Well, I'm back in Pallet, Gamerblam is in Cerulean and Clite hasn't said where he is. Should everyone meet up at Pewter? It would let our chars meet and we can beat the first gym.
Well, Darrius is in Viridian, as he normally is.
I forgot to wrote in my post the name of a City But Clint is in Pewter as he ended his travel to his destination.

It also wears a blue and simple feathered headdress that represents its final form.
Personality- Coiflet is a very playful owl that loves to fly around. It even likes to mess with its trainer a lot. However, in battle, it turns WAY different. It’s not a playful owl, it’s rather an angry owl. It’s serious in battle. Some people even call this ‘form change’, but it’s not.

Personality: She’s very strict at times, however she treats her co-workers like children a little bit. However, she does anything to get the Data Vault. She is too determined, and like Nathan, not always alert at times. Mainly, she acts somewhat nice to trainers unless they get in her or the Cyber King’s way. She’s then very bothered.

Battle Bond: Alolan Ninetales, in its Battle Bond, becomes an “Ice Queen”. It is given a blue and frosty crown. All of its paws get very sharp nails, and all the tails are longer and have an iceberg symbol with a blue iceberg. Surrounding the crown is a bunch of icicles that constantly rotate. The Battle Bond also raises all Ice and Fairy accuracy since they ‘last longer’.
Other: Nathan’s ‘older sister’. He was told she was “kidnapped” when she disappeared at an age, but that was not the case. Nathan still remembers her and it’s not been that great for him. He doesn’t know she’s the ‘Cyber Queen’. The Data Vault very much interested her after finding a group of grunts that are currently Team Cyber Honorary Grunts. She has honestly changed a lot.

@Clite of Dragonbow don't you think that a low-level Chimchar summoning 16 shadow clones in one turn, as well as attacking, is a bit much? Usually, the animation for Double Team just shows two shadow clones of the Pokemon appearing. Chimchar would have had to have done Double Team 4 to 16 times.

Here's my idea for an Elite Four Member! She's different then the norm, so I won't be offended if you turn her down.
Name: Maddie Delong
Age: 9
Appearance: Maddie is a very short little kid, and has brown hair put up in pigtails. She often wears a flower crown that she makes herself, and wears normal clothes.
Personality: Maddie, above all, just wants to have fun. Her favorite activity is Pokemon Battling, and she is what one would call a Pokemon prodigy. She's very smart when it comes to battling and Pokemon in general, but often acts quite immature.
Team: Sylveon, Espeon, Umbreon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Leafeon
Other: I suppose an explanation for how Maddie got so many Eeveelutions is in order. A reason that Maddie enjoys Pokemon battling and is so knowledgeable about Pokemon is because her parents are two prolific Pokemon Breeders. Under their guidance, Maddie actually surpassed them quite quickly when it came to battling, landing a spot in the Elite Four.

Yeah, just be within reason. For example, you can catch a Zubat in Mt.Moon, or Weedle in Viridian Forest.

Don't worry, it's all the Pokemon in one region. Just think about what Pokemon would be where, and be reasonal. Don't just catch a random Lucario on Route 3.

I'm assuming it requires an amazing bond, a fully evolved pokémon, and a Bond Bracelet.
Yeah, but is it just a thing like a Mega Evolution or Z move that can be activated instantly?
Probably not. It probably only works in dire situations.

I would say it works when using a specific move, like Water Shuriken, or low health. That, or a very strong bond.
