Appearance: Andrew is barely 6 foot, and is average weight. He has messy blue hair and eyes with pale skin. He either wears some sort of open jacket over a shirt or a hoodie, primarily the colour red or blue, with jeans and sneakers. Andrew is nearly always seen with a pair of gloves on with a circular hole in the middle. This is to ensure he doesn't overuse his power unless he takes them off. He also carries a water bottle with him at all times.


Abilities and Powers:

Jetstream - Andrew can shoot out a beam of pressurized water from his palms. This can vary to a stream as small as a bullet, or his entire hand, or better yet both his hands pressed together. Due to the beam being so strong that it pushes him backwards, Andrew can use it to his advantage to hover and accelerate at high speeds by keeping arms behind him and shooting. Not on par with enhanced speed, but much faster than running. He can also create water like objects by concentrating hard enough. Extended use can dehydrate Andrew, potentially making him faint if used long enough.

Clouds - Self explanatory, Andrew can create three clouds at a time. These clouds can do a few things. They can combine with another cloud, making them even bigger and their effects stronger. It also allows Andrew to make another cloud. They're surprisingly durable, able to withstand a number of hits but are susceptible to heat. They are also standable on, and of course float. By coming in contact in water, lightning or ice, the cloud will absorb it and do one of the following:
  • If the cloud absorbed water, Andrew can make the clouds release rain directly below it. If this rain comes into contact with anyone, it will heal them. This is the most used one due to access to Jetstream. If a cloud is big enough, it'll instead shoot a beam of water.
  • If the cloud absorbed lightning or ice Andrew can make it shoot it back out in any direction. If a cloud is big enough, it'll shoot a beam of either lightning or ice.
Personality: Andrew was more of a quiet kid younger, he was known to be intelligent and fairly athletic. Yet one day, he had befriended a group of popular students, and after the course of around a month, Andrew had became much more different. He become much more confident, and a bit arrogant and reckless, sometimes coming off as rude. He became more energetic and intrepid, and despite this had learnt to care and not take friends for granted. He is still a tad bit shy around people he doesn't know well as before.

He wouldn't be on the same level with others that actually practise, but is more skilled than the average person. One day he'll perfect the mighty Thunder Quack move...
