Swampert fainted, "Good job, have a good rest." He said as he retrieved him, "Go! Vikavolt!" Said Lao as he sent out his shiny Vikavolt, "Zap Cannon and Discharge! Zapcharge!" He exclaimed. Vikavolt had been storing a lot of electricity lately and had to discharge it all and with Zap Cannon's high damage, Vikavolt dealt a greatly heavy damage upon Drampa, "Thunder Fang!" Exclaimed Lao. Vikavolt bit Drampa with its large static fangs. Drampa must have been badly damaged, but not fainted. Lao knew Elijah's Drampa was no joke.

He was right, Drampa wasn't done yet! "Drampa use Hydro Pump on Vikavolt!" Elijah commanded. He had a plan. Since water conducts electricity, Vikavolt would damage itself on the next attack, instead of Drampa. He hoped Lao didn't think of this either. The Hydro Pump hit. "Now Dragon Pulse!" That attack hit too.

Lao was confused. Why did he use a water attack on Vikavolt? Lao realized the trick, "Vikavolt. I'm gonna tell you something.." He whispered something to her. When he was done whispering to her, "Are you sure about this? You'll get hurt." Said Lao. Vikavolt nodded, "Okay, then. Vikavolt, get on Drampa and use Zapcharge!" Vikavolt got on top of Drampa and used Zapcharge. Drampa was badly hurt, "Now! throw him up and use Bite and Thunder Fang, Thunder Bite!" He exclaimed as Vikavolt bit Drampa strongly and then electrocuted it. Lao gave Vikavolt a full restore. Vikavolt was the at Full HP, "Don't think I don't know your tricks, Elijah. I studied your tactics throughout my journey and I made sure that no trick like this one stands in my way." He said firmly, "Vika, Vika! Volt!" Vikavolt seemed to agree with Lao.

"Study this, Drampa, use Dragon Pulse!" Elijah responded. The beam of Dragon powered energy went spiraling towards Vikavolt causing great damage on impact. Drampa then, used another Rainy Day to keep the Water Type moves boosted. "Hit it with another Hydro Pump!" The Hydro Pump hit. This was looking good for Elijah.

Lao sighed. Vikavolt nodded, she would do anything to win, even if she hurt herself. She was Adamant, "Okay. Vikavolt, end this now, with Zap Cannon and Thunder Fang! Zap Fang!" He exclaimed as electricity rose from Vikavolt's fangs. She bit Drampa hardly. They were electrocuted so hard that, all the crowd was wearing sunglasses. Drampa and Vikavolt were paralysed. Vikavolt seemed tired but continued anyways, "That's the determined Vikavolt, I knew!" Vikavolt looked at Lao, he had saved her from Team Skull when he was just a helpless Grubbin. Vikavolt soon had fierce determined eyes. She wanted to return the favor to Lao! "Alright, Vikavolt. Try to dodge his dragon and water attacks!" Vikavolt flew everywhere very quickly despite being a giant electric stag beetle with wings, she moved quiet fast, actually.

Drampa was worn out, Elijah didn't imagine he could continue for much longer, but he trusted his Pokemon with his life, he depended on them. "We can win this Drampa!" Elijah said confidently. "Wait, that's it! Vikavolt relies on its speed, so we'll just have to use that in our favor. Alright, Fire a Dragon Pulse straight in the air!" The Dragon Pulse fired, but everyone seemed confused about what Elijah had just done, there's no way that attack would hit. "Alright, now fire Hydro Pumps at Vikavolt!" Elijah commanded. The Hydro Pumps were efficiently dodged by Vikavolt, but those weren't supposed to hit. Elijah looked up at the sky, there it was. "Now lead Vikavolt towards the center field!" Drampa continued firing Hydro Pump after Hydro Pump getting Vikavolt to avoid them, and head to the center, then it happened. The Dragon Pulse that Drampa fired earlier was hurdling down the sky gaining surprising speed and power. The Dragon Pulse collided with Vikavolt causing a HUGE amount od damage that had to have feinted or put Vikavolt close to feinting anyways. Only time could tell.

