Ask to Join The Asylum Escape

You awake in a large room made of steel with no idea how you got here, then you suddenly remember that you escaped your cell. (That you were unjustly put in.) When the power went out and the electrified bars stopped working and you and some prisoners, that were waiting for some mistake like that used that moment to escape. Now you are alone and need to find a way out of this place.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You are an unlucky person that got put away for an unjust reason, you may have had some issue in your life but nothing worthy of the asylum especially St Roger’s Asylum for the criminally insane. You have heard the inhuman screams echo threw this place and know you must get out before you truly go mad and now you have your chance, but the guards may not be your biggest problem. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mya awoke, she was in a dark room with a large door that was normally lock but was open today. she heard strange talking from the other side, but does not know if it is friend or foe, she does not even know what they are saying from here.
(Okay your turn.)
Mya, Even with her wolf ears Could Only Pick Up The Faintest Trace Of People Talking.Mya Looked Around The Room And Sees The door was open. Quietly She Slips her head out the door seeing if she can pick up the coversation.
As Mya looked into the room, she saw two large men. She recognized that they were the guards of this place. "Did you hear? There was a massive break out on the upper level." One of the men said, he was the taller of the two and had a scare running down his face. "Yea, I heard. Be hard not to with all the noise up there. We better be on the look out." Said the slightly smaller one. They looked like they were going to be there for a while. Across the room Mya could see a door. It was a long room that had a upside down T shape, except the top part of the T was longer then the bottom. Mya was in the right side of the T and the door was on the far left, the guards are in the middle. This room appears to be soom sort of storage room crates and boxes litter the floor. (Your turn.)
Mya Had a Plan,Quietly she crawled outta the room and hid behind one of the crates.Using the crates she crawled behind them and got to the door. She Quickly Slipped inside room and watched the guards from there.
The plan worked without to much of a problem, "Did you hear something?." The tall one said. "No, why?" Said the smaller one. "Nothing.... Lets go." The tall one finished and they both went up an elevator in the back of the T shaped room. When Mya turned to see the room she is in now she finds it is not much of a room at all but a stairway. It is a strangely big room to dedicate to a stairway, but that is not the weirdest thing. Mya could have sworn she heard foot steps coming from the top.
Kit awoke on a bed surrounded by other beds, most of them empty. He remembers that there was a break out but the guard caught most of the people that tried, the last few went through a near by door. Kit stayed however trying to pretend he went with the other so he could escape through the back door. He just hoped no more guards were behind there.
Kuro awoke in an torture room, she was tide to a chair but not well enough for her not to just untie herself, It looked like these things were electrified but are not anymore. In fact nothing seems to have power of any kind and everyone is gone. Then she remembered the break out, the scientist had put her to sleep before leaving evacuating, the guards where meant to take her back to her cage gut their gone. Now it is just an empty room filled with torture devices. As she got out of the chair she saw a door was open, from it she heard loud foot steps that sounded like someone stopping and then it abruptly stopped. (Your turn Eevee.)
Kuro, standing up from her torture chair, listened intently for the footsteps to start again. Her very sharp ears and eyes searching for something that she only hoped was there. She stayed completely still, though it was hard to considering the fact that she had been sitting for the past six hours, and waited for noise to fill her ears so she could bolt and hide somewhere.
Nothing, Kuro heard nothing, which was weird considering the foot falls were not far away you would think the person would need to walk more to get to the other end of that large hall way. Kuro had to leave some time, it was just a matter of risking it or not.
Deciding to take a peak at what, or who, was outside the door and in the hallway, Kuro silently walked barefoot to the door. Using her nose, Kuro tried to smell of something was in the hallway and if she could get passed whatever, or whoever, was in the hallway.
As Kuro's head entered the room she found there was nothing there, just a long I shaped room made of the same dull steal that made up everything in this place. as Kuro looked down the left side of the hall she found a large door, it looked more like a vault door than a prison door, to her right, down the other end of the hall way, there was no door just another steal wall, but that was weird because Kuro was positive that the foot steps where going to the dead end, how could some one have disappear. The only way someone could have done that was to clime up the smooth wall and make it to the air ducks at the top of the room which where 50 feet in the air. All that mattered now though was getting out of here and from where Kuro was standing that meant going through that giant door.
Kuro, being the cautious and suspicious person she was, looked up to ensure that no one had climbed to the ceiling to capture her and bring her somewhere else. Although she hadn’t stood in at least five hours, adrenaline had kept her completely steady and moving because she knew that this place, the asylum, was full of terrible people and it’s terribly dull and cold concrete walls and steel doors with all sorts of keys and codes.
