ooh woops i copy and pasted this from a prevous trade thread i have it basicly means you can't trade the pokemon on smogon and yes i can clone

well, again, what gives you the right to say they can't trade it?
Also, cloning is regarded as no better than hacking the pokemon from nothing.

I can't stop or warn you for giving them out, however, as long as the people you give them to know about it.