Lao seemed worried. Vikavolt saw Lao's worried face and struggled to get up. She roared and got up and kept speeding around the battle field again. Vikavolt promised to herself she would make Lao proud, and Vikavolt wasn't one to let down a promise. She kept speeding around and using electric attacks on the ground uselessly. Soon, Vikavolt used Zap Fang again, and the electric attacks she had used on the ground sprung up at Drampa and electrocuted it badly. Vikavolt continued biting Drampa while using Zap Fang and while all other electric attacks were affecting Drampa. Vikavolt then backed away a safe distance. All that electricity she had been storing, she had to discharge it all out. Drampa was paralysed, so it was easy for Vikavolt to use Discharge on Drampa. It hit, and it hit badly at that. Lao smiled at Vikavolt.

Drampa had feinted. "Great try Drampa, thanks for your help" Elijah said appreciatively. "Scyther, let's end this!" Scyther was next to play. "Use Metal Claw!" Scyther sped toward Vikavolt with surprising speed knocking Vilkavolt out of the air. Scyther then followed up with X-Scissor and Quick Attack, Quick Scissor, feinting Vkavolt. "Who's next?" Elijah asked.

"You're on. Snorlax, now!" He said as he sent out Snorlax. Snorlax instantly used Body Slam, making Scyther paralysed. Snorlax then used Rock Smash and Thunder Punch. Thunder Smash. Snorlax had electricity coming out of his fist and with power that can crush a boulder within minutes. Snorlax hit Scyther hardly. Lao knew Scyther was really weak to rock and electric type moves, so why not make a combination of both? Snorlax just sat on the ground. Tanking moves would be very easy for a tank defensive Poke mon like Snorlax. Lao believed in his Pokemon, "Hey, Elijah! It's not all about winning, it's about having fun." Said Lao calmly with a smile on his face.

Scyther had been in extremely intense battles before, this was nothing. Scyther had been with Elijah since the beginning, their trust was at the highest level, they could do anything. "Alright, Night Slash!" Elijah exclaimed. The attack hit, yet Snorlax didn't seem to budge. Elijah had fought tons of Snorlax in previous adventures, and he knew Snorlax may seem like it hasn't taken a single hit, yet it actually has. Snorlax was one strange Pokémon. Scyther followed up with Air Slash and Quick Attack, Quick Slash. He then followed up with X-Scissor dealing a great amount of damage.

"Snorlax! Ice Punch!" He exclaimed as Snorlax fist became frozen and then Snorlax punched Syther, dealing a great amount of damage. Scyther was frozen in an ice cube!, "Good job, Snorlax, now Rock Smash!" Snorlax broke the ice while dealing great damage to Scyther. Snorlax then used Thunder Punch again, electrocuting Scyther badly. Lao had a trick up his sleeve.

Daniel smiled. This was one of the last battles. All this way. He had taken a liking to some people. Mallow was the bane. He walked outside the VIP room and went to where Mallow was sitting. He motioned her to follow.
"Wow, that is dumb. First me, then straight after Lao? I don't care anymore." Daniel began to walk away. Mallow grabbed his wrist.
"I'm sorry, Daniel. It's just I was jealous. I wanted you to be jealous, too." She kissed Daniel. He pushed her away.
"Stay away..." Daniel growled and ran outside the league building.

Mallow wanted revenge. She walked up and busted in to the VIP room. She pushed Luna onto the table and held her neck. "Revenge..." Will Daniel be able to come back in time and save Luna!? To be continued...

Elijah knew Lao wouldn't go down without a good fight, but niether would he. "Scyther, use Metal Claw on the Ground!" Elijah commanded politely. As soon as Scyther hit the ground a cloud of dust spread over the battle field, Snorlax wasn't able to see a thing. "Now, X-Scissor, and Night Slash, Night Scissor!" Scyther bombarded Snorlax with furious attacks dealing a huge amount of damage. "Its time to finish this," Elijah spoke. He held his Z-Ring up. "SAVAGE SPIN-OUT!!" He roared. Scyther used the Bug-Type Z-Move dealing a greater amount if damage than the first wave of attacks. Snorlax either feinted or was really close.

