Actually, Alex, this... person, the one who started the topic, has already been here, posted the same sort of spam god knows how many times... In fact, I've banned him before.

The fact he returns means that either his IP changed or someone cancelled the ban. Either way, I see no reason for the ban NOT to be reinstated. He already recieved enough warnings.
