

“I think I will, I will get rid of all of my Dark Magicians, all three. But now I don’t have any monsters, but I still got one card, and I place it face-down, my trap is waiting, so come and get me,” he said smirking.
The thug glared at Yuna before drawing a card to start his turn.
"Well, your Trap will just have to wait a little longer. Thanks to Crush Card Virus' effect, you take no damage until the end of my turn. So there would be no point in attacking you." The thug said. "For my turn, I'll summon Axe Dragonute in attack mode!"

"Well, your Trap will just have to wait a little longer. Thanks to Crush Card Virus' effect, you take no damage until the end of my turn. So there would be no point in attacking you." The thug said. "For my turn, I'll summon Axe Dragonute in attack mode!"
A hologram of lightning struck down in front of the thug, and a winged, dragonlike humanoid appeared in front of the thug. It carried a large ax, and let out a roar towards Yuna. It's stats read 2000 ATK and 1200 DEF.
"Then I'll switch Giant Germ to defense mode and end my turn." The thug said to Yuna.
“Wow, guess I didn’t need to bluff, did I, first I draw. Then activate my face down, Jar of Greed, allowing me to draw one card. Now I put a card facedown and summon Sonic Duck(ATK-1700,DEF-700)in Attack Mode”
The thug simply rolled his eyes at the sight of such a monster.
"Well? Is that all for your turn?" The thug asked, irritated at the small, green ducklike monster.

“Yes, it is but don’t underestimate me and my monsters.” He said smirking, sure of his victory, besides being on the losing side.

“Not an overreaction, not at all. The uncursed invaders had malicious intent. Unless you believe that being strong-armed into tasks against your will as a positive. Something tells me they would not have accepted no as an answer.” Tobias stated, adjusting something under his sleeve. “Against school regulations? Perhaps, but I won’t deprive myself the means to guarantee my further growth, especially if it were to be cut short by a few mere thugs.”
Tobias looked to a few motorcycles, which were parked outside the academy. His eyes narrowed at the sight as he gestured for Jira to follow him.
“While I am unsure as to what their intentions or end goal is, I know one thing for certain....”

He sliced then front tires of the motorcycles with his short sword, popping them within moments. They fizzed and fell to the side due to the sudden loss of weight. Retracting the sword yet again, he looked to his ‘duel buddy.’
“...they will not be leaving.”
Tobias looked to a few motorcycles, which were parked outside the academy. His eyes narrowed at the sight as he gestured for Jira to follow him.

"Of course not. And your pitiful attempts to bait me into attacking you are foolish." The thug said. "After all, you revealed earlier that it was Mirror Force you had placed on top of your deck. So no doubt that is the very card you have placed down now."
The thug scoffed before drawing a card to start his turn.
"I activate the Field Spell, Mystic Plasma Zone!" The masked thug announced. Clouds seemed to form as blue lighting began to strike, all aspects of the hologram. Axe Dragonute let out a roar and seemed to grow, while the Giant Germ seemed to shrink. "This Field Spell boosts the attack of all DARK monsters by 500, while lowering their defenses by 400."
Sure enough, the monster's stats reflected those changes with Axe Dragonute now having 2500 ATK and 800 DEF, while Giant Germ had 1500 ATK and 0 DEF.
"Now, I'll summon Double Coston and set one card face-down." The masked thug said. Appearing in front of the thug was a strange looking monster. It appeared to be two grey blobs stuck together, constantly twisting and squirming apart while making face at Yuna. It's stats read 1700 ATK and 1650 DEF, but quickly changed to 2200 ATK and 1250 DEF from the Mystic Plasma Zone. At the same time, another face-down card appeared in the thug's Spell and Trap Card Zone.

Jira watched as Tobias moved onto a set of Motorcycles, slashing the tires with his short sword. Aaaaand now they were heading into destruction of property. Lovely. He should probably say something, like 'put that sword away before a teacher sees it' or 'we should get some help', but there was something that he couldn't help but to ask...
"We're on an island. Why did they bring motorcycles to an island? Heck, how did they even get the motorcycles to the island? By boat, I suppose..." Jira shook his head.

"Of course not. And your pitiful attempts to bait me into attacking you are foolish." The thug said. "After all, you revealed earlier that it was Mirror Force you had placed on top of your deck. So no doubt that is the very card you have placed down now."
The thug scoffed before drawing a card to start his turn.
"I activate the Field Spell, Mystic Plasma Zone!" The masked thug announced. Clouds seemed to form as blue lighting began to strike, all aspects of the hologram. Axe Dragonute let out a roar and seemed to grow, while the Giant Germ seemed to shrink. "This Field Spell boosts the attack of all DARK monsters by 500, while lowering their defenses by 400."
Sure enough, the monster's stats reflected those changes with Axe Dragonute now having 2500 ATK and 800 DEF, while Giant Germ had 1500 ATK and 0 DEF.
"Now, I'll summon Double Coston and set one card face-down." The masked thug said. Appearing in front of the thug was a strange looking monster. It appeared to be two grey blobs stuck together, constantly twisting and squirming apart while making face at Yuna. It's stats read 1700 ATK and 1650 DEF, but quickly changed to 2200 ATK and 1250 DEF from the Mystic Plasma Zone. At the same time, another face-down card appeared in the thug's Spell and Trap Card Zone.

Jira watched as Tobias moved onto a set of Motorcycles, slashing the tires with his short sword. Aaaaand now they were heading into destruction of property. Lovely. He should probably say something, like 'put that sword away before a teacher sees it' or 'we should get some help', but there was something that he couldn't help but to ask...
"We're on an island. Why did they bring motorcycles to an island? Heck, how did they even get the motorcycles to the island? By boat, I suppose..." Jira shook his head.