Snorlax was on the ground. He was really damaged but didn't lose that much health, well, he did, but he wouldn't go down easily. Someone just wouldn't go outside his front door and ask someone to battle a Snorlax and expect to win. No, Lao's Snorlax was literally a best, "Body Slam and Rock Smash! Rock Slam!" He exclaimed as Snorlax body was hard as rock and then fell right on Scyther. Scyther was greatly damaged. Snorlax then used Thunder Punch and Rock Smash. Thunder Smash. Snorlax fist was as hard as rock. He then punched Scyther with great power, while Scyther was getting badly electrocuted.

Elijh had to figure out a way to stop the electricty from damaging Scyther, or it was over. "That's it! Scyther, use Metal Claw to conduct the electricity!" Elijah commanded. The Metal Claw ha snow absorbed the electricty from that Thunder Punch, now Metal Claw was electrified. "Um, Thunder Claw?" Elijah asked. Scyther understood. The now electrified Metal Claw was more powerful than normal. "Use it!" Scyther rushed at Snorlax with full power smacking it across the battle field and into the Stadium wall, causing a huge Explosion. He imagined Snorlax was defeated now.

"OK, everything's going correctly as planned." He said to himself quietly. Snorlax got up, severely injured. Snorlax tried to use Rock Slam again, with greatly heavy damage. Scyther was badly hurt. Snorlax was definitely gonna faint after the next hit.

Scyther was very weak, but he could take out Snorlax, he had to. "Let's do this Scyther, Night Slash!" Elijah commanded. The Night Slash hit causing Snorlax to feint. "Great job, Scyther!" Elijah said excitedly. Its a 2v2 now, yet Scyther won't be able to stand much more damage. He thought to himself. "Show me your full stength Lao!" Elijah yelled across the battle field.

"Here we go, I trust you, buddy." He said to a certain Pokeball. He sent out Decidueye, "Last time, Scyther and Dartrix had a tie. But, now a Decidueye, with Battle Bond discovered, let's find out who TRULY is the strongest." He said with a smirk, "Sucker Punch and Leaf Storm! Sucker Storm!" Exclaimed Lao as Decidueye flew up and fired razor sharp leaves at Scyther, the leaves did great damage, "Hypnosis!" He exclaimed as Decidueye right in front of Scyther and used Hypnosis. Scyther fell asleep! "Use Spirit Shackle and Quick Attack! Quick Shackle!" Decidueye did great damage , and with Spirit Shackle, Scyther couldn't escape. Decidueye looked as energized as a Rotom, maybe even more. Decidueye looked at Scyther while it was asleep, "Now, Leaf Storm!" Exclaimed Lao as Decidueye fired a bunch of glowing razor sharp leaves at the sleeping Scyther, "Now, Decidueye! Let's power up!" He exclaimed as him and Decidueye turned to battle bond form. His green hood was red, his orange bow tie was purple and his beige feathers were black. Since, Lao was really energized, Decidueye felt the same feeling.

Being badly damaged from the previous fight, Scyther had feinted. "Thanks old Pal..." Elijah said. This last Pokemon was his only hope, but if anyone could do it, it was... "Sceptile, let's go!" Elijah responded. Sceptile was ready for battle. "Leaf Blade!" Sceptile flew at Decidueye with surprising speed, faster than Scyther. The attack sent Decidueye flying back. Sceptile then followed with Dragon Claw, and then Leaf Storm. The attacks all collided with Decidueye. "Battling you Lao has made me realize one thing, that the world is very big. There are many strong trainers on all corners and regions of the world. I still have a lot to learn about battling, i guess no matter how long you have been traveling the world, it's not always about experience in battling that pulls off the victory. It's the bond and trust you share between all of your Pokemon that really decides it. I may have been traveling a whole lot longer than you have, but you are strong than I am. Although I am most likely going to lose, my dream to be a Pokemon Master has not faded in the slightest. Anyways, you better get ready, the battle starts now. Sceptile, MEGA EVOLVE!" Elijah yelled across the battle field. This was the real battle. "Use Frenzy Plant!"

