Private/Closed Naruto AU: Roleplay

Azumi and Kenji both glanced around at the other competitors, and had to agree with Katsuo's assessment. Indeed, there seemed to be many competitors who would not doubt prove to be challenges to either of them. So keeping an eye out and their guard out could only prove to be of benefit.

"Indeed, a wise philosophy." Azumi replied with a serious tone, as she took note of the various Uchihas, one of Konoha's most powerful clans, among the competitors which caused her to scowl in disapproval. Kenji noted this, but decided not to comment on it before he glanced back at Katsuo with a smirk.

"Eh, I'm not too worried. Anyone who has any desire to progress in these exams has to believe in themselves. And I believe I will ascend, and it doesn't matter what anyone else here can do cause I'll beat them all." Kenji replied to Katsuo, which showed his confidence though Azumi considered it possible overconfidence herself. Even if she agreed with his overall principle.

----------
Sakura continued her "inspection" but had no better luck even if the name Taiyo Akugami might have sounded familiar.

I shouldn't care, cause we're enemies in these exams anyway and it won't matter. But this is just bugging me, was he in my class or am I just crazy.

Well then, I have this crazy ultra radical ideal. How about you just ask him? Though no matter what you probably are crazy.

Thanks for the support.

Always!

"Say....would you happen to have been in Iruka Umino's class?" Sakura asked Taiyo, as she followed the advise of her inner self and decided to ask directly.

“Hey, why are you being so rude to me, and why did you just draw your kunai to my clanmate?" Raiku asked, clearly suspicious of Kiro's actions. "Does this guy have something against Konoha-nin, or just Uchiha members? Or maybe he's just looking for a fight... though that does seem dumb, especially for Kiri-nin," he thought.

Taiyo perked up when Iruko Umino was mentioned, he had fond memories of that class.
"YEAH! Were you in Iruko's class as well?" Taiyo sounded like a kid who just got the toy that they always wanted. If this girl really was in Iruko's class, then why don't I know who she is? Seems strange. The genin thought about this for a long time before dismissing it and instead waiting for her to answer.

Katsuo took in Kenji's words for a moment, a smile eventually creeping across his face to match the boy's.
"Well, I have zero intention of losing at any point during this exam, ill do whatever it takes to make it through. So....bring it on, I'll gladly take you both down if the time comes" He said in a bit of a challenging tone, holding a fist out towards Kenji and Azumi, his smile never disappearing.
"Heh, either he's a talented ninja who will go far, or he's a fool for overestimating his abilities. I look forward to seeing which outcome is true."

“Why not?” Kiro simply shrugged off Raiku’s question. “I don’t see why I have to answer any of your questions.” Kiro started off. “Especially from an Uchiha. Why don’t you just place me in a genjutsu and figure it out yourself with those damned eyes of yours.” Kiro noticed as more and more genin started to take notice of their conversation when he mentioned ‘Uchiha’. “It seems that you have forgotten what type of exam this is. You come over here trying to help out a friend as if he can’t handle himself. He should’ve been prepared for a situation like just now. What a disgrace. I expected the Uchiha here too be tough but instead I found they have to flock together at the flick of a kunai.” Kiro stated, casually tossing his kunai in the air and catching it. “Heh, it looks like you both have a target on your backs now since everyone now knows you’re both Uchiha.” Kiro said as he tilted his head sideways, pointing to the rest of the genin who had been listening to their conversation. Some looked ready to pounce on them at a moments notice and others just simply glared at them. “Look on the bright side though, now you’ll have even tougher opponents coming at you to test their skills against yours.” Kiro finished with a slight smirk growing on his face afterwards.

Tomiko and Madoka had taken note of this...confrontation, argument...they were not sure between an Uchiha and another of the Genin. They had tried to focus on their conversation with Yasu alone but that proved to be impossible.

Man, they are a pain.

Madoka had been prepared to ignore it, though Tomiko had a frown as she walked forward to the pair who seemed locked in a dispute much to Madoka's annoyance as she let out a sigh.

