His staff is strapped to his back.
Personality: Bertram is an odd fellow, and is not very susceptible to gore, even saying “oh” when he witnesses a murder, but he still tries to do good. He is ticked off easily when he is frustrated. Bertram is pretty analytical and dang smart. He tries to do justice when he can and will not back down from duels. An optimistic fellow too. Pretty friendly, though he weirds some people out. He has a habit of saying the wrong things at the wrong time, and a bit of a jerk. Clown with class.
