DPPt/HGSS Rain team or Sandstorm team (which 1 and who)

KOL and myself were chatting last nite (after he whooped my ass again) about the differences between rain and sandstorm style teams. Was just wondering what the general view about each was and who would you have in each team.

My thoughts were:

Rain team:

Kingdra
Gyrados
ludicolo
Jolteon
suicune (maybe)
Starmie
Vaporeon

Sandstorm team:

Hippowdon/tyranitar (either or both)
lucario
metagross
scizor
skarmary
cacturne

Those are some of the ones i came up wid to have in there any ideas?

First of all, moving this to the Clinic since that's where it should be.

Secondly, we pretty much sorted all this out IRL whilst the site was down, so it can get a lock for good measure.