Figures she turns out to be the type that can't leave well enough alone.

"Hey, can you guys settle this little couple's argument anytime soon? You are making a scene." Tomiko replied bluntly to the pair as she had little care what they are in a dispute over, but just wanted it resolved.

----------
Kenji saw the extended fist and quickly bumped his own against it as he gave a competitive smirk back to Katsuo.

"I wouldn't have it any other way." Kenji replied as Azumi rolled her eyes but felt compelled to speak up anyway.

"I have no intention of failure. And I will become a Chunin. So if I end up standing in the way of either of you, I won't apologize when you end up become stepping stones on my path there." Azumi explained, though her tone gave no indication of just being a cocky boast even if those words were exactly that.

-----------
"Yes, yes I was. Man, pretty crazy we're part of these exams so early huh?" Sakura asked with a little bit of excitement. Not so much that Taiyo, a classmate, was here but also because her suspicions had been confirmed. And this pleased her greatly, though even her inner subconscious was unable to resist this teasing opportunity that had been presented.

Guess this just shows that you should pay more attention to your classmates rather than focus on your studies huh?

Oh shut up.

Ryo Yamanaka, a thin, short haired blonde 14 year old who had walked in a tad late to the sign-up building for the Chunin Exams, was already a tad overwhelmed upon seeing how many participants there were this year. He knew there were many people who wanted to advance from Genin, but he himself had waited an extra year to purposefully avoid all of this. Hopefully he would be able to hold his own, as many of the konoha-nin- and even foreigners- looked quite hostile and determined.

He sighed, running a hand nervously through his hair as he finished applying himself, but perked up at the sound of "Iruko Umino", the name of the instructor for his own class the Academy that he had recently graduated! Had there been people here that were in his class? He turned to look and notice it was a Haruno and a boy in a crimson jacket that were chatting about the class. They seemed slightly familiar, but within the class itself Ryo was never really social, considering he was the student who got harassed and teased a good amount for not being quite as physically adept as the others. However, the two before him seemed friendly enough - and it might be good to make some docile acquaintances early on while he has the chance. The Yamanaka took in a deep breath, adjusted his headband that hung loosely around his neck, and approached the two.

"Oh, hello!" He spoke, sort of awkwardly. "Are you talking about Umino-san? I was in that class as well not too long ago...were you guys?"

==========

Haru watched as it was confirmed that at least two of the three guys in a slight scuffle were actually Uchiha, and that meant trouble. However, the young Hyuga wasn't too convinced that the one tossing his kunai about wasn't Uchiha. He simply shrugged, that fact wouldn't be too important quite yet, he'll just have to look out for the three later. The Uchiha were hot headed and known to be quite fiery, and quite unpredictable. Haru knew it would be unnecessary and obvious if he thoroughly examined their power levels right in that moment in front of everyone, so he'd save his intel for later.

Waiting for the commence of the Exam, Haru went off to a corner and sat in one of the open seats, closing his eyes and meditating to himself, while also attempting to sense out the power levels in the room around him.

Raiku glared at Kiro for a long minute, and then stopped. All of a sudden he started laughing like crazy. "No sh*t Sherlock, of course I'm an Uchiha. Either you're blind or just retarded, I don't care. I have my clan's f*cking symbol on the back of my cloak, of course I'm probably a target for some people. But I honestly couldn't care less. I don't care if you hate me for my clan, or my eyes, or any of that bs. I don't like wasting my eyes, or time, on scum like you, but I will tell you one thing. Enjoy yourself, while you still can," he said while sticking out the middle finger. Then he left, not caring at all if he caused a scene, or what Tomiko said.

He began walking past the croud and saw some familiar people with the leaf headband. "Well well, Sakura and Taiyo, from Iruka's class. You guys didn't forget me, right?" Raiku asked with a smirk.

