There's usually only a gap of about 2-4 weeks between a tournament's end and the next one's signups, but signups usually last a month thereabout. Keep an eye on the board and you should be able to catch the next one in time.

There are deadlines for each round, but other than that you just talk with your opponent to decide when would be the best time for the both of you to do your matches. There's no specific time/day for each round.

Sorry, the deadline ended yesterday and the matchups are already decided. There are tournaments going on all the time though, so if you miss one don't worry too much as a new one will follow it very shortly after.

But the last singles showdown was last year! I'm not gonna make it another year.
