Def stared and listened to Alderic, feeling he really meant all he was saying. "I see..." He muttered, thinking how it certainly wasn't easy to escape the hold of being part of Team Rocket. He didn't chase after Alderic any further and quickly turned back to be with Marin and the oither's again, there thankfully not being much space between them at all.

"Back off, Rocket!" Def yelled as he was quickly by Growlie's side to also put himself between the Rockets and the trainers,
"Go back to whatever hole you crawled out of," He snarled, Growlie giving a loud growl in warning to the Rockets.

[ @SMRPG64 That rhyme was golden LOL ]

Will sighed "alright" he said
"You are not going to give up your Pokémon?" The man asked "in that case, we will have to take them from you"
The other two grunts laughed and walked forwards
"Go, Muk and Golbat!" They shouted, and the two Pokémon appeared.
"'This is your last chance" the man said.
Then he noticed Growlie and Def
"I recognise that kid" The Rocket thought "but from where? No matter"
He called out "Kadabra, confusion"

Meanwhile Will, seeing Def's attack, decided to attack as well
"Squirtle!" He shouted "water gun!"

Def frowned as one of them mentioned recognising him, "Kid? Heh, guess I age well, thanks," He said.

"Fat chance of that happening," He said about them trying to take their pokemon.
"Growlie, Flamethrower!" He yelled after Will sent his attack, Growlie jumping forward and opened his mouth to release a wave of fire towards the Golbat.

The golbat was sent flying backwards, into the Medium-Sized-Automobile. "No!" The male grunt shouted
"Sludge bomb!" Shouted the female
"I remember now!" The third Rocket said "you were the one who screwed up our plan before! Kadabra Psychic!"
Meanwhile, The sludge bomb hit will, covering him in sludge. His Pokémon were trying to get him out, but to no avail

"Well get ready for it to be screwed up again. Growlie, Crunch that Kadabra!" Def ordered.
Growlie gave a grunt from the Psychic that hit him but quickly overcame it and lunge towards the Kadabra with open jaws.

"Will!" Def yelled, "You scumbags, you've not changed at all," He said in regards to how they were happy to order their pokemon to attack trainers. He took a pokemon from his belt and enlarged it before releasing the pokemon inside it, "Go, Ivysaur," He called as an Ivysaur appeared at his feet, only very recently having trained it enough to evolve from a Bulbasaur he caught here on the island.

"Quick, Ivysaur, help Will out of that sludge," He said.
"Saur saur!" Ivysaur said and hurried to release two vines from her back to carefully but securely wrapped them around Will's underarms and started to pull.

"Thanks Def!" Will said as he was pulled out of the Muk's... muck.
Kadabra, badly injured by the crunch, stumbled backwards into the Rocket.
"Arrgh!" The rocket shouted "Kadabra teleport!"
As the Rockets were enveloped by a white light, the grunts shouted
"Team rocket now will zip away"
"Live to fight another day!"
And then they were gone

Def watched as they finally left and gave a sigh of relief, putting his attention on to Will who was finally free.
"You're very welcome. Nice work, Ivysaur," He said.
"Saur!" Ivysaur chirped happily, feeling very proud of herself.
"Are all of you ok?" He asked the trainers and their pokemon in concern, not liking that now even the trainers were getting pulled in to this mess with Team Rocket. "Sadly, I doubt that'll be the last we see of them... Like the guy said, I already had a run-in with them earlier," He explained with a soft sigh. Well, at least now they may hopefully put most of their attention on getting revenge on him and leave others out of it.

[OCC: Gonna give others a chance to respond, don't want to race too far ahead. Really enjoying this RP though! ]

Jackson had been inside the Pokémon Center the entire time Team Rocket had attacked and the introduction of Will and Def. So, he knew very little about what had happened. All he could see was a mid-size automobile with a missing wheel and a huge dent in it where something had hit it. A trainer inside of a ball of sludge and a trainer he didn't recognize with a massive dog and a Pokémon that looked very similar to his Bulbasaur.

"Hey, what's going on around here?" Jackson asked.

One of the trainers brought him up to speed.

"Team Rocket? Why would they want to steal Pokémon? That's just... wrong."

Charles was still in the Pokémon Center, as he sat in a seat while he held Scanner in his right hand, as he watched Nurse Ana continue to work on the baby Dragonite. He saw her cooling him down and taking off the excess fluids in his body, as he said to her, "Well, I hope that he's going to be alright, I'm pretty worried..."