"Yeah I guess and also," Taiyo interrupted himself, turning his attention to Ryo, "Wait, I think I know you, you're Ryo Yamanaka, that kid who always gets beat up, aren't you?" He recognized him, he felt a little sorry for him, and would destroy those jerks if he wanted to.
"My man Raiku," Taiyo greeted him as if they were good friends, "Preach to the quior,"

"Hey kids no fighting or you gonna have a an issue on your hands!" Chikaosaid. His reaction was very delayed but that wasn't the point. No should be hurt before the exams begin or it defeats the purpose.
As he said that he saw that the or urchins member walked away. "Great just great leave me with rude master 999 over here..."

Ryo was a bit surprised as Taiyo had remembered him quite easily, and slightly blushed from embarrassment as he had mentioned his past habit of falling victim to the bullies of the class. He closed his eyes and rubbed the back of his neck and let out a light chuckle with an embarrassed smile on his face.

"Haha..yep, thats me. Nice to see you guys again. Its cra-" He started as a reply, but was cut off as he heard some ruckus off to the side. Ryo turned his head to see a prominent middle finger being flipped in the face of some other kid, followed by a good cursing.

The Medical Nin-in-training was surprised to see such events already going down before the test, and to even more of his surprise, the boy turned around and made his way towards the three of them who were chatting. He spoke as he approached them, mentioning that he was also from Iruko's class. Ryo's eyes went wide as he quickly recognized him as Raiku Uchiha, as he had behaved like that as children as well from what he could remember. He was one of the kids Ryo tried to avoid back in the day, as he feared he would eventually become one of those who would beat him up as well...well, that, and the natural uneasiness that he felt around members of the Uchiha.

However, Ryo mentally gathered himself together. He wasn't that same kid anymore, and there was no longer room to show any kind of fear. He was capable of so much more now, and soon enough he would be called to show it.

Raiku gave a large grin as he patted Taiyo's back. "Well, hey Taiyo," he said in a friendly matter. He had recognized Sakura as well, but turned to face Ryo. "Wait... don't I know you? Aren't you a Yamanaka? Well, just letting you know, I always thought your clans abilities were pretty useful for ninjas," he said honestly.

Not good... Kai thought silently as he saw the confrontation between the Uchihas. He warned Kiro about this very result and it seemed it happened anyway, right before the exams even started. Kiro surely will be marked a target quickly. This wasn’t good at all. If we aren’t careful, the mist could be made a mockery of by being knocked out early...

.............

Zaku looked around as more people flooded in, nearly doubling the amount of genin in the room. Heh, funny. Most of them think they will pass, but only one or two of us will. Zaku’s eyes then lied on a certain hyuga who had been escorted in by his father. Zaku knew this because of the white eyes on both of them. With those abilities...that could make a good asset to have on my side and a big weapon that would not be against me...lets find out.”

“Hello there.” He addressed the hyuga. “Here for the exams are ya?”

Sakura blinked as soon enough Raiku and Ryo, an Uchiha and Yamanaka respectively, appeared with her little group as Sakura was amazed how much of her class planned to participate in these exams.

Man, I didn't think all these guys would come.

Hey don't complain, that means we're more familiar with them and know how to take them down!

"Wow, looks like half the class is here." Sakura said to the group before her eyes darted back to the kunoichi from the unique village, Sagiso, not that she knew her name but that she had originally came to talk with and made her way back over to her while everyone else would be busy chatting with each other.

-----------
Tomiko let out a sigh before she walked back over to Madoka and Yasu. While Tomiko had normally been a positive one, that fight caused a bit of irritation to show. Something Madoka had taken note of.

"You okay?" Madoka asked before Tomiko glanced over to the ones in the earlier verbal spat, both Uchiha and non-Uchiha, and then turned back to Madoka.

"Just wished guys would save the fighting for the exams."

Kiro turned to the girl who thought it would be a good idea to interupt the conversation they were having. He respected Tomiko’s courage but that was it. However, before Kiro could respond, he listened to Raiku’s outburst before watching Raiku give him the finger and walk away. “How immature.” Kiro muttered, shaking his head and walking away, completely ignoring Chikao. Kiro would be lying if he said he wasn’t ashamed of himself for what happened there. He couldn’t believe that he let the Uchiha brats get to him. If he was to get through this, Kiro would have to control his temper even more than he usually did. But he’ll show them...

