Here is my villain character, he'll be introduced next arc, or during Taiyo's training arc.
Name: Seiun Yasei
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Jutsu type: Genjustu, Taijutsu and Lightning Ninjutsu
Description: has no headband, meaning he is loyal to none, has blueish black hair and grey eyes. Wears a black tank Top and ripped jeans.
Bio: he was born into a talented but strict ninja family. His parents pressured him to be the best ninja to ever exist and anything less was punished. Eventually he cracked under the pressure and murdered his family in his sleep. Ever since, he's been targeting talented ninja to prove to himself and his dead parents that his method is better than his parents ever was.
Likes: Murder
Dislikes: Competition
Missions completed: 16 E Rank, 18 D Rank, 14 C Rank, 5 B Rank, 0 Rank
Also Seiun means Nebula...

Obsidian release: like mud Style and glass style, and dust release, lava release and water release.
Glass style in that it’s not a normal transformation jutsu kekkei genkai, Mud Style in that it’s secret, and dust in that it’s technichally 3 nature transformations. do what you wish with the concept

That's gonna be interesting one way or another. It'd think Nagato would want to keep themselves neutral cause you know...Akatsuki shenanigans gotta keep that under wraps.

But it would force the people of other nations to see what their wars have done to another people. Could be quite interesting, especially for Azumi.

Not to mention that some delegates would come might have a jinchurki bodyguard, which could lead a staged ‘attack’, shifting blame from the rain. not to mention all the ninja that would try and find information about the rain, ninja are stealth operatives and intelligence gathering specialists too

All sound like wonderful ideas.

Though, "shift blame" from what? I mean so far all the Rain have done was get their nation destroyed years ago because the rest of the world decided to have their war on its soil XD

We got sneaking Akatsuki shit, but that's on Nagato rather than his people. And possible Azumi in the future.

As in they can’t blame the rain for the attack, because the attack was against them. So no would would ever thing that they were responsible. And perhaps the Akatsuki members that would have attacked would be dressed as the enemy, so that it would incite war?

We'll see where it goes, I like the staged attack idea. Though Ame going to war seems like a terrible idea after the events of the wars other nations have fought on its soil XD. And that was indirect involvement.

Also going back to look up that war, Hanzo is a god damn monster. He easily dealt with Jiraiya, Tsunade & Orochimaru before he became a paranoid nut. But gets underrated because he lost to a Samurai (As a weaker Edo-Tensei, brought back in his weakest point.)

Also I want to make a Samurai OC XD

No no not rain going to war. The union and confederacy sides XD basically creating a spark of war, as to make them all weaker, claim jinchurki, and have the advantage amidst the chaos

Another OC....are you a sadist?

Fair enough.

Maybe XD...this is hypothetical of course but the Land of Iron could use a rep and besides, I never liked how much weaker (On average) samurai are than ninja in this series given the historical conflicts between Samurai & Ninja in the real world. So making a samurai that can compete with our OCs would be pretty neat IMO.

Originally I was gonna make a samurai OC, but I didn't know how to work that in the Chunin Exams given it is a ninja exam.
