I Feel like no one would figure out that Xander was a robot until Penny actually exists. But this isn't canon, so Xander was combat ready way before Penny.

In my Bio it says Xander is a prototype. Could Penny possibly be the finished product?
It could be, but your character is male.
I mean they could have changed it to female for some techcnical reason.
Or maybe its two projects going on at the same time? That happens all the time with large companies.