In the middle of his quiet time, Haru had heard someone approach him, and his eyes opened as he heard a voice greet him in a friendly manner, asking him about the exams. The dark haired boy looked at Zaku intently for a couple of silent moments, noticing he was from the Village Hidden in the Sound. He remained quiet before replying.

"Yes, indeed I am."

The 15 year old was short and simple with his answer, and fell quiet again. He closed his eyes once more to return to his meditation, but it had struck him at how rude that may come off. Even though his father trained him to not be too friendly to others, he had exaggerated much in the past about how important connections can be when you need them - and even if he didn't want to admit it, Haru would possibly need at least an acquaintance to ensure that he wouldn't have too many targets to worry about. Thus, he opened his eyes once more and uncrossed his legs and looked at the boy again.

"I'm Haru, Haru Hyuga. You're here for the exams too, I'm assuming, as you've come from quite far?" He took a quick glance around the room. "Things are already getting a bit out of hand, and it looks like there is more incompetence here than I expected there would be."

================

"Ah, Thank you." Ryo replied, a bit taken aback from the kind words of the Uchiha. "When do you guys think the Exams will begin?" He asked, simply keeping the conversation up.

He was itching to get started, as he grew more uncomfortable being surrounded by so many other people who would surely break out into more fights if kept waiting any longer.

Zaku noticed what Haru was referring too, looking at the squabble that had once been between the uchiha’s and other noisy people. Zaku nodded his head smirking at the revelation.

“That’s good then, the more incompetent they are, the easier it’ll be to beat them, eh?” Zaku chuckled. “I come from the Sound Village, a little ways away. We are new but that doesn’t mean we are weak. I’m here with the neo jutsu of the modern world!”

I’m starting to like this one. He gets the difference between the haves and have nots, hm.

"So, Raiku," Taiyo asked, hoping that he wouldn't get a harsh or hostile response, "What was that whole thing about, why did you start cursing him out, but more importantly, when can we plan our attack?" He whispered the last part about the attack to Raiku, he may be reckless, but he wasn't brainless.

Haru nodded. He had to respect this Zaku, because he did travel into this new land to gain a higher nin status. He also seemed to have a reasonable head on his shoulders, sharing views similar to Haru himself. He wondered if it would be worth it having someone like himself nearby for the exams, at least the physical, more dangerous part.

Things could go south if I'm not careful and align with the wrong people, but I dont think my skill alone is enough to pass through the whole thing. People have taking this exam... He thought himself, and came to the realization that some opportunities present themselves, and he'd be dumb to not utilize this one.

Flat out proposing an alliance this early on would be dumb in Haru's eyes, but from what he noticed in the past, teams would be formed in the second stage - and even though some were randomized, some were also self chosen. There was also the factor of teams allying with other teams to increase their chances of success. Haru didn't know what he exactly wanted to do, but he decided that playing it lowkey while dropping hints would be his best bet.

"That's quite impressive that you've traveled this far, and you're right. The more degenerates that show up, the easier it will be for us to pass through and identify the real competition. Maybe there will be a chance later on for us to do just that."

====================

Ryo laughed at Taiyo's comment, but he was nervous, due to not knowing if he was actually joking or not. He would not be surprised if they were being serious, due to the serious feud that broke out beforehand. He hoped, however, that any actual combat would be saved for the designated time and place of the Chunin Exams - he wouldn't want to be thrown out for associating with the people who jumped the gun.

The blonde had to admit that he personally was quite curious as to what started the commotion between the two Uchihas and a stranger in the first place. He listened in.

