You have a pretty good team. Here's a few suggestions for you:

- Flamethrower may be a better option for your Salamence, since with Fire Blast you have 3 moves with only 5 PP. Also, Fire Blast's minor inaccuracy could come back to haunt you in a big way if it misses and your opponent decides to return the favour with an Ice Beam.

- Reflect isn't really a good fourth move for Uxie, since it leaves it without an attack move and if you try to pass the Reflect to someone else by switching out Uxie, there's a good chance the opponent will shatter it with a Brick Break. Also, with only Toxic to damage foes on Uxie, if your opponent brings in someone who can't be poisoned (basically anyone who is Steel or Poison-type, or has the immunity ability) and Uxie is your only Pokemon left, you're screwed. Psychic is Uxie's strongest option for an attack move.

- Infernape is good, but Mach Punch isn't really necessary since Infernape is extremely fast as it is, and the majority of the Pokemon who are faster than Infernape that are commonly used are Psychic-types, so you won't be hurting them much anyway. Close Combat is a better option here, since combined with Swords Dance it will hit extremely hard.

- Metal Claw is miserably weak, and Scizor can learn a much better Steel-type move in Iron Head. Go for Iron Head instead.

- One overall issue with your team is the hold items you're using. Not only does it completely ignore the Item Clause a lot of people battle with (myself included), but a lot of the items are completely out of place. Infernape won't get much benefit from Leftovers since it completely ruins his Blaze ability. Choice Specs on a Roserade with Sunny Day will immediately force you to switch out upon using Sunny Day. Salac Berry is a good item for Infernape since he'll get a Speed boost when Blaze kicks in, and Roserade could use a Heat Rock, which makes Sunny Day last an extra 3 turns.

Wrong.

Scizor's technician ability, and the fact that it's a steel type, basically gives Metal Claw two STABs, raising its strength to above Iron Head's, as Iron Head doesn't get the Technician boost.

I did some calculations for Metal Claw / Iron Head.

Metal Claw: Base Power 50. Chance to raise attack 1 stage. (10%)

Technician Boost: Power 75.

STAB Boost: Power 112.5

-----

Iron Head: Base Power 80. Chance for opponent to flinch. (30%)

STAB Boost: Power 120

So I think he's right about Iron Head being better in terms of power, but only slightly. Though the 30% flinch is probably better than the 10% attack boost.
