This rp will take place in a boarding school/training academy for future super heroes, the dorms are organized into three levels not based on age but rather skill and ability. The dorms will mix for classes and lectures but will have separate living spaces.
Please in your application specify if your character was initially sorted into their current dorm or if they have moved from another dorm
Given the need to even out the dorms new rp joiners may suggest a preferred dorm, and I will determine if that’s fair based upon their application quality and hypothetical powerset
Griffin Gold:
A large extravagant resort like building over looking the ocean with plenty of free open spaces and a private beach, in terms of accommodation all students are given self-contained private suites. Though the dorm lacks any real sense of community in favor of unrivaled prestige and professionalism, with private tutors and training sessions for each student. The dorm has a slight reputation as being snobby or stuck up, though this is not entirely untrue the supposed snobbery is likely more a misinterpretation of the dorm's focus on furthering one's own expertise and talent
Serpent Silver:
A moderately sized single building on top of a small hill, the dorm is set in the center of a private estate with environmental simulation zones and free areas. The dorm accommodation consists solely of two student shared dorms, which foster a good mix of community, prestige and professionalism. Thus allowing students to full come into their own. As such it is most similar to a stereotypical college dorm or boarding house

Simple homely little dorm, consisting of a collection of cabins built on one side of a calm lake. Students share a cabin with 2-3 other students. The dorm is known for its great sense of community despite lacking the prestige of its fellow dorms. As such the dorm is popular with Hero high younger students who are not quite accustom to living away from home, though this is not to say it is only aimed at young students, older students often find the family like community of the dorm extremely inviting.

Hero high’s uniform policy comes in two variants formal wear and casual wear, regardless of which is worn the student must also wear or at least carry with them their identification lanyard.
Formal wear is worn to all school events, classes etc and consists of a white shirt below a dorm colored jacket and dark trousers/skirt (think Dual academy outfits). Some students choose to wear the uniform all the time and that to is fine
Casual wear is far more relaxed and allows students to wear whatever clothes they wish to provided they wear their identification lanyard at all times. Casual wear is only allowed to be worn outside of classes and school events.

Appearance: 6’2 with short choppy silver hair, and slate colored eyes. He is very athletic with a strong physique, though not overly buff, his muscles are a product of use and training not for showing off.
Outfit: A steel grey t shirt with an insignia of interlocked gears of gold, copper and tungsten. With a black leather hooded jacket and lightly distressed dark jeans.
Costume: a pair of dark grey combat trousers, with a matching trench coat length jacket, adorned by various metal plates and accents, especially on his shoulders and upper chest forming a sort of collar. His hair is kept hidden within a hood and his face obscured by a ski mask, the mask and hood can be easily pulled back should he wish to. Kazumi also wears heavy combat boots adorned with metal not unlike his jacket, while his hands are kept within simple grey riding gloves.

Explanation: Kazumi can control metal, manipulating it into various shapes and for a variety of uses, from firing off metal projectiles to creating shields or swords for melee combat.
Weakness/setback: Different metals bring with them varying difficulties of manipulation, practice makes this easier, though there will always be a difference between metals.
Without Metal on hand Kazumi's powers are basically useless, hence why he carries so much with him.
Extra information: Steel is the easiest metal for him to manipulate, taking very little effort to shape and manipulate.
Backstory: Born and raised in Tokyo, Kazumi’s power manifested very early in life, he was roughly 5 when he begun to notice he could change the shape of various metal objects around his house, the cutlery, his mother’s key chains etc.
This ability quickly evolved as the young boy begun to further mature and develop. With Kazumi starting to utilize his control over metal and incorporate it into his study of Muay Thai and Kung Fu.
Despite wielding a seemingly colossal power Kazumi was far more precise and calculating as opposed to blunt and reckless, rather than rip whole locker doors off their hinges to restrain a potential bully in the 7th grade he simply evaded and waited for his aggressor to come close enough to the lockers before entrapping the bully’s feet and tripping him up.
It was this precision and cool headedness which allowed him to be placed directly into Serpent Silver on his arrival at HERO High

Hero Costume: a skintight bodysuit which seems to change colour as she moves with boots and gauntlets designed to maximize her ability to navigate her surroundings even when her density fluctuates. Her mask consists of a simple white visor over her eyes and ears, with her hair left to flow freely.