"Pff, that douche? He's not worth caring about. He just got mad and I stopped him. Then he tried to make himself sound cool and then I showed him how retarded he was," Raiku said, still annoyed. "Let's stop talking about him though, we don't know if he's that bad, anyways," he told Taiyo. "Besides, if we did get into a fight before the Exams start, we'll probably be disqualified. You can fight him when it starts if you want, I'd rather focus on passing more, though."

"Cool, just the way I like my fights," Taiyo's voice suddenly got a much more menacing edge to it as he cracked his knuckles. Fortunately, he had no sort of evil plans intended for Kiro, after all, he didn't seem very bad, just a boy with anger issues is all.

Zaku noticed Haru’s tone change. He didn’t seem to speak of him as an annoyance as most, but more of a...what’s the word? Colleague? Acquaintance? Somewhere in between? He couldn’t read the Byakugan user other than by his tone. He couldn’t help but offer his signature smirk.

“Heh, that is if there’s any competitition to speak of. Those uchihas will probably take each other out early, and most of the other here don’t seem to have much confidence. Other than that pink haired chick.” Zaku strokes a hand through his hair. “And you. But looks can be deceiving. We’ll see after this exam if you are what I expected.”

..............

Kai noticed a man get up, a man with scars on his face and a black headband and cloak. He was an adult, perhaps the proctor for the next exam? He couldn’t be sure, but he knew something was about to happen

‘How much longer?’ Kiro mentally questioned. He was starting to become board out of his mind after all the waiting. The one good thing that probably came out of all the waiting was the chance to get some image training done. It wasn’t much but at least he was working his mind. Kiro opened his eyes just in time to see a man with a decent amount of scars on his face. This man had to be the the proctor. There was absolutely no way he could be a genin. Kiro just kept silent in the corner as continued to observe the man, waiting for his next move.

A short, and light hmph of a laugh actually emitted from Haru's throat as Zaku mentioned what he thought of him and the expectation of the exams. He spoke about the surrounding Genin and how there most likely wasn't much to worry about. Haru listened in agreement as the boy gave a quick rundown of his expectations, and to Haru's surprise, he was pretty accurate.

This guy was good. He knew how to observe, and catch on character qualities quickly. Whatever area Hidden in the Sound he came from, he brought the confidence of the country with him - and Haru could respect that. He was clearly raised similar to Haru, and it was obvious in the way he was taught to hold himself, and how he spoke outside the average range of vocabulary for people their age. This definitely was someone to keep an eye on.

"Agreed. And I have to admit you don't seem quite on the same level as the majority of the kids I see here now. Hopefully your skill is met on the same elevation as your observations." The Hyuga replied.

He noticed an adult finally show up, seemingly a bit late as everyone was just loitering around for some time now. Haru stood to his feet, assuming that he would be the one to commence the Exams.

Sagiso glanced up, the sounds of someone who had attempted to speak to her heard loud and clear. She soon saw a pink-haired kunoichi who seemed a little younger than her. Sagiso heard the girl's question which concerned her headband and where she came from and Sagiso saw no reason not to answer her. Especially since she seemed to coin it "unique", which could have come off a patronizing from a Konoha-nin but her tone showed she was curious and had not been condescending.

"I come from Nadeshiko Village. A village of all kunoichi, and as far as I know I am the first one who has been recommended for the Chunin Exams among the major nations." Sagiso explained, as Sakura had listened curiously and seemed impressed.

"Wow, that's pretty cool. Well even if I aim to become a Chunin I do wish you the best of luck..." Sakura said before she extended his hand forward as she offered a handshake.

"....Sakura Haruno, Konoha-nin. Nice to meet you." Sakura said ass he introduced herself. And soon enough, Sagiso extended her own hand to return the handshake.

"Sagiso Ajisai. Nice to meet you as well."

Chikao got up and made his to some girls (sorry if I assumed genders) who were talking. He had finally decided to engage in conversation and find suitable partners. "Hi there, my name Chikao, Chikao Uchiha"

Madoka and Tomiko glanced over to a newcomer, Chikao, who had introduced himself and Tomiko offered a friendly grin.

