These two are moves/abilities I've eagerly been waiting for. (but never thought of while posting here '^^) Why does Solarbeam have the same power even though there is no sunlight? Why does an unhappy pokemon obey its trainer? Nintendo should've thought about this before.

PP:5
Power: --
Accuracy: --
Priority: -6
Pokemon that learn it: All final evolutions of any ghost type, any pure psychic type.
Effect: The user uses a random move from the last 3 turns from either side.
If the move was from this turn, it is at full power. (5% of happening)
If the move was from last turn, it loses 1/4 of it's power. (10% of happening)
If the move was from 2 turns ago, it's power is halved. (50% of happening)
If the move was from 3 turns ago, it's at 1/4 power. (35% of happening)

If this move copies another 'Fading Echos' move used in the last 3 turns, it copies whatever move that 'Fading Echos' move copied.

(If you read both the name and effect, it suddenly makes sense.)
