you can't use chakra at all, and only a few of you chakra points are disabled. If Sagisō blocked all your chakra points you'd die.

You can't use jutsu, unless it doesn't require chakra from your body. Any random few cause the same effect.

I’d say ‘blocked’ or ‘closed’ is the better term. If they were disabled, there would’ve been no way for Naruto to forcibly open them with Kurama’s chakra.
But yeah, Seiun only has his own chakra so he’s fucked.

Hmmm, I don't consider the word to have such permanent connotations to it, though whatever helps the explanation go along better.
Theoretically, if you have another greater form of chakra that can be used, it should be able to break through the closed chakra points.
Think about a plastic tube with water calmly flowing through it. (Ik my examples suck) If you block a certain part, the flow stops. Basically it’s clogged. The water could wait for it to open up. However, if it has a backup source, once opened, the water could push through the clogged part with a greater force.
Unfortunately, only a few people have two pools of chakra or a tailed beast for that matter in them so rip again.

We got a new guy in this Rp who hasn’t made an Oc yet, and acupuncture can stop gentle fist. Thats about it
Eh, can be used to deal with the effects, assuming the acupuncturist is skilled and has a method of distinguishing the location of chakra points and telling which ones are blocked.