Nurse Ana smiled and said to Charles as Scanner waved his nozzle around, "He's going to be fine, but I'd suggest having him get some rest. I wouldn't recommend to battle here, so I might have to fill out a slip for you and Dragonite, because he's your only Pokémon that you have on hand right now." Charles nodded at Nurse Ana, while Scanner went into sleep mode, as he continued to watch Nurse Ana and Dragonite.

Meanwhile, the Minun reluctantly went to the Arena, as he still was invisible. He didn't want his power to run out prematurely to where everyone could have seen him, as he snuck inside and noticed that the battle was over already. He saw some trainers that had beaten who appeared to be Team Rocket, judging from what the grunts said after he saw them gone from the white light.

He realized his power was running out, as he coughed rather loudly and thought to himself as he facepalmed, "Oh come on... I'm still coughing after I took those tablets?! Ahh, they're going to see me... oh well, remember what Daniel told you... just act natural... just act natural and they won't really notice, except me coughing like crazy!"

He bumped into a trainer that was with an Ivysaur, as he squealed the moment he became visible! He quickly hid behind the Ivysaur, while he went into a crouched position behind the flower bud in an attempt to mask himself from everyone. He didn't seem to realize that his big ears gave him away though, as he had a frightened look on his face.

Sorry for the 24 hour leave. I became terribly ill. I couldn't even get on my phone to try and reply here. But I'm back.

BIC
Yolie noticed Gavin ran ahead to a cafe. She assumed she must have come off as annoying. She let her trubbish out to have some company. When it came out, it stretched and smiled. It noticed Yolie felt a little down and it patted her on the leg.

"I don't know what's wrong. I guess I'm just kind of learning some things about me. I am not really good at making friends. The friends I do have, I don't even enjoy being around. I guess my insides, match your outsides trubbish."

Yolie sat down on the road. Gronk City was insight, but she couldn't find it in her to leave the woods of Route 1 yet. The trubbish came and sat in her lap, while looking ahead, at the nearby city. Yolie expected the smell of trash, but this time it was different. She smelled chai tea. It was coming from the Trubbish, who was sympathising with her feelings.

"Well Trubbish, I have you. You know what? That name is... Well, its rubbish! How about I name you...Phillip?"

The trubbish looked into the sky, debating in whether or not it liked the name. It gave off a hideous smell, and shook its head. Yolie squeezed her nose in disgust.

"Nope! Not that one I guess." Yolie said. It didn't take her long to come to her next option. "Oh, I will name you Knope! That is prbly my favorite word to use with you! How about that?"

The trubbish began to jump up and down in agreement.

"Trubbish. Ish-ish!"

"Alright Knope. Its getting a little dark over here. Let's get to Gronk City and find a place to stay."

Yolie rose from the ground and patted off her skirt. The two began to walk side by side, through the entrance to Gronk City.

(Half-Autoing I guess? I'm going to assume that was me)
"They are just like that" Will said "selfish Pokemon stealing jerks. The next time I see a Rocket, he won't know what hit him"
Then he smiled and turned to Def "do you want to battle?" He asked

Jackson smiled towards Will. "Sounds like those Rocket guys are in for a rough time then."

Behind the trainer's Ivysaur, Jackson noticed a pair of huge ears. At first, he thought it might be something that Ivysaur just had. The thought made him uncertain he wanted to evolve his Bulbasaur any time soon. Then he took a closer look at it. "Hey, who's that?" He pointed towards the Ivysaur.

Marin was crouched on the ground covering his body over Asura and Rory. Marin had his eyes closed and was tensed up like hell. Rory and Asura were flinching but opened their eyes as they realised that the attack stopped. They looked up to see Marin on top of them, attempting to protect them as part of the sludge bomb hit him as he shielded Asura and Rory. Rory hugged Marin's leg in gratitude and Asura did the same but on the other leg. Marin looked down at his Pokemon and sighed in relief, at the sight of them not harmed. "Thank Arceus," Marin mumbled to himself. Marin stood up and brushed himself down. He realised that it was getting rather late. Rory and Asura both cutely yawned in synchronization whilst stretching out their bodies. "I guess that's my cue to put them to bed," Marin said to himself . "Okay guys, I'm heading off to the hotel next door. I'll see you guys another time." Marin announced as he walked off.

