    I usually find Psypoke's calculator to be pretty good for this kind of thing. Although it doesn't take into account abilities so its not perfect.

    It definitely does not count as free to use, no. That rule specifically says that the artist must mark bases free-to-use with a specific message – so if they originally upload it in dA, they have to say it's free to use in the description there, or as part of the image itself. Anything from Google Images won't follow that rule.

    Collages also don't count as your own work, as they involve taking work you didn't make and putting it together – again, unless you did so with purely free-to-use bases, it would be against our "No copying" rule.

    Kinda saddening you can't have an unlimited amount of Trainer Cards saved, but oh well

    Well, the reason is that we only have so much space here (it's quite expensive!), so we need to be sure that no-one's using it all. You can upload cards to Imgur if you want to save lots of them :)
