Not my fault Raiku failed. Actually, it is. Oh well, nothing against you still tho. Also I've found a bit of a trend in some RPers... when you respect someone, they start to respect them too but they start caring about you less.

I’m not like most Rper’s. As the head of the Rp would have overruled your decision to do the judging thing instead of having it open to choose what you’d like.

Not everyone will pass, that much is a fact. So we have to see which ones will. You would need a good argument

Not too sure. Basically RPer gives "x" reasons why they feel their character deserves to become a Chunin and we look at those arguments and see if they are solid or not. Also provide counter arguments since we don't want every single person here to become a Chunin. I mean only one in canon did it (Though it was interrupted.)

In kakashi’s Chunin Exams, only two passed: Guy and Kakashi. And that was one played out to the end. So we have to scrutinize a lot.

Pretty sure Naruto was shown to have entered at the same time they did. And they've mentioned previous failures to him before so I presume they were around to see it. The whole Academy system in the canon series always confused me.
