Welcome everyone to the Kutarr region, a region that mainly boasts dry rocky terrains and mountains as far as the eye can see, although don't let it's harsh appearance fool you as there are plenty of forests and fields in the North East and despite most environments looking dry, it isn't that hard to find water. Scientists say that the 32% of flora in the region shows signs of continuously growing and expanding, slowly covering a small portion of the region every decade. There are several villages, towns and cities that dot Kutarr's landscape with some standing out more than others and you'll find no shortage of people and Pokemon harmoniously living side by side.
...However, the entire region mainly relies on one government who's forces are stretched too thin across the region and crimes that happen there are more common than one might think with several gangs already formed, each of which have a strong desire to lie, steal and cheat their way town by town until they rule the Kutarr region.
...Although there have been rumors saying that something far worse is coming that threatens to consume all of Kutarr.
Plot!: Our story focuses primarily on one of these gangs known as Team Spectral, a gang who favors remaining in the shadows and is famous not only for it's successful robberies or how it was around for almost a hundred years, but because unlike many criminals who see Pokemon as tools, Spectral is no stranger to the care of Pokemon, some consider this a strength while others see it as a weakness. Team Spectral's goal is exactly like every other gangs': Conquer the Kutarr region and destroy any potential competition along the way... although there will be bigger plans later on.

A large building that strongly resembles a caravan rests by the road between Oasis Town and Onyx Village. A popular place for someone to stop and freshen up or grab a drink, even criminals are said to stop by and are strictly forbidden to fight within it... unless you want to be banned for life.
Oasis Town is a town within the dry South West side of the region built around a large Oasis that was said to have been blessed by Suicune in ancient times to remain eternally pure. Despite being in "The Dry area" Oasis town has plenty of plants blooming around it.
Onyx Village is a village a lot like you would find in one of those old wild west movies in The Dry area with it's own bar and a popular area for Pokemon battles. It's Saloon also doubles as the first Gym a Trainer is to face who's Gym leader specializes in Ground type Pokemon.
Aquamarine Town is a town built close to one of Kutarr's famous beaches and is a popular place for tourists. It's also home to the Gym Leader who specializes in Water types with their Gym said to be on a little island not too far from the region; able to get there in ten minutes by boat.
A city that's built like a border between the Dry area and the North East side and has even been nicknamed "The Green Border". A place that has no shortage of anything one may want to find... whether it's legal or not. The Gym is found in the square of this Vast city where Steel types are the Gym Leader's arsenal.
Emerald Village is built within the edge of "The expanding forest" as is a common place for people who prefer easy access to both the Dry area and the beautiful green horizons. This place is home to the Grass type Gym.
Celestite Village is deeper and close to the center of the vast "Expanding Forest." It is home to the mysterious Fairy Type Gym.
Topaz Town was once a vast castle that seemed to have been abandoned in ancient times and has been remade with a town around it and the Gym within the castle belonging to the Dragon type Gym leader.
A quiet and peaceful town within the North West of Kutarr resting atop a mountain that's said to have snow during all four seasons and has no shortage of Ice type Pokemon alongside an Ice type Gym.
A city that rests at the edge of a once active volcano and it's closest neighboring village being Calcite Town, yet the best way to get there and back is by train. This city is home to the Fire type Gym.
A tower that some say pierces the very sky itself and is where many strong trainers go to battle. Every battle there is said more intense than the last.
A Valley nearly everyone in Kutarr considers to be just a myth, it's said that the valley is home to Shiny Pokemon that went in to hiding and live a peaceful life. Even if one was to miraculously find this village, it's said that it's strictly forbidden by all people to catch Pokemon there unless they wish to be punished by the "Immortal golems" that guard it. Even the worst criminals respect this ancient rule and even thinking of doing so will likely have you shunned by the entire region.
Near Onyx village is an old abandoned town once thought to be haunted by ghost types, within it's old church is a secret entrance that leads to an underground base of operations that looked to once be a vast abandoned mine.
