When i created my account i accidentally clicked in the wrong age. I'm 13, not 19. Is it possible to change it, and in that case, how?

Ok sorry for probably being stupid but how or where do i do that?
Go onto an Admin's profile.
Near the top left, it will say: "Start a conversation."
Click that.
Tell the Admin about this issue.
