Since Poliet hasn't clarified...we can't say for sure whether his team is in-game or competitive. So Poliet, you need to clarify whether this is indeed for in-game or competitive before we can really help you.

Also, before I am willing to do anything to help with this, set your team out properly, a-like so:

That way, it is far easier to read and it just looks a lot more presentable.