The attack hit Decidueye harshly. Lao was hit with a mass of power, but he had to over power it, "Spirit Storm!" He exclaimed as razor sharp leaves came out of thin air, in the shape of a gigantic fist and hit Sceptile dead in the face, "Now, fly up!" He exclaimed as Decidueye flew up, "Leaf Storm!" e exclaimed as Decidueye fired a load of razor sharp leaves at Sceptile again, "Sucker Punch!" He exclaimed as Decidueye sucker punched Sceptile into the see-through wall of the battle field. Decidueye began to use his speed. Decidueye wasn't like Lao's other Pokémon, oh no, Decidueye was so fast that he looked like he was teleporting from place to place. Sceptile tried to focus on Decidueye but he couldn't, so Sceptile got kinda dizzy and fell over, "Great job, Decidueye! Leaf Storm!" He exclaimed as Sceptile received a large amount of damage. Lao was, much like Decidueye, getting tired, but he, miraculously, managed to pull through. Lao wasn't going to give up, THAT easily.

Sceptile had taken a lot of hits, but most of which were grass type, not doing too much damage. Sceptile still couldnt seem to concentrate on Decidueye and its suprising speed. They had to figure out a way to slow Decidueye down. "Use Frenzy Plant!" Elijah said. Plants sprung up from the ground which cause Decidueye to trip and fall. The plants circled around Decidueye's feet and arms trapping it. The rest of the plants viciously whipped Decidueye multiple times causing heavy damage. Sceptile then followed up with a barrage of Dragon Claws doing a HUGE amount of damage to Decidueye. Sceptile then used Leaf Storm which also hit Decidueye very hard.

Decidueye cut the plants and quick attacked Sceptile and then used Spirit Shackle on him. Decidueye used Hypnosis, making Sceptile fall asleep. Decidueye then used Quick Shackle, dealing a greatly heavy damage.

Sceptile had to wake or this battle was over. "Come on Sceptile! You have to wake up! After all we have been through on this journey, we have suffered worse than a Hypnosis!" Elijah pleaded. He was losing hope, but then Sceptile woke up. "You did it! Now let's finish this!" Sceptile charged at Decidueye with a furry of Leaf Blades dealing a good amount of damage. "Now use Dragon Claw and Leaf Blade, Dragon Blade!" Elijah commanded. He dealt a great deal of damage to Scpetile.

Lao felt a great amount of pain in his body, making him fall to his knees. He then struggled to get up, "Decidueye! Fly up!" He exclaimed, as Decidueye flew up, "Now, Leaf Storm and Spirit Shackle! Spirit Storm!" He exclaimed as a purple aura appeared around Decidueye and then Decidueye hit Sceptile with a good chunk of damage. Suddenly, a giant purple arrow appeared behind Decidueye's back. That giant purple arrow was there to resemble Lao and Decidueye's power, "DECIDUEYE! SINISTER ARROW RAID!" Exclaimed ao as Decidueye flew up and a bunch of purple arrows appeared behind him, and suddenly, they became out of energy. The energy arrows all fused together, to form one big energy arrow. Decidueye then managed to shoot that giant arrow at Sceptile dead in the face. This was time, Lao had to let the mad part of himself out. Lao had a red glint in his eyes, so did Decidueye. Decidueye and Lao had a purple aura behind them, "Now, Decidueye! Fly up!" He exclaimed as Decidueye flw upwards again. Decidueye kept flying upwards, "Use the giant purple arrow at your back! RRRAAAGGHH" Shouted Lao as Decidueye fired the giant purple arrow at Sceptile dead in the face. Decidueye then landed on the ground, still as energized as Lao.