"Hey there, my name is Tomiko. Tomiko Usagi. Nice to meet you." Tomiko said with a friendly tone as Madoka kept a more neutral expression before she did the same.

"Madoka Tadashi. I hope you are not affiliated with that other Uchiha who was part of that argument earlier." Madoka asked, though she was not one to judge a clan based on one lone member. Besides, others among that argument were equally annoying to the Suna-nin and they had no affiliation to the Uchiha. Still Madoka could not help but wonder if Chikao had any relation beyond clan towards that guy.

However, upon a second inspection Tomiko realized this guy had been involved in the fight previously. And as such, her usual happy-go-lucky demeanor faded. Though Madoka remained oblivious as she had not gotten involved and Tomiko refrained from a comment.

The tall man, cleared his throat. His scarred face showed his seniority and that he was a veteran if many missions. He addressed the entire room of genin before him.

“Attention all of you.” The tall man said. “The exams are to begin now. But be warned, if you think it will be easy you should turn around and walk out while you can, because being a ninja is never going to be an easy game.”

The man dressed in black paced back and forth in the room, his intimidating stature seemed to dominate the attention in the room

“I am Ibiki, and I will be your Exam Proctor. Those of you who wish to go through these exams will answer to me for this first segment of them.”

As he said those words, the large doors for the exam hall opened, light flooding in to the main floor, revealing the new exam area. There were multiple doors in the room, a wall in between each door as all of them were assembled side by side. Shadow clones of Ibiki stood by each of the doors, crossing their arms. The numbers seemed to match the exact number of participants, as well as their first names written in each door.

“Go to your door.”

Raiku and Hashima stopped talking and turned their attention to Ibiki, who they have now realized was their exam protector. Raiku looked at the doors, and all the clones next to them. He nodded and walked over, though feeling a bit cautious. "Is this some sort of trick?" he thought as he readied his hand to make a shadow clone in his place if the need arose. Hashima however, simply went over to her door and smiled, ready to begin the exam.

Azumi, Kenji, Madoka, Tomiko and Sakura listened to the instructions of the rather scary looking older man named Ibuki (Or cool looking, if you had asked Tomiko) before a sudden bright flash of light momentarily blinded them before they saw an area with what had to be hundreds of doors. They were then told to go to their assigned door, with a matching number they were given as well as their names written across it, and did just as they were told.

Azumi, Madoka and Sakura wondered what this was all about. Kenji seemed pumped as to what awaited him and Tomiko was busy inspecting Ibuki's face as she tried to figure out the story of this guy and his scars.

Sagiso also made her way towards her door, she seemed especially curious as to what this had been about. Though she reminded herself she needed to be prepared for anything.

Katsuo nodded to Kenji and Azumi, wishing them luck on the future trials before continuing forward towards his door.
"Hm, perhaps there splitting us up at the start? Would make sense, picking off the weak ones quickly and whatnot." He mumbled to himself, looking to the shadow clone who guarded his door.
"Id like to ask him a few questions but I shouldnt......thats weakness, cant show weakness."

As Kiro predicted, this man, Ibiki, was the proctor. He listened to the man’s small lecture before watching as the exam door opened revealing... ‘More doors?’ Kiro mentally questioned as he watched as the other genin carelessly walked towards the doors. Thinking the same as Raiku, Kiro was a suspicious about this and instead questioned Ibiki aloud. “Is that an order?” Kiro asked, questioning the proctor. If it was a real life scenario, he wouldn’t trust some foreigner to tell him what to do. Last thing he needed was for the exam to reveal that they shouldn’t just follow the rules just because some person told them too. Kiro continued his glare at Ibiki as he waited for an answer.

Zaku approached the door he was assigned, his name on the door plain as day. How did they know my name? I only talked to a couple of people...the spies of the leaf were more crafty than I had thought....

........

Kai silently did as he was instructed, walking up to the door that had his name on it, watching as the others did so. He seemed okay until Kiro spoke up. Not now...don’t make a fool of our village....

......

