Drawing humanoids is hard... I know because I've tried a few, and more often than not it took me over an hour of working and reworking till I was satisfied. If you're gonna use Ibis, I recommend you take advantage of the layering features to make one layer opaque and then add a layer and trace over what you've drawn to get the lines smooth. The rulers can be useful too.
