MASKED TERRORISTS WREAKING HAVOC
Duelists in masks and hooded robes have been sighted across Domino City. They have been known to hunt down people and bring them to abandoned buildings and alleyways, where they have been reported to challenge their victims to duels. Once defeated, it has been said that they, get this, turn their victims to stone. Every victim has either, been reported to have recent criminal activity, or has been an archeologist who have been attempting to locate a set of Ancient Egyptian artifacts known as the Milleniu--

A few rules of the RP:
1. When constructing decks, all tournament illegal cards are illegal. However, the God Cards will come into effect later in the RP.
2. Follow the Charms rules. Please follow those rules.
3. Standard deck limits; minimum 40 cards in Deck, maximum 60 cards in Deck. Extra Deck does not count.
4. Some specific characters will find Millenium items. The Millenuim Rod is in possession of the antagonists, as is the Millenium Eye and Millenium Key. The Millenium Cube from the movie is gone in this RP; this occurs after the events of the movie, in which, all of the Millenium items were returned.