As they walked down the pavement leading to the hotel, Asura jumped into Marin's arms again. She moved around in his arms and got comfortable. It wasn't that long until she dozed off to sleep. Rory also jumped up and stood on Marin's shoulder and leaned on his head. "It's best you don't fall asleep just yet Rory, it's quite aa drop," Marin chuckled. Rory didn't acknowledgeMarin's funny remark as he was yawning again letting out a cute. "Bun..." as he yawned. Marin arrived at the small hotel and booked a room. Marin walked into his room and instantly fell onto his bed in a starfish shape. He got underneath the duvet and dozed off to sleep. Asura wanted to get cuddled up so she went on top of Marin's chest and got under the duvet as well. She laid down and dozed off as well. Rory was stumbling around the bed about to drop asleep at any minute. Rory eventually fell on to Marin and fell asleep leaning his face. So when Marin wakes up he's going to have a lovely Buneary ear in his face, to say good morning.

Wind whipped her hair madly behind her as Iggy clung to her Crobat, high above the ground. She frowned, eyes searching the roads frantically for the vehicle her companions had been traveling in. Finally spotting the car ahead, her eyes immediately locked onto the tail end of the battle. "AGH! Why am I always LATE?! I'm in so much trouble..."

As she and Star neared the battle below, she let go and landed with her usual grace. A loud SMACK on the ground heralded her arrival as she crashed, her body rolling through the dirt and grass toward the group. As the dust cleared and she rubbed her now very sore head, her companions were clearly defeated. With a blip of light from boss' Kadabra, her friends were gone.

Well... If I had to look for silver linings, I forgot my uniform today! She chuckled stupidly, nerves twisting her stomach. "I, uhh... Hi!" she says, waving weakly to the group forming outside the Pokemon Center as Star lands behind her.

"Hi!" Will said "Did you see those Team Rocket people?" he asked "They attacked us and tried to take our Pokemon!"
He noticed that the newcomer was injured "are you ok?" he asked "Do you need any help?"

"Wow, that was a pretty big crash you just had!" Jackson rushed up to the girl. "You alright?'

Bulbasaur approached her as well, giving a concerned look. "Bulba, Bulbasaur."

Her eyes widened curiously as Will and Jackson approach, taken aback and a bit confused by their concern. "Me? I'm fine! Star likes to make an entrance at my expense," she laughs, standing and brushing herself off. "Pardons for interrupting! It sounded to me as though you two were about to battle. Don't stop on my account," she says, gesturing to Will and Def. "I wouldn't mind watching!"

Looking to Jackson, she cants her head. "Are you lot a group? Off to challenge gyms and whatnot?" She wrings her hands, trying to hide her nerves. What was she to do? Her party was defeated and teleported off to who-knows-where...

((Off to bed! I'll post in the morning ^^))

Jackson simply laughed and placed his hand on the back of his head. "I think we're just a bunch of trainers getting together." He smiled towards her. "By the way, my name's Jackson and this is my partner, Bulbasaur."

"Bulba!" He greeted her.

"Yeah, I'm off to face the gym." He smiled nervously. "Just as soon as I figure out where that gym is."

"I don't think there is a gym here" Will said, looking around "there should be a Map in the Pokemon centre or something though"
He entered the centre again, motioning for Jackson to follow, once inside he saw that yes, there were maps. He took one and read it. "Nope" he said "No Gym Here"

Def looked at Jackson when he approached and then to Marin to check he was alright. Guess some of the sludge got him too but thankfully he seemed to be fine.

"Yeah, Team Rocket... They use to be quite the force in the Kanto region but they disbanded. Looks like they are making a come back... Best not let your guards down for now." Man, this whole thing was becoming so troublesome.
"Mm?" Def muttered as Jackson asked about Ivysaur. "Oh, that's my Ivysaur, she just recently evolved from Bulbasaur," He said.

"Battle?" He repeated, not expecting to be asked that, "Ah, maybe another time, bud. Think I've had my fill of action today," He said to Will light-heartedly.

Needless to say, the random girl falling from the air made him jump a bit and Growlie's head spun round quickly to look.
"What the..." Def muttered and would follow after the others to check on her.

"I'm glad you're OK, you should stick to the ground rather than the air, you could end up really hurt," Def said towards the new arrival, thinking this event was close to being more surprising than the sudden revival of Team Rocket. At least with the day nearing an end meant he could head home soon and try to make sense of all this, which he planned to do when he eas sure everyone was doing OK.

Will smiled. "Yea, you are right" he said "At least there are no more rockets here"
He sighed "So i don't think there is a Gym here, but lets not go to the next city just yet, we need some time to relax after today" he said "Know any good food places around here?"

