DPPt/HGSS What am I doing wrong here ppl?!?!?!

My team is not so hot right now. Haven't won once yet. Am I a bad battler, or does this team have some serious flaws? (And yes, this is a standard OU team that doesn't apply to Charms rules.)

Okay, here we go:

Regirock@Leftovers/Lum Berry? (I'm pretty sure I need a new starter to replace Regirock, give me suggestions please.)
Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 6 Atk / 252 SpD
Moveset:
-Thunder Wave
-Stone Edge
-Stealth Rock
-Ice Punch

Salamence @ Lum Berry
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe
Moveset:
-Dragon Dance
-Crunch
-Fire Fang
-Dragon Claw

Milotic @ Leftovers
Modest Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 SpA
Moveset:
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

Leafeon @ Leftovers
Jolly Nature
EVs: 132 HP / 160 Atk / 216 Spe
Moveset:
-Swords Dance
-Leaf Blade
-Baton Pass
-Roar

Infernape @ Life Orb
Naive Nature
EVs: 96 Atk / 160 SpA / 252 Spe
Moveset:
-Thunderpunch
-Close Combat
-Fire Blast
-Grass Knot

Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf (Maybe this one can be a starter?)
Modest Nature (Ability: Adaptibility)
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Moveset:
-Tri Attack
-Hidden Power Fighting or Thunderbolt???
-Dark Pulse
-Ice Beam

That's all for now. Post away.

Earthquake over Crunch on Salamence.
Hidden Power Electirc or Rock would be ideal, but I think Nasty Plot hould work well.
EV set for that Infernape: 234 Spd / 252 SpAtk / 24 Atk
Thunderbolt over Hidden Power Fighting as well.

I used Crunch on Salamence to take out those Psychic and Ghost types, like Cresselia and Dusknoir, but I know what you're saying though. Earthquake does give it more coverage and overall power.

I agree with you on the Infernape, it could have more Sp. Atk if it's gonna be a Swords Dance Recipient, and it doesn't need to be max speed, it's fast enough.

Hidden Power Rock. I dig it! Although I don't really know what you were talking about when you mentioned Hidden Power Electric if Porygon-Z can have Thunderbolt :p Anyways, i'll try out Hidden Power Rock first, I think it rocks!

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it!

The only thing I'd have to question about your team is Milotic's nature - Modest is a nature that boosts Sp.Atk and lowers Attack, something which is usually used on Special Sweepers. Milotic's Sp.Atk is very good (base 100, same as Starmie) but it does seem a bit odd on a Pokemon that is generally played defensively. Fairly minor, but if you have a good reason for the nature to be that way, don't worry about it.

As far as not being able to win is concerned, it's not always because of a fault in the team - as I said, the only thing that I found questionable on your team was Milotic's Modest nature. I'd say the best thing to do is try different strategies and practice more with your team. Once you get a better feel for the team and you find out what works and what doesn't, you'll do a lot better.
