After the Apocalypse, the regions collapsed into anarchy. A nuclear war broke out between all the regions, and it is up to our characters to stop it from happening. Will they succeed and bring peace back to their world? Or will they fail, and let everybody die? Just like Jeremy? Just like Luke?

So my idea was to bring in every character from past RPs who are alive, if their creators are up to RPing. Because of this, you can have as many characters as you want, as long as you stay up to date with each other them. With that out of the way, here is the character sheet:

Weapon(s): Same sword in one hand, but a whip he salvaged from an enemy in the other.

She wears glasses upon her face. She wears black hooded cape to cover her face.

Appearance: 5"10 With a long beard, always creepily smiling. Wears a lab coat anywhere he goes.
Personality: Evil, likes to laugh at nothing.

Weapon(s): A sort of gun that acts as a kind of taser.

Appearance: About 1.87m man with short dark blonde hair. He wears black trousers, bulletproof vest, ballistic helmet with face shield. Carries a riot shield.
Weapon: Silenced 9mm pistol and a compact baton.
Personality: He used to be kind and trustful, but after the apocalypse started, he joined the army and began changing to a cold and crude man.

Other: Dimitrij takes part in an evacuation plan. It's based on escaping the planet in an unstable rocket. It's very risky and dangerous.

Appearance: Riley is a middle-aged man with brown eyes and about 1.83m height. He wears a lab coat. Riley has a dark, fauxhawk styled hair with dyed blue streaks. He has an artificial eye that allows him to see further and operate in complete darkness.
Weapon: A stasis rifle that creates a small forcefield around target, immobilizing it for a short amount of time (5-7 seconds)
Personality: A simply kind man. He is very friendly and trustful, but ge doesn't feel comfortable around strangers. He only trusts his friends. Prefers to avoid Pokémon battles and combat. Relies heavily on technology.

Goal: To launch the evacuation rocket.
Other: Riley is the co-founder of the rocket escape plan. He cooperates with a big corporation called Alterra. Unfortunately, the Alterra participates in the nuclear war. Riley is a close Sergiu's friend from childhood.

Personality. Quite relaxed and at ease. Aura always thinks and with the aura, makes him quite wise. Doesn't mind taking Kaleb down.

Appearance: Kit has blonde hair with blue in his right eye and brown in his left eye due to having heterochromatic eyes (A rare trait that causes a person to have different eye colors) He wears jeans, a green shirt, and wears a cyan cape that was mended when the Apocalypse ended.
Personality:
Pokémon: Frostbite (Froslass), Blaze (F. Typhlosion), Mystic (F. Xatu), Gawain (M. Escavalier), Jack (M. Glalie) (Formerly Mothers), Jackie (Shiny Sawk) (Formerly Mothers)

Appearance: Mag now wears a grass-woven breastplate, and a skirt made from forest leaves. Her hair has now been cut a bit, and it hangs around her waist. She has a crown, woven from forest flowers, with a hand-carved magmortar charm in the centre.

Personality: Mag has come to trust humans, especially her sister, Valerie, but she is still wary of trainers, and fights to protect all of the pokemon in the forest she now lives in from them. She acts as a forest guardian, staving off intruders, except for Valerie, who visits her once a week.

Appearance: Valerie now wears a pair of mint green slippers, a white blouse, and blue jeans. She also has a dirty apron on, and her hair is tied back.

Personality: Now much more hardened and experienced, Valerie takes nothing for granted. After making it to Snowbelle City, a local baker offered to take her as an apprentice, and she has been living with him, and working for him. She is grateful to him for giving her a job, and a home, and she vows to become a star baker, and make him proud...When the war is over. She also visits Mag in the forest, once a week, and wants to civilise her, so that they can live together.

Pokémon: Torterra (Shiny) Slurpuff

Goal: To civilise Mag, and become a star baker

Weapon: Naginata, which she has become talented at using. She is also learning tantojutsu, the art of fighting with small daggers.

Other: She now knows all about her and Mag's past, and that they are in fact, sisters. Mag was a rape baby, and their mother abandoned her because she didn't want to raise her rapist's child, and Valerie was the product of their mother's happy marriage, a few years later.

Personality: Phoenix is very determined. She will not stop until she had finished what she needs to do, and she will even kill to complete her task. She will never give up without a fight; she will never give up, in fact. She has a sharp-tongue and doesn't trust anyone. The only allies she has are her Pokemon, who she has grown incredibly close to. She is intimidating to some people, and in a life-or-death situation, she will summon all her strength to survive.

(Shades of Green: Emerald, Persian, Sea Nymph)

Gender: Female
Height: 5"6
Age: 26

Outfit Desc: Esmeralda wears a teal-green 1 piece dress that ends at her knees, it is purely teal with no additional colors or images but has a loophole on either side. Above her dress, she sports a large Emerald shawl, which is primarily plain but flourishes with a pattern of peacock feathers towards the end. The shawl has a split running from halfway point to the flourished end. The shawl hangs loosely around her shoulders and is secured by a flowing ribbon which loops through the loopholes in her dress. The ends of the ribbon are wrapped around her arms and end in small golden rings which are placed over her third digits. Lastly, she wears a Jade-colored veil over her face obscuring her appearance.

Physical Appearance: Esmeralda’s most distinguishing trait would be her long wavy hair. Her hair is cyan but contains numerous feathers within it that create iridescent eyespots in her hair. Her eyes are a calming shade of turquoise that is only slightly darker than her hair. She is lithe, light-weight, and extremely flexible preferring to use her grace and agility over strength.

Personality: Esmeralda is a delicate beauty, who carries herself in a lofty manner. She is prideful and conducts herself with nearly impeccable poshness, though she does mess up sometimes. Though she is beautiful her pride causes her to believe she is an unmatched, peerless beauty and hence she wears a veil to conceal her ‘paradisiac features’. Esmeralda is to be quite petty when her Pride has been slighted. She's surprisingly mother-like when given the chance to display her affection but such situations are few and far between.

Eleganza Tempesta also comes equipped with a few cartridges of gunpowder and can be used much like a Fire-Lance, with much wider range.

So, pretty sure I read that the Kanto armies were destroyed, so which Armies still remain? Which regions are still in a position to even wage war?