Luna was to shocked to let out her Pokémon. Persian was already out, but Mallow ignored the desperate clawing. Persian suddenly tackled Mallow, knocking her away. Luna was gasping for breath. The radio began to play "Fat Arcanine", for some reason. Persian danced on top of Mallow to the tune. "Mallow, I think I need to call the police." Luna said, and she did so. After she was done, she called out. "Daniel? Could you please talk sense into Mallow?"

That last attack created a cloud of dust that surrounded the battle field. Elijah couldn't see what had happened. "Sc... Sceptile?" Elijah could barely get the words out of his mouth. Just then Sceptile leaped out of the dust surrounded by a green aura, Overgrowth. Grass-Type attacks were now greatly powered. Elijah grinned, "Frenzy Plant!" Freocious vines attacked Decidueye smacking it around the battle field. Sceptile was getting worn out though, and Elijah noticed. "Just a little but more Sceptile, please..." Elijah pleaded. Sceptile jumped up on Decidueye's back and bombarded it with Leaf Blades. This was a battle to the end.

"Decidueye! Fall on your back!" Commanded Lao as Decidueye fell on his back, but giving Sceptile damage, cause Decidueye fell on him, "Now, get him off your back and throw him away!" He exclaimed as Deidueye threw Sceptile nto the air, "Spirit Shackle!" Exclaimed Lao as Sceptile got hit with Spirit Shackle receiving a good chunk of damage. Decidueye then flew up to Sceptle's place in the air. Lao began throwing his fists in the air. Decidueye was sucker punching Sceptile everywhere. Sceptile fell down in the water. Decidueye flew in and grabbed Sceptile by his head, he then threw him on the ground as well as continuously using Spirit Shackle on Sceptile. Decidueye then grabbed Sceptile's head and used Hypnosis. Sceptile fell to sleep again. Decidueye then held Sceptile and threw him against the invisible wall.

Daniel picked up the phone. "What has she done now?" He sighed. He ran back to the league. After finding Officer Jenny there, Daniel knew something was up. He saw Mallow in a car/Taurous police car. "Mallow? What did you do?" Mallow started crying.
"I'm sorry..."
"Well, you were dumb for doing that. You can take her away now." Daniel said. Jenny saluted and took Mallow back to Akala. Later, he turned back to Luna. "You okay?" He asked.

Elijah nodded to his Sceptile that was now asleep. Scpetile woke up in an instant. Their bond was at their highest level now. Everything Elijah thought Sceptile could read his head. Elijah was about to say use Dragon Claw, but Sceptile was already rushing towards Decidueye with Dragon Claw and kncoked it away. Sceptile then followed with Leaf Storm, and then Frenzy Plant. They were both in sync, dodging Decidueye's moves together as one. Lao had a real challenge now.

"OK, I wish I didn't have to resort to this." Said Lao calmly. Decidueye suddenly appeared behind Sceptile. Decidueye sucker punched him into the wall. Decidueye then repetedly used Spirit Shackle on Sceptile. Decidueye then grabbed Sceptile and flew high up in the sky. Decidueye kept flying upwards with Sceptile until they've reached the limit of the invisible dome, surrounding the battle field. Decidueye then used Suker Punch and Spirit Shackle on Sceptile all the way to the ground. Decdieue then threw Sceptile away and bombarded him with Spirit Shackle. Decidueye then kicked Sceptile from place to place in the arena. Decidueye was appearing in every corner and kicked Sceptile to the next corner. Decidueye then kicked Sceptile high up, and used Spirit Shackle on him. Decidueye then appeared in front Sceptile in the air and Sucker Punched him all the way to the ground. All those attack had, miraculously, hit Sceptile critically. Sceptile must have fainted or injured.