As Kuro entered the next room she found it to be, by all accounts, pretty normal. It was a kind of waiting room that was now off line, there was a hole in the wall where a elevator would normally be but was now empty and there was a hall way that lead to a door. Kuro had to continue but before she could head to the door she heard the elevator coming and that could only mean one thing, a guard was coming. Kuro had a choice, she could run for the door, head back the way she came or try to hide in this room, she had only a few seconds.
Kuro, Deciding to go to a dark corner and shapeshift into a small black cat that blended into the shadow. Holding her breath, ready to either fight or flee, sitting there in her small and agile form. She couldn’t tell what the guard was, the elevator preventing her usually extremely sharp nose from smelling of the guard was male or female or was extremely strong or if there were multiple gaurds. Making her eyes dim for the small moments she was a cat, Kuro stared at the elevator in fright and anticipation.
Kuro smelled that there were two guards, both male. Her plan worked, they did not see a thing but she over heard them talking. "What happened here?" Said the slightly taller one as he looked around the building that now looks abandoned. "Probable the prisoners." Said the slightly smaller one. They both walked out the big steel door that Kuro came from. Kuro could breath easy for now, but she now must choose between the elevator and another large steel door, this one much more wreaked.
Kuro, changing back into her human form, tugged on her light jacket. She looked between the wreaked steel door and the elevator. Deciding to go the quieter route, she slipped through the steel door and looked around with her bright blue eyes.
Kuro was greeted with a unpleasant sight, A very dark and very long hall of asylum door. This was the place for the prisoners. It would not be a good idea to linger here, especially considering some doors are not closed. At the end of the hall was another large steel door, this one completely ripped from its hinges. Kuro felt an oppressive felling here, she had no way to know if it was the cold steel room with its old creaking wooden floor and its row of doors with padded rooms inside of them or something more.
Kuro, deciding there would be no other way to go other than the loud elevator, started to walk down the hall. She strained her ears and eyes to see and hear everything they could. Looking in every cell she passed to be sure no one was in there, Kuro slowly walked down the hallway, trying to do her best not to make any noise.
Kuro was shocked when she passed by one that was still holding someone but other than that it did nothing but bang on the door. She made it across the room, only to find herself in another room that was almost identical to the last, this repeated for awhile as she went down hall after hall of prisoners. She finally after almost twelve halls, Kuro found something that looked different, a wooden door that lead to a large bridge that connected two massive steel walls that were almost as tall as skyscrapers. This place is too big compared to the building, it would have to be underground. The bridge leads to a bunch of windows that belong to prison cells, one is open.
Kuro was shocked to find so many halls of prisoners and even more shocked to find that most cells were open. Kuro decided to be extra careful and was ready to do anything at a given moment. Seeing the massive buildings and the open cell window, Kuro crept up to the open cell window. Looking inside with her bright blue eyes, she wasn’t too close to the window to be injured but close enough to see what was inside. It was getting very warm, the sun she hadn’t seen in the longest of time making it slightly harder for her to see and warming her. Pulling on the edge of her jacket nervously as she watched inside for any movement.
Kuro went back to look into a room and found nothing, there was no movement no nothing, it was weird considering the lights where on and the door is locked. Getting a slightly closer look it appears there is a hole in the room that leads to another prison cell, there was someone here a few minutes ago how could they manage to dig through it so fast? Not much Kuro could do about it now.
Kuro, wondering if she could climb through the window, leaned into the window and looked deeper into the room. Knowing that someone had just left the room, she was being extremely careful because she knew that someone could enter just as quickly.
Kuro saw no one in the room just a hole in the middle like before. Now that she is closer she could see that the bed was tossed and was upside down, not really surprising considering this was a crazy persons room, It also was a padded cell it being a crazy persons room also not surprising.
Kuro, seeing normal telltale signs of this being a crazy person’s room, decided that she would head into the room through the window. Shape shifting into a blue bird, Kuro flew through the open window. Transforming back into her human form would result in a ten second loss so she decided to wait twenty seconds before turning back into a human. She kept an eye out for anyone that would decide to come out and try to take her down but scanned the rest of the room she couldn’t see before.
Kuro found nothing more in the room, that is until she looked at the door behind her, there were pictures, crayon drawings mostly of the persons family but one was creepy, it was a long black thing coming out of the window of the cell reaching for the prisoner with big red words above it saying LET ME OUT! Probable not wanting to pay that to much attention Kuro looked down the hole, it lead to the cell below which was almost exactly the same as this one but the bed was not tossed over.
