the three regis in ruby

kay so i know how to get the regis
i know the whole process
my only problem is
none of my pokemon on ruby know dig and i can't transfer any pokemon from my other games
is there any way to get another dig tm or raise a pokemon to a certain level to learn dig?
or am i never going to get the regis?

EDIT: i remember that when i got the tm dig in the game, i sold it because i didn't have any pokemon that could learn it at the time

I believe there are only two options for you to get Dig naturally through level up on a Pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire. Nincada learns Dig at level 45 (don't evolve it) and Trapinch learns it at level 41 (once again don't evolve it).