"Yeah..." Def agreed for the sake of humouring him, knowing this won't be the last of the Rockets.

"Oh, yeah there's a great little diner a few doors up from the pokecenter, one of my favourites."

Jackson didn't hear his stomach roaring until the prospect of food was brought up. If there wasn't a gym in this town, the least he could do was get something to eat.

"Man! Dinner sounds great! I've been living off berries the past couple of days!" He looked down to his partner who was staring back up at him. "What do you say, pal? You hungry?"

"Bulba!" He nodded.

He looked over to Wil and Def. "Say you guys wanna join me? We could eat together."

"Really? The berries on the island are great but it's important to have proper meals, you'll need the energy on your journies," Def said.

"Sure, I'd be happy to come along," He said and took out the pokeballs for Ivysaur and Growlie.

"Alright you two, you've earned a long rest after today," He said and the two pokemon obediently returned to their pokeballs before he put them back on his belt.

"Your Bulbasaur looks very healthy," Def said and crouched down to offer a hand to the Bulbasaur to see if he would let him pet them, "I caught mine here on the island, was a feisty catch."

Charles saw that Nurse Ana was finished with the baby Dragonite now, as she smiled and said to him, "Alright, well your little Dragonite is fine now, but I would suggest for you two to not get into battles since he still has to recover with time. Here's a little slip for you and Dragonite, it's very important to not lose this since this is the way that it'll prevent you from battling with others."

Charles smiled at her, as he saw her handing over him his Dragonite, as he said to her, "Alright thanks, so is there anything else?"
She replied as she escorted him out of the Pokémon Center, "No, there's nothing else that's needed, but what's needed is for him to have a nice day, he looks like he's having it rough. I wish for him to get well soon, so have a wonderful day."

He got out of the Pokémon Center after he waved to Nurse Ana, as he said to Dragonite while Scanner woke up from his sleep mode, "Well, you're looking better now Dragonite, I think that we should go to the Diner around here, I saw that it was a few meters from the Pokémon Center."
Dragonite replied, "Dra, Dragon!"
Scanner let out a chuckle from its nozzle, as it said to Charles, "Well, although I can't really eat... umm, well I suppose I could watch or converse with others." Charles smiled, as he decided to go to the Diner, while he saw some other trainers, as he noticed a Bulbasaur with one of them.

Minun unknowingly followed along with him, as he briefly noticed a trainer that recalled their Ivysaur and Arcanine, as he tried to go invisible. He knew that bumping into that same trainer earlier that just recalled their Pokémon rendered his invisibility useless for some time. He sighed, as he tried to hide from everyone, but he was clearly visible from any angle.

Yolie arrived to Gronk City, completely oblivious to the crime that the nefarious Tram Rocket had schemed. Compliments to the trainers that cleaned up well. Yolie felt her stomach rumble; it was time for a refill on food. It was as if someone brought up the prospect of food and its effects were widespread. She grabbed her Pokegear and searched her map app for restaurants within Gronk City that could match her distinguished tastes.

"There is a diner here. Would you care for a bite Knope?"

The young and ambitious Trubbish had already found a trash can and was neck deep inside of it when Yolie noticed him again. He removed himself and rubbed the back of his head while smiling bashfully.

"Trub! Rubu-trub-trub!"

"I guess that's a yes." Yolie said while smiling, and giggled. "Then let's go to the diner, find a place to stay, and then hurry up and get this badge from the next city."

Yolie headed to a diner within the town, while Knope waddled behind her.

Jackson chuckled as Def kneeled down to pet Bulbasaur. His grass Pokémon allowed the new trainer to stroke his head. Bulbasaur snuggled into his hand. "Hey, he seems to like you."

"You caught a Ivysaur here? That's really sweet! Bulbasaur was actually a gift from my parents. I got him about a week ago. Same time I started my journey," Jackson stated. Bulbasaur simply nodded in agreement.