Yunu smiled, ready to teach the thugs monsters fear. “I activate the spell card, monster reborn, to bring back my dark Magician Girl and activate their card effect, for every Dark Magician in my GraveYard, they gain 300 Attack and defense, and your spell helps my monster as well.” The attack now displays 3400 and the defense read 2200. “Attack the Double Coston, Dark Magician Girl.”
"Trap card, activate! Negate Attack!" The thug cried as an attack was launched towards Double Coston. One of the two face-down cards flipped face-up to reveal a Trap Card depicting a swirling vortex of energy. The same vortex appeared in front of Double Coston, stopping the attack from Dark Magician Girl. "As you may know, Negate Attack negates your monster's attack. It also ends the Battle Phase."
“Well, well, well.” Yunu said, slightly annoyed at the block, but still ready to win. “Guess I’ll just end my turn then but first, Sonic Duck will go to Defense Mode. Now you may go”
During your End Phase, I'll activate my second face-down. Eradicator Epidemic Virus!" The thug said.
The card flipped up to reveal a Trap Card with art similar to that of Crush Card Virus. But instead of the black, spherical viruses of Crush Card Virus, the ones depicted on this card were shaped like skulls and had small tenticles coming off the bottom of them. They had a Japanese kanji on their forehead.
"Like how the Crush Card Virus brought you death, the Eradicator Epidemic Virus will bring you darkness! I declare Traps!" The thug exclaimed. Axe Dragonute let out a pained roar as it began to desolve, turning into a huge multitude of Eradicator Epidemic Viruses that drifted towards Yuna's field. However, they completely ignored Dark Magician Girl and Sonic Duck instead bee lining towards Yuna's Spell and Trap Card Zone. "Now, you must reveal your hand to me. All Traps you control, and all Trap cards you draw until the end of the third turn after this card is activated are destroyed! So your Mirror Force will no longer be a problem for me!"
"Now, it's my turn. I draw." The thug said. Looking down at his cards, he couldn't help but to grin. Of course, it was hard to tell from the mask.

The beam vaporized the dark Magician girl causing Yunu to lose 100 life points. He hastily drew his card, and it was the spell card De-Spell. Alright, I activate De- Spell and destroy your Plasma Zone” Yunu, realizing he had no monsters and no cards in his hand, he would lose, again.

A motorcycle could not have traversed the ocean nor flown by itself to the island. Perhaps there was a more centralized transport that had ferried them over? It was hard to say based on the limited information present.

"An annoying gesture, but a futile one nonetheless. Pandemic Dragon, attack him directly!" The thug exclaimed. Once again, an attack was blasted towards Yuna. The thug looked away, clearly becoming bored with this whole thing. "That's the end of my turn. Now, get on with it so I can end this duel."

Tobias took note of his Duel Buddy’s apprehensive response to being handed the improvised weapon. It seemed as though nerves were getting to them, which Tobias needed to smooth over as efficiently as possible.
“You are not throwing a punch, you are swinging a tool that will prevent further injury to students, unless your arent willing to help them?” He asked with a quizzical expression. “Otherwise, we will defeat these invaders, not at dueling, but with pure aberrant violence. We shall leave the remainder few alive to be questioned.”

Sorry but your best monster is about to be destroyed by my final Sonic Duck(ATK-1700, DEF-700) and play a card Facedown, now attack his Pandemic Dragon, now I activate the quick spell, Ego Boost to raise Sonic Duck’s by 1000.” The attack now displayed 2700 as the duck grew in size and became more muscular and the feathers turn darker.”Destroy his monster, and turn the tables, Sonic Duck.” The duck flew at the Dragon at high speeds, and then dove, right through the dragon’s stomach destroying the monster, causing the Thug to lose 200 LP and his monsters losing 1000 of their attack.”Now comes my victory, but I end my turn”

Raikiri was cornered by three thugs, who all challenged him at once. He simply replied, "I summon Flamvell Firedog in attack position. I set a card face down and end my turn." One of the thugs replied, "Oh really, that puny dog can match my Dragunity combo?", he said as he set a card in defense position. Raikiri was fed up with waiting. "I attack your facedown with Firedog, and after destroying it, I can activate his effect and special summon one Flamvell Guard from my deck. I now sacrifice my Firedog for Cyber-Tech Alligator, my companion. Guard is a Tuner monster, so I will bring forth Flamvell Uruquizas! Synchro Summon!" Uruquizas appeared out of a beam of light, and Raikiri's confidence was boosted. "I end my turn," he said to the terrified thugs.

"Once again, the desperate attempts of a losing fool. I draw!" The thug said, drawing a card. The thug looked over his cards before smirking and placing all three down onto his duel disk. "I summon Cyber Archfiend, in Defense Mode!"

Tobias arched a brow at Jira, the serious teen crossing his arms. He had a hard time processing why Jira was so hesitant to fight these invaders, surely not out of pity. Then what was it?
“Do you not understand the gravity of the situation? A gang has showed up and has elected to cause havoc, to the point of threatening physical harm to duel us against our will. Those that dare threaten me will pay the price. I will never instigate a fight...but I will finish it in the most efficient way possible, by making sure they can no longer run amok or cause harm to others.”
The scarf wearing duelist affirmed this, his yellow eyes staring back into the slifer red’s with unyielding resolve. It seemed he meant every word.

“You speak as though we shouldn’t determine their fates, all based on their attitude not being severe enough. While I disagree whole heartily, I will attempt to go along with this idea of yours. But if it goes sour, we do things my way again...is that to be understood?”
