Background Story: She'd dreamed of being a Rito bow champion since she was a child. She would beg her parents to go see every single showing the day they were announced, and was astonished at how people could shoot a target from over 10 to 20 meters away. She always looked at her parent's bows with an amazed look on her face, knowing that one day, her bow would too be on the shelf. After awhile, she was able to learn and pick up the bow. She was somehow extremely good at first, hitting the target from up to 10 meters away. She was a master with the bow after about a year of learning. She one day came home to find her parents on the floor dead, with no explanation how. After confirming they were both dead, she ran out the door with her bow, to never be seen again in the Rito village. A couple months after her parents death, she signed a contract to become a trained assassin.

Griana had been given an order to kill a young Hylian, Genesis. She flew to her last known location, when she spotted someone with all of this person's characteristics. She landed behind a rock, hopefully unseen. She stalked her prey for a while until the time was right. But she hesitated. Hesitated for the longest time. She’d never done this before, yet she had also never had to kill anyone this young before. After a good 10 minutes of hesitation, she drew her bow, and took a shot at her leg.