Marin woke up a bit later, but Asura and Rory stayed asleep. Marin stuck his tongue out and kept having to take hair out of his mouth since Rory's ear was pretty much in it. Marin had slowly and gently moved Rory to a position to where Rory was on a pillow rather than on Marin. Marin looked at Asura and thought "Damn it," since that Asura got herself comfortable on Marin's chest. Marin gently budged his hands underneath Asura so that he was able to pick her up. Marin also gently placed asura on another pillow (There was a lot of pillows XD). Rory and Asura's sleep were uninterrupted as they continued to quietly snore cutely. Asura seemed to be rather fidgety in her sleep and kept changing position and her face kept twitching. "She must be dreaming, let's hope it's not a nightmare," Marin thought to himself. Marin got out of bed and looked outside of the hotel room's window and stared at the night sky. "Wow, the first day of my journey has come to an end, and we've already done so much," Marin looked at Asura and Rory with a big smile on his face. "Rory joined us and we've made so many friends as well., and this is just the beginning of it. I can't wait for tomorrow." Marin said to himself as he looked back to the night sky filled with glittery stars. Marin decided he should get some sleep and snuck back into bed and fell asleep once again.

Iggy smiled to Def, Will and Jackson, waving a hand. "Count me out for dinner. But I would not mind accompanying you lot on your way to get your first badge! I am not much of a trainer to be honest, but it seems the journey could be interesting. I'll be spending the night in the PokeCenter if you want to find me in the morning. Iggy," she said, realizing she had not shared her own name. "And this is Star," she nods to the Crobat, before returning him to his pokeball.

She brushed herself off once more and made her way for the PokeCenter to arrange her lodgings for the night. What am I doing? she berated herself as she dropped her things next to her bed in the PokeCenter hostel. Flopping onto her back, she pressed the palms of her hands into her face. Boss is going to be pissed. I am so screwed... It's not like those trainers are going to come get you anyway. You'll be forgotten and unemployed. Stupid stupid stupid!

((OOC: /Gollum complex))

Morning dawned on us and the sunlight shined through the window and landed on Marin, Asura and Rory. Marin woke and stretched his entire body across the bed making a starfish shape. Asura woke up and mimicked Marin. She stretched her entire body whilst yawning and spread her body as much as she could. She let out a cute, "Kor," as she stretched. However, Rory still remained asleep at this point. Marin got out of bed and stood up. Asura jumped out of bed as well and she jumped up on Marin's leg."Chikor!" She cheered with a cute and gleaming smile. "Good morning," Asura!" Marin said back to Asura with a big smile. Marin crouched down and picked up Asura then hugged her tightly. Marin looked over to Rory sleeping on the pillow still. "Wow, he's still sleeping. To be fair he did have a battle yesterday," Marin said. Marin carried Asura into the bathroom and put her in the bath. He turned the tap and filled up the bath. Marin then cleaned Asura, by scrubbing her down with soap to clean her coat. Asura snickered and splashed Marin drenching him with water. "What the-!" Marin exclaimed as he froze there with an unimpressed look. "Chikor-Chi!" Asura found it hilarious and couldn't stop laughing and started to roll around in the bath in laughter. Marin sighed and just simply continued to bathe Asura. Marin then took Asura out the bath and started to dry her body with a towel.

Rory's unconscious body slowly started to lean to the right and he eventually fell over. Rory slowly opened his eyes and yawned. Rory noticed the window with the gleaming sunlight coming through it, this seemed to somewhat attract Rory to look out the window so he did. He jumped off of the bed and jumped up to the window ceil and sat down staring at the sight of Gronk City. His mouth opened in awe as he looked at the Pidgey's flying past the window and as he saw the town folk and their Pokemon set up their stalls in the Plaza.

"There you go Asura, all nice and clean no," Asura's coat shimmered and she chirped with a smile. "Chikor!" Marin smiled and walked into the bedroom. Marin looked at the pillow that Rory was sleeping peacefully on and noticed that he wasn't there. Marin's eyebrows lowered as he thought to himself. "Rory was right there," but the worry he was getting immediately went away as he saw Rory gazing out of the window. "Morning Rory!" Marin said. "Bun," Rory said back showing minimal reaction as he was too busy looking out the window. Marin chuckled and he pulled out a comb out of his bag and sat behind Rory. Marin started to brush Rory's fur as he stared out the window. Roy found this relaxing, staring at a pretty view and being massaged by a brush. "There you go, your coat is looking fresh," Marin said. Rory jumped around and posed flexing his arms. "Hehe, not quite a Machamp but almost there," Marin chuckled. Asura waddled out of the bathroom with half of her body still underneath the towel. "Chikorita!" "Bun!" Asura and Rory said hi to each other and smiled. "Okay we should head off soon, our next stop is Grioru City," Marin said confidently. "Bun!" "Chikor!" They cheered as they punched the air. "Okay let's head out," Marin got dressed, picked up the towel that was on top of Asura, folded it and put it to the side. He then returned Rory into his Pokeball, picked up Asura and headed out of his room. Asura kept moving around in Marin's arms as they went down the hallway towards the lift. "You're fidgety today aren't you?" Marin said. Asura couldn't really get comfortable in Marin's arms and wouldn't stop moving. Asura decided to reach into her small pouch and pull out one of her berries. She turned and laid on her back and started to nibble on her berry. "That's good, she'll take some of her anxiety medicine for today," Marin thought to himself.