Abel awoke to the sound of nothing, it was always noisy, dogs barking, cats screaming, every animal was always yelling in the kennel, it was for insane creatures before they were to be put down or to experimented on. But now there was no a sound in the building but what was even weirder was all the electric doors were unlock including Abel's. (You can join now.)
Kuro, finding the drawing creepy, took a note of the room. Upon looking down the hole, she strained her ears and eyes to find something or someone in the room below. She wanted to see or hear something in this silence and she was feeling awfully jumpy and she only wanted to see someone that was wrongly put in this asylum as she was.
Abel's ears perked up. Amidst the chaotic sound of howls and screeches that wreaked his ears, one sound seemed to be missing. The faint, electrical hum of the door seemed to have disappeared entirely. Instead, there was silence. At least, as silent as this place would get.
Perhaps this was his chance.
After all, it wasn't like he had any better ideas.
The bear shuffled out of the corner he typically slept in, padding across the floor on his hind paws. His claws clicked faintly against the cold, lifeless ground, adding to the wretched cacophony that he had become accustomed to. Cautiously sniffing the air (despite the fact that he knew that would yield no results, as the only scent he ever seemed to pick up was the rank odour of blood and urine), Abel proceeded to push at the door in an attempt to open it. What awaited on the other side? It was impossible to tell.
Kuro found nothing below just more silence, she looked back at the drawing once more and noticed something else, the man in the picture was hiding behind the bed that was tossed over in this room, well that explains the side ways bed he was hiding from something or himself hard to tell in a place like this.
The door opened to Apel's push, no one was there just a hall of cages. Far down the hall was the door Abel has heard open and close a hundred times, it most likely lead to the rest of the Asylum. If Abel wanted to escape he would have to head out that door.
Mya Dives Behind A Box Beiliving she heard Foot steps,She lowers her ears almost flat on her head and waits and waits and waits,After a while mya let's her ears go straight up and continues up the stairs.
Kuro felt very creeped out by the picture but, nonetheless, looked down the hole. She was debating whether she should jump down the hole or not, either way she would have to be quiet and wait for her cool down to finish.
Mya waited a few seconds but nothing came down the steps, maybe the stairs lead to a hall and someone was just walking by. not much she could do but come out and hope for the best.
Kuro's cool down finished for her power and she could now enter the hole without trouble or leave the room and head back to the large area. She just had to pick which was more important the hope that she could find others to help her down below or the thought that the large path leads to the outside of the asylum.
Kaguya awoke, she had forgot what had made her fall asleep but that is pretty normal for people like her. She got up and looked around the room, she finds herself is in a high cage surrounded by many more cages stacked on top of each other , some of them are empty some are not, some have people in them but they are rocking back and forth and don't even seem in there. Kaguya had no way out and these cages seem extremely well build and they have very thick bars, down below her is what looks to be a key but it is to far down to reach, it is her only hope though.
Kuro sighed, mixed with relief and worry, and changed into a Bird again. She flew down the hole and hovered right in the middle of the hole, ready to fly up or down in case she had to. She had a bad feeling in her stomach that told her something was going to happen. But, in an asylum, something bad always happened.
The door swung open, the clang echoing against the metallic walls. The outside sounds were clearer now. Animals yowled and panted, teeth battering fruitlessly against the reinforced mesh of their prisons. Cautiously, Abel continued down the hall, met by snarling and howling at his heels. Yet no tooth nor claw seemed to make contact, for they were confined same as he.
Or at least if they weren't, none of them had found a way out yet. Abel decided that probably meant he should move a bit more quickly.
Reaching the end of the hallway, Abel pushed open the other door, presuming that it was unlocked the same as the other one had been. Why? He didn't know. Perhaps something had broken the locks. Or the place had temporarily lost power. Either way, it was the first good luck he'd had at the Asylum.
Kaguya attempted to reach for the key. She tried desperately as her finger could barely touch it. She continued until her arm was too tired and strained, deciding to look around for any oher ways to exit. She thought perhaps bashing the front of the cage might loosing the lock so she attemped that. Of course, that only hurt her delicate shoulder. No other options left, she sat and think of another way to get out.
The door opened to Abel's push but as it did another door opened, Abel look back and he made eye contact with a dog, this dog was not normal it had ripped up fur, one eye was missing not blind just gone and were the fur was missing his skin was a strange color like he had a disease. Abel probable make a run for it and close the door behind him if he was fast enough, fighting did not seem like a good idea especially with the fact that is might be diseased.
