Alright here are the last of the character's I'll be introducing.
Name: Chester McNeal (The mask of Norm)
age: 68
Appearance: is an Elderly gentleman. He has short white hair and a mustache, he wears a suite most of the time.
A little back ground on the character. He is the oldest of the current council. Is the current Chief of the International Police Force. He converted roughly seventy percent of the Police force into becoming Masqueraders

Gabrial Cade ( Mask of Fighting.)
Age 47
Appearance: Short black hair. He looks like a body builder. usually wears military

Alex "Lex" Connor
Age 23
Appearance: medium length black hair, He usually wears a a three piece suite. Known to be a rich billionaire playboy philanthropist.
???? ( Because I'm keeping his identity a secret for now)
Age 26
Appearance: Silver like hair pulled back. wears a tuxedo with old fashion shoes.
He is currently the leader of the Red Scarf Foundation. and plans on taking out any and all who stand his way.

Appearance: Always has his mask on. Brown hair. Black leather jacket with a black tee shirt underneath. Black gloves and jeans.

Abilities: The mask is able make it's host body immune to physical attacks (other than ghost.)

The first couple are NPC battles where we just write our battles until we get to the point where its just us, at that point we do the battles on showdown before "Dramatising" them on the RP, until there is only one of us left standing

Alright people. Since Johnson said he isn't going to be able to post much I'm going to put the Evil team (Council, Neo Galactic, and the Red Scarfs) subplot on the back burner for now.
Now then the tournament will officially begin in the Next day of the RP.
How the tournament will go down is as fallows.
the first two matches will strictly be against NPCs .
after words it depends on how many player characters are left.
each battle against an NPC will have a twenty four hour time limit. If you do not post in that time period you will be disqualified.
For the player battles you will use Pokémon Showdown. That way we won't have people who continual doge each attack and it makes the tournament go by faster. .
Everyone one who posted a character Bio will be put on a list whether or not the posted in Sinnoh league doesn't matter (This doesn't count for Mask characters, Teaem Galactic characters, or the RSF or those who do not participate in the tournament..) The order the characters appear on this list will be the order their battles take place.
