Tayuya lost cause Kai was on her level and pushed her to the absolute brink. Nothing to do with exhaustion Kai was just her equal.

Hmmm no that's completely different. You're in the category of those who use auxiliary means to amp their chakra. Military ration pills are supposed to give three days worth of chakra. So for Mori who swallows them like candy, chakra drainage isn't even on the table. In fact, if we all just swallowed Military ration pills chakra would never be an issue.
However, no one wants to see the system abused, and you've used them in moderation so no one's been eyeballing the issue.
When has Kiro lost a fight because of that?
Azumi beat him because she trapped him and IRL shenanigans forced us to work in a loss. He could have blitz Azumi with LCM once he was freed but didn't he handed me the W.

After Sagiso was defeated recently, he ran out.
I agree with that, but it never affected the outcome of his battles. He never lost due to low chakra

Kiro beat Sagiso before the Chakra exhaustion could play a factor. Which LCM/Curse Mark Kiro at this stage should beat anyone before it become an issue but everyone just allowed him to have LCM no issues which I think was an oversight on all our ends XD

Most definitely. I don't consider Kiro's loss to be one of chakra exhaustion. There was next to nothing he could've done while inside the water prison.
That's not exhaustion playing a factor into the outcome of a fight and more "eh I ain't gonna fight this unnecessary battle."

Kiro never really fought against Reaver. He kinda just...struggled and flopped around for a bit. I mean, he was pretty much dead meat even before the fight started.
Again it's a matter of Chakra exhaustion playing to the losses then how many losses he has.
If we wanted to go on tangents on win/loss records I'd curse out Zaku whose only actual loss is a tie against Katsuo XD
Pretty much this. It does not count as a style draining someone and it biting them at the end of a fight, it was a dead man being picked at by a vulture (Reaver).

His crowning wins were domestic violence against Tomiko, and killing Hashima. It's been all downhill from there as he proceeded to lose every single fight he was in apart from Sagisō.
Okay this is my issue with your match win/loss record analysis. You count anything as a fight no mind no matter how minor a scuffle it actually is.
This was in no shape, form, context or anything a fight. It was a confrontation and exchange of words with Takato letting them go. I should know cause I control both characters.

I would argue that having LCM, Curse Mark & Sharingan is overkill but so far in execution he is the least problamatic of the Big 4. So far...even if he directly or indirectly screwed over my cast the most out of everyone XD
