The new name for the gauntlets (Cybartic Soul), is it okay, or should I keep the original name (Crying Soul)?

Name: Prism Blackwell

Semblance: Primary Shift (Changes his color to boost one of his attributes. Red: Power, endurance. Blue: Speed, agility. Yellow: Intelligence, perception)
Personality: Open, social.
Appearance: Well used to the cold temperatures of his native Solitas, Prism wears insulated lightweight plates of armour. He also wears a jacket and a pair of pants that are both weatherproof.
Origin: Solitas, Atlas
Weapon: Prism's main strength is his versatility, so he made a weapon to allow him to change his style of combat mid-fight. To this end, he fights with a pair of claws, that double as guns.

That Semblance is such a cool idea! Nice job! And, by "change his color", what do you mean? Do his eyes change color, or hair, or what?
His eyes change, as does his fighting style. Red is more agressive, blue is faster and yellow is defensive.
Alright, cool! And would his hair be an almost translucent white (like a prisim)?

Appearance: is a tall pale skinned skinny boy with gunmetal grey eyes and Gunmetal grey hair with a few white streaks, wears an Ivory White turtle neck sweater which covers his shark gills, an Ivory white coat with beige trims over, a gunmetal grey pair of skinny jeans and a beige belt with a white metal buckle with 2 sharks spinning around a ball engraved on it and has a beige mouth mask with white sharp teeth printed on it in a smile pattern

Weapon: wields an AA-12 Fully Automatic Shotgun with Ice dust bullets that morphs into a Trident which is named "Atlantic Carnage"
Anything else: under the collar of the sweater is a mechanical collar that is powered by 2 ice dust crystals allowing him to breath on land for 6 months per crystal, he reloads them when both are used up while under water to avoid suffocation

Just look it up. That's what I did, and found out what I needed. It's actually pretty interesting.

What's the age range here? Early adulthood?

1. Your name needs to start with the same letter as your color.
2. We know that you came to Vale, but where did he come from? At least name the continent.
3. My character, Topaz, already uses dual swords.
4. As a universal rule of the RWBY series, all weapons must be able to transform into guns. This isn't really an issue with your character, just wanted to let you know.

And @SismicFlareCharmander I think the range is 17+, but idk. Young adult
Well, Jaune's weapon is not a gun, but that sets him back a lot (Pyrrha has this same situation, but she had a lot of training to compensate)
