Done/Fixed Default Avatar hard to see

Basically, anyone who uses the default avatar on the site looks like they have no avatar sometimes, because the background is either white or very very lightly colored. Dunno if this is anything you can change yourself but I thought it'd be a good idea to have the default avatar something that shows up a little better?

Good point. I forgot to migrate our default avatars yesterday – I'll do so now! :)

Edit: Done. It could take up to a day for your browser to re-fetch the images, though – try a hard refresh :)