As Kaguya was thinking she found she was sliding to one side of the cage very slowly, as she looked down Kaguya saw the cage was slowly falling off the stack, must have been all that banging. This could be her greatest opportunity or the sound of the cage hitting the floor will make her kidnappers come back which would be bad. The cage just needs a little moor banging to knock it off.
Kuro glanced around the room, it look almost the same as the last room but the bed was in the corner and was in the position that it look a little animal hole but with the people they keep in this place who knows maybe he or she thought they were a mouse or something. All in all though this room was not as scary as Kuro thought, just another creepy room. Then Kuro heard something, it was large loud foot falls head down the path just like when she first awoke.
Kuro has to wait 10 more seconds before she could change back but the sounds of the footsteps were coming closer by the second. If she was in her human form she would have cursed under her breath and tried to find a place to hide. She flew as fast as she could under the bed and waited for the footsteps to leave, not caring that her cool down was almost over.
Kaguya took a deep breath before ramming onto the front of her cage again. She held onto her aching shoulder as she rammed with her other shoulder. Feeling numb from the bash, she decided to take a break. After a while she got back as far back as the cage allowed her to go, giving a few fast taps before running up and bashed the cage with her whole body.
Kaguya's final ram into the cage was enough to send it teetering on the edge, that little subconscious voice that everyone has at the last second says something about, that is a long way down, but to late now to worry about that. The cage finally falls off with a loud clang.
Right before Kuro ducked under the bed she saw the creator of the foot falls, at first she only saw two massive legs but then she saw the thing was beginning to looked down, luckily Kuro was behind the bed before she could see the face so it stands to reason that it could not see her ether. Kuro had never seen someone so big he would have to be twenty feet tall at least. Just when everything went silent and she thought it was safe a long black hand came through the window, it was frantically reaching around in the room for something or someone, after a few second it began heading for the bed. The hand was to long and large for the thing it belonged to, it quickly reached for Kuro and it looked like the end but a long clang echoed throughout the building and the hand stop and left. Kuro heard loud foot steps and then nothing.
Kuro’s heart was beating very fast, panic fluttering throughout her body. She took quiet deep breaths, shifting into her human form. That was terrifying, she thought, glancing out from under the bed to check if the cost was clear. Seeing that it was, she came out from under the bed silently, her heart still beating rapidly.
The door pushed open easily to Abel's touch; the drab, grey expanse that was one of the asylum's many hallways stretching out before him. For a moment, he thought he was home free...
...but that would be too easy, wouldn't it.
From behind the bear came a guttural growl. Claws drummed against the stone floor, rhythmless and disorganised. Click. Click. Click. Abel slowly turned around, greeted by a canid face. It's fur was manged, its teeth yellowed, its eye torn out of its socket. It barked menacingly, foam splashing from its lips onto the ground. Abel took a step back. Its hairless skin writhed, covered in unnatural, bulbous green pustules. It snarled, pawing at the ground.
Diseases or not; whatever this thing was, Abel wasn't about to throw hands.
Instead, the black bear turned tail, bolting out of the room where he had been caged and slamming the door shut. He continued dashing down the hall, not stopping to look back at the creature that could be nipping at his heels.
Kaguya pushed herself up after the cage fell. As much as she wants to panic due to the loud sound the cage must have caused, she stayed calm and checked the lock. It was still locked tight. She then remembered the key as she looked around for it.
Unable to find it, she sat there and thinks for any alternative. But it was cut short with footsteps echoing in the distance. Quickly, she pretended to be unconcious as she laid there limp with one eye slightly opened.
Kuro was safe, at least for now, she could now enter through the door that the thing came through. She had to be careful not to make more sound or it might come back.
Abel ran at a faster pace than he could normally go, maybe the fear was causing it, he had no time to think about it for as he looked back, as he expected the dog was madly running after him. Abel made it to a door and if he could time it right he could slam the door right before the dog could jump through.
Kaguya saw a shadow, it was the most ugly shadow she had ever seen. It had giant arms that were longer than its body and judging by the shadows head shape the things jaw was open way to much to be normal. It was just going to make the corner when at the other end of the room and elevator came down with the little ding that all elevators had. Out of it came two men both with large machine guns and really ugly faces. "What happened here?" The slightly smaller one said. "Don't know." Said the taller one as he looked down at the knocked over cage. Before they could check if Kaguya was still alive they heard a strange noise come from the other end of the room, they both simply looked at each other for a second and began walking that way. After they made the corner nothing happened, Kaguya could still see the two's shadows but not that things, suddenly that thing came down from the ceiling its shadow dwarfing the two's, one of them yelled out. "Its him!" Before rounds from the automatic gun were fired. It went completely silent after that.