Marin checked out at reception and left the hotel. Marin stood and pondered in thought for a moment. "I wonder what the others that we met yesterday got up to when we left?"

When Yolie arrived to the diner in Gronk City, she took a seat. Lucky, the restaurant has accommodated seating for pokemon as well. She gave her Knope a seat, and the two sat at a booth on a fourth floor balcony, which looked upon the city. The two had quite the candle lit feast, as Yolie ordered a decent amount of food for the two of them.

Yolie prepared her utensils in a polite manner, showing exquisite table etiquette. She began to teach her Trubbish how to display proper table manners.

"Nope, Knope. You are doing it all wrong. Never rest your elbows upon the table, and lay your cloth along your lap. I may be dining with trash, but once you learn to eat like a gentleman, you will put to shame un-priveledged pigs."

Knope fiddled with his fork, and began gnawing on it along with the food. He made a little bit of a mess on the balcony with his food.

Yolie sulked by her lonesome, checking her pokegear for constant updates. Her friends hadn't messaged her yet. Didn't they care how she was doing? She began this journey for them, they should be more invested! She was ready to call it quits.

As she was absorbed in her phone, suddenly a blood-curdling scream filled the air around her. Yolie looked up from her phone and at Knope. It sounded like a boy, she thought to herself.

"What was that?" She asked Knope.

Knope gave back a blank stare while he chewed on the rest of his dinner.

As the two stared at each other, the image of a boy appeared to run on top of their table, and jump off the balcony. Yolie couldn't believe her eyes, but the Trubbish didn't seem to flinch.

Yolie ran to the balcony's ledge and frantically searched for a kid. To no avail, she couldn't find one.

"Are you OK?" She screamed. The only reply she received was silence. Silence, and a cold air on her back that made her shutter. As she began to turn around, her skin froze, and time slurred. A loud ringing noise rang in her ears, but her Pokémon stood at the table, wondering what was wrong with her. And in an instant-
"BOO!"

Yolie jumped back as a pinkish ghost with colorful eyes separated her from the table. She was so spooked that she slipped over the balcony's edge and nearly fell. She managed to grab the ledge with her hands, and was now dangling. Yolie was holding on for her life, when the small ghost floated above her and began to laugh.

"What!!!! This isn't happening! Somebody help!"
Yolie felt her life flash before her eyes. To her surprise, her biggest worry was what Knope would do without Yolie. They had just met, and she felt concerned for its wellbeing. She never felt that way about anyone or anything before.

Yolie felt two hands grasp hers in tandem. It appeared that Knope climbed along the balcony edge and grabbed Yolie's hand, tugging with all of its might. Yolie succeeded in climbing back to safety, to the soundtrack of the ghost's laughter. It began to speak.

"Shu-shushushu!" The ominous ghost seemed more playful and sadistic now.

"This isn't a ghost! Its... A pokemon. Hey bub, watch it how you play your games! I could've been seriously hurt, or even worse... I don't even want to think about it."

Yolie flipped her pokedex open at the pokemon. "Shuppet, the puppet Pokémon. Shuppet grows by feeding on dark emotions, such as vengefulness and envy, in the hearts of people. It roams through cities in search of grudges that taint people."

Yolie's heart sank, while the ghost Pokémon continued laughing. This ghost wasn't just here for jokes, it was feeding on negative emotions-her negative emotions. She started to wonder, maybe no one enjoyed her company because she was always a debbie-downer. The news brought on by the pokedex entry just made her feel even more depressed. Knope saw his trainer fall to the ground, as she began to cover her eyes, a river of tears seeped out of the crevices of her fingers. Knope walked in front of Shuppet and tried to reason with it.

