        I also haven't the faintest clue.

        ...Though, looking at the rest of his design, it looks like it connects three straps that I can only assume hold his swords in place. But why does it look like a FIDGET SPINNER?

        The world may never know, unless whoever designed his outfit comes out and says why exactly it looks like a fidget spinner. :p I suppose it could've simply been a coincidence and they didn't notice when designing the outfit, or maybe they just went with it because it looked nice. We'll really never know. XD

        Kanji: 生まれ変わる
        Word type: Verb (action word, typically at the end of a sentence in Japanese).
        (Main) meaning(s): To be reborn.

        It might not be used in general speech that often, but I think it's a pretty common word in songs. An example is 'chAngE,' with the line nando demo umare kawaru no (Literally, 'I'll be be reborn any number of times')

        Anyways, being a verb, there are some forms that should be kept in mind, the ones (I think) that are mostly likely to been seen are:

        生まれ変わった (Umarekawatta): Past tense, 'was reborn.'
        生まれ変われ (Umarekaware): Imperative form, hard to explain, but sort of like: 'Be reborn!' with emphasis on the exclamation point.
        生まれ変われる (Umarekawareru): Potential form, 'can be reborn.'