Sceptile had feinted. "We... we lost." Elijah muttered. He smiled and returned Sceptile to its Pokeball. "Thank you so very much, Sceptile." Elijah walked up to Lao and held out his hand to shake. "Thanks for an amazing battle, Lao. I haven't that much fun in a very long time, and congratulations on winning the Alolan League." Elijah said appreciatively. He was disappointed he didn't win, but he made i far, and that was enough to please him.

Lao shook Elijah's hand, "Thanks, mate." He said calmly, "I have one last challenge..." He said calmly, "Kayo..." He said as he looked up at the sky and smiled, "But they say that I will challenge Kayo tomorrow,." He said calmly, "So, I guess, Daniel and Luna were probably watching our match. And maybe now they're just chilling." He said as he put his arms around his head, "So, when is a good timing to go to the hotel?" He asked curiously.

Elijah starred up at the crowd in the stands going wild over the battle that had just taken place. "Well first, we have gotta escape this crowd that's about to charge us the second we get off the battle field, and we gotta dodge the reporters." Elijah replied trying to think of a way to get out of the stadium without being trampled. "We also should probably grab Luna, Daniel, And Ray on our way out. Not sure is Kayo is coming with us or not."

Lao was found flying at the speed of sound on top of Decidueye, Elijah was on top as well. Lao saw Daniel and Luna outside the league building. He grabbed their hands and threw them aboard on Decidueye, "Welcome aboard, 'Fire Boy' and 'Karma Girl'!" Exclaimed Lao as they all flew away, "WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!" Exclaimed Lao as Decidueye continued flying, he wouldn't be surprised if some of them were screaming or dizzy. After, about an hour of sky-rocketing on top of Decidueye, they all got to the hotel. Lao then took off his jacket, showing his black shirt, and took off his shoes and instantly went to sleep. Tomorrow was a big day for him, so he had to rest well. He began dreaming of something. His mother was there, Decidueye was there too, and was...talking?! Lao couldn't figure out Decidueye's words in the dream.

Luna fell asleep as well. She dreamed of a fat Arcanine helping in a war, trying to do parkour, and crushing Thor. She woke up at midnight after that dream. "That was weird..." she muttered. She looked out the window to see a line of people in sleeping bags. "I'm pretty sure tomorrow will be a busy day." she said, before drifting into sleep, now dreaming of the Great Child Rebellion in Hoenn.

Lao woke up and yawned. It was morning, he was well energized and ready for a good battle with Kayo. He looked out the window to see people standing and going crazy, "Uh guys, wake up. We've got some, uh, problems.." He said with an uneasy face or tone. He continued trying to wake them up. The didn't wake up. Lao got his blue air horn. Lao used the air horn in a very loud unpleasant noise, which made everyone wake up.

Elijah woke up from a good night's rest. Today was the finale of the tournament, Lao would face Kayo over the title of Alolan Champion. Elijah went down to the cafeteria and grabbed a donut and some coffee and walked back up to the room. He went out on the balcony to enjoy the morning before everyone else woke up. He walked up to the railing and peered over it, there was a mob of people holding up signs of Lao, Daniel, Kayo, Luna, and Elijah. "This is going to be a long day..."

Lao had walked to the balcony with Elijah, "This is the final battle, eh?" He said as he took a sip from his orange juice, and took a bite from his french toast. He put on some sun glasses on himself and Elijah, so they looked cool, "Don't ask why, I just like my look with sun glasses." He said as he looked at the sky.

"Alright, I won't ask..." Elijah laughed. He stared off into the distance, recounting his previous adventures. "Have you ever thought of traveling to other regions after we're done here in Alola?" Elijah asked curiously. "Sure Alola is fun, but that's just part of being a Pokémon Trainer, but the other part is traveling the world and seeing the different regions it has to offer."

"Other regions, eh? I guess I never really thought about that." Said Lao calmly as he finished his french toast and sipped more of his orange juice, "I don't really know. How about we decide when the time just, well, comes?" He asked curiously with a smile as he finished his orange juice.