"Trub. Urr-u-bish." Knope said, with its eyes beginning to water. It pointed its arm at Yolie.
"Mmmm. Shup. HuhuhHUHUHh." The ghost seemed concerned at first, and then couldn't hold its pokerface; it was taking the whole situation as a joke. Knope began thinking of what to do, and then it closed its eyes and began to produce a strange wave. The wave seemed to encapsulate both Shuppet and Yolie. Then, Yolie's tears stopped, and she seemed to feel comfortable. Meanwhile, the Shuppet finally halted its laughter. And then it stared at Yolie. It grimaced, as tears began to flow down its eyes. It had felt sympathy for the first time in its life, and wanted to make it up to the human girl it almost killed. It allowed itself to have a physical form, and snuggled up to Yolie. She decided to hold it in her arms and coddle it.

"Its OK. I understand, you are alone too. Whatever Knope did, I just feel like I know where you're coming from. All you know is how to survive, and I was an opportunity. It must be hard finding sadness in a world where pokemon make trainers happy. Maybe you don't need dark emotions to get stronger. And if you do... Ill have plenty of them for you to feed on."

The Shuppet continued to cry. It nodded in agreement. Then it looked at Knope, struggling to perhaps say sorry, while sobbing. In that instance, Yolie grabbed an extra pokeball.

"So, how about it Shuppet? Wanna join me? You don't have to be alone. We can grow together. With Knope too."

Shippers tears of sadness slowly shifted to tears of joy. Shuppet wouldn't want anything else than to become partners with Yolie.

"Great! Now get in this Pokeball!" Yolie laughed, her throat clogged with mucus from crying so much.

The pokeball touched upon shuppets head, and opened instantaneously, absorbing the Shuppet. The ball shook in Yolie's hand three times before letting off a successful clink noise. Yolie felt proud, and went up to Knope and hugged him.

"Thanks for saving me buddy. I don't know what I'd do without you."

Knope returned the hug and seemed so happy. The hug was short lived, because Knope stopped smelling so well. But the hug was just a taste of everything Knope could ever want. Trainer and pokemon got up, and started to stare into the sky, relaxing along the balcony ledge.

"I can't believe I'm even brave enough to be so close to this again. This day... It truly was Eventful. Actually, that's what Shuppet's name will be! Eve'ent!"

A moment later, the waiter came to Yolie's table.

"It seems you have finished your meal, but you have disturbed our guests. If you are ready to leave, will you be paying with cash or credit?"

Gavin decided it was time to go to route 2, over to the gym. He thought one more Pokémon is a charm that he would win the gym and the league, but he wasn't sure, (lol pokecharms..) and he wandered around the place. He seemed bored, like bored to death. He went training with his Pokémon.

There was a training center ahead, and it had targets and other things.

"Alright, Iggy, take care," Def said as Iggy dismissed herself.
He was happy the Bulbasaur let him pet him and would lightly scratch behind one of his ears. "Yeah, i was excited to see a wild Bulbasaur, they're great pokemon. This little guy was a fine gift." What a friendly little guy.

"Well, I'm ready to head for some grub whenever you guys are."

"Yea lets go" Will said as he walked to the Restaurant, before stopping. "wait" he said "Do you guys have money? I only have a little bit?"
Then motioned towards the Medium-Sized-Automobile. "And should we do something about that?"

Bulbasaur certainly enjoyed having his ears scratched. This trainer knew what he was doing. Unlike Jackson. Don't get him wrong, Bulbasaur trusted and enjoyed Jackson's company, but he was not the brightest Pokeball at the mart.

Jackson hadn't thought about that. He only had a few Pokebucks on him. If he was going to get something, it'd have to be small. As for the truck, what were they going to do about it? "I guess we could call the police or something. Maybe they can take care of it." Jackson thought about wandering over to it and investigating it, but then his stomach roared at him in frustration. It was so loud that even the group outside could hear it.

He chuckled at himself. "Well, I think I know what my stomach thinks we should do."

"I have money, I'll treat this time since you're still getting on your feet," Def offered

"Oh, forgot about thqt thing," He said and looked at the vehicle, "Yeah, they'd know what to do about it, after the diner I'll give them a call on my way home for the night."

Charles went over to the resturant, as he said to Will while the Minun was behind him, "Well, I'm assuming that the way we're going to pay is either tabs, or maybe splitting from what I've heard of." He turned around as the Minun quickly hid his bag behind him, though the bag was even taller than him, which meant that something was up. He tried to think of an excuse, as he knew that having a bag that big for a small Pokémon would spell out suspicion.

He looked up at Charles while he knew that he had grown a liking to him, as he had followed him around almost the entire time. He used his paws to barely keep the bag perfectly straight, as Charles looked down at the Minun while Scanner said, "Woah, that's a rather huge bag that the Minun has. Something tells me that he's carrying quite a bit of stuff."