Ibiki looked down at the mist ninja that talked back to him. He only gained a knowing smile on his face, but it was slightly twisted. Intresting kid...

“If you plan on passing these tests, then i’d Suggest you follow your proctors. Unless you want to question that too? If you can’t stomach these exams you can leave and come back next year, if we allow you too.”

Kiro clenched his fists as listened to Ibiki’s response. He realized that maybe it wasn’t the best idea to question the proctor but it was better to be safe than sorry. Kiro simply nodded at Ibiki before walking over his door. Once there, he crossed his arms and waited for the next instructions.

The Kohana-nin seemed excited, "YES, finally!" Taiyo rushed to the exam room and noticed all of the other people in the room.
So, this is what I'm up against, kinda scary, hopefully I can do well against all of them, it would be pretty embarrassing to be eliminated on the first round.
"It's time, let's do this," The young genin pep talked himself, thinking that he was ready to become a chunin.

Ryo was a bit hesitant and intimidated as the proctor, referred to as Ibiki, laid out the instructions plain and simple for the genin. He noticed one of the guys involved with the tense situation before hand talk back to the tall Instructor, and Ryo only became more intimidated from the tall man's response. The young Yamanaka immediately followed orders, walking quickly past Ibiki and avoiding eye contact and came upon his door. He wondered what was awaiting them on the other side of the doors.

He had asked his older sister, who had passed these Chunin Exams years earlier, what the Exam stages would consist of, but he had no luck in gathering information. She wanted him to take the risk on his own and hopefully pass with his own abilities to decipher situations. Ryo sighed and rubbed the back of his neck while staring at his name written on that door - that would either be the name of a kid who enters this whole thing and comes out a victor, or someone who falls on his face. He prayed it wouldn't be the latter.

-

Haru, on the other hand, calmly made his way through the hallway and stood before his door. The Instructor was big and tough, sure, but he figured it was all just an act. It made sense - the real world outside of genin training and academies surely was much rougher and less friendly, so the Exams had to find someone to instill that feeling into the atmosphere; but Haru wasn't going to be quaking in his boots over it.

He looked before him and crossed his arms as he stood at his door, accompanied by one of the Proctor's clones, who stood like a statue. He had to admit, he was a tad surprised, though. He had studied up a lot about these Exams, but this part was never recorded or mentioned by anyone. Haru was incredibly tempted to use his jutsu in order to see what was passed the door and get a head start, but that would most likely lead to unnecessary problems, and he didn't know how mentally aware these clones were made to be. So, he just stood there, and awaited the next instruction.

Shen: King of Digimon

Previously Shen: King of the Mist
Once everyone was in from of their respected door, they flung open, each Ibiki shadow clone assigned to each room and pushed each genin in. Once inside, they were met with an alarming sight. There was a bagged man, covered in the black bag. He seemed to be struggling, deep grunts coming from inside of the bag. He was on a chair, struggling to break free of the bonds that were inside of the chair. Suddenly, the main Ibiki yelled from the outside.

“Remember, each hostage in each room is a wanted criminal, these criminals have invaluable information that the leaf village needs!”

With that, each door forcefully closed, the shadow clone Ibiki’s quickly moving in to block the doors, crossing their arms.

“This test is to prove your ingenuity about confronting a problem a plan, and overcoming it. In order to capture and subdue a hostage is essential for any chunin to know, and to do it without needing any hands-on skills are needed in many situations...”

He gestured toward the hostage that was bagged, struggling. The chair buckled a with every move of the hostage as Ibiki only snickered In response.

“Take this one for example. this one was has done some particularly horrifying things. Now for what you need to do. Bring him from Point A, to Point B. And then I’ll tell you what to do from there. The trick is though, you cannot touch him with your body parts.”

He pointed to a circle that didn’t seem like it was there before, at the end of the room on the floor. It said ‘B’ on it, just as the circle that you somehow didn’t notice you standing on said ‘A’.

“Now, adapt, find a way to bring him over there without touching him with your body parts. I’ll update you from there.”
