As Doctor Oak mentioned here, a few of Pokecharms' forums have received a much needed revamping. One such includes the existence of the "Debate" board.
Over the years the Debate forum has seen little activity, mostly due to the fact that many of its topics could fit onto a general discussion board. With the separation of the Misc. Forum we decided to merge the Debate board with the new more serious Misc. forum, resulting in what you see now.
As the description says, this board is for ANY type of serious discussion that does not fit anywhere else on the Pokecharms forums (and posts do count towards your overall post-count). By "serious" we simply mean actual discussion threads and not things like "Post your Desktop!" or "What did you eat for supper?". All of those are to go on the "Random Chatter" board.
Guess that's it. For now I'll leave this open for any questions you guys might have, but here's hoping everyone enjoys the board split/merging.