Charles kneeled down to the Minun, as he said, "I think that you've followed me all the way here. I suppose it's because you're lonely right? I think that I've seen you before once, but you had to flee because of those bad guys. Well, I could always help you out here, and help carry that big bag... although I seriously wonder what's inside there." The Minun felt nervous, but also relieved at the same time, as he knew that having a lot of money on hand isn't the best idea, but at least it was technically his that he kept in his faraway home. He knew that he had to devise an excuse though, as he knew that if someone were to find out on how he really got the money, he would be in for something beyond trouble.

The Minun went up to Charles's leg and hugged him, as he gave a playful, harmless jolt at him. He smiled, as he whispered to him, "Minun Minun, Minun."
Scanner said to Charles in a quiet voice as it translated his talk, while it also seemed surprised, "He's saying the bag contains money... a lot of it. Wow, I wonder how he even got this much, I'd suggest to be very careful with this. This is the first time I've seen a Pokémon come to a trainer instead of the normal way where the trainer comes to them... oh you two are going to have a wonderful time together." Charles nodded at Scanner and smiled at the Minun, as he picked him up and hugged him, while he saw him looking at Def.

Marin made his way to the edge of the city and he stood between two gateways that opposed each other. The one that headed north had a large sign on the front of it saying, "Gateway blocked due to a land slide."

"I guess we're heading south, it's probably better that we go that way anyway, there was a gym there. Maybe we'll challenge it," Asura reacted to Marin's comment about the gym and she grew a worried look. "Obviously, I won't make you do anything you don't want to Asura, don't worry," Asura sighed in relief and relaxed her body. She then continued nibbling on her berry. He walked through to route 2 and looked around to see what this place had in store for them.

About 10ft in front of him, he saw a building which had a person with boxing pads on his hands, and a Pokemon punching them in front of the building. "What on earth is happening over?" Marin said to himself as he approached the person. Asura didn't take any notice of what was happening and just was distracted by her berry.

Marin walked closer to the trainer and the Pokemon. The person had a black track suit on and a red cap on his head that was on backward. Punching the pads was a pale brownish Pokemon with a leaf on its head. Marin was clueless as to what that Pokemon was so he pulled out his Pokedex and scanned the Pokemon. "Nuzleaf, the Wily Pokémon. Nuzleaf can be found living in thick woodlands. The soft melodies they play on their leaf pipes are said to comfort humans."

"Cool, a Nuzleaf. I've never seen one of them before," Marin said asAsura looked over at the Nuzleaf. The guy in the tracksuit stood up and looked over at Marin. "Ah, a traveling trainer! Haha, I'm sure you're seeing new Pokemon every day. I'm Steven, welcome to my Training Center. The number one place to train your Pokemon to make them fighting fit!" Steven did a pose pointing to his sign saying, "Training Center" Nuzleaf mimicked Steven and pointed at the sign.

The Diner doors opened and out came Yolie, leaving the establishment. She made sure to leave a decent tip for the trouble she caused, and wondered where to go next. She walked along the streets of Gronk City with the night coming to an end. Street lights gave an ambient orange shine, and Yolie knew it was time to catch some sleep.

She wanted to take a peak at the route heading north, but found it impassable. That was unfortunate, but gave her only one choice- she would have to travel down Route 2. But for now, she resumed her search for the town inn.

"I hope I can make it to every town before nightfall. I shudder just thinking of being out alone, in Pokémon infested woods."

Def would be sure the meals were paid for before he left the diner, bidding the trainers farewell for now and would be on his way home. He was quite tired from today's events and they left much weighing on his mind to think about. Wanting to be home quickly, he called out Growlie and climbed on him so they would be home in no time.

Once home he let Growlie stay out of his pokeball. His home was small but nice im a simple sort of way. The front door lead to one open plan room that was the living room and kitchen and there was ladders that lead up to a platform where a bed and such could be seen. The only other door was one that lead to the bathroom.

"Some day, huh boy?" Def said as he walked by Growlie who had made himself comfortable on the couch, petting his head as he walked by. He climbed up the ladders to his bedroom and would pull his shirt off before falling back on to the bed, letting out a troubled sigh and rubbed his hands down his face.

Team Rocket here in Bloka, day one and he had run in to them twice and the first time had his friend and island professor in serious danger. Ugh, he was getting a headache just thinking about the Rockets.
