Yes, hello and welcome. As you've all read right, this is the Epidemic Virus RP from before, part three. But, I hear your questions. 'Doesn't this RP belong to @LunarSilvally ?' Yes, it does. But, I have been given permission to create the third sequel to the RP. Three years have passed since Part 2. This time around, things take a different turn. The former team skull, now called the Order of the Dokuro (or Skull, translated from japanese) has gotten big. Very big. Summarized, formerly team skull, has moved into the current region after it disbanded. A few grunts set Hades, a former grunt-turned-leader, as their new leader and followed his every step. Together, they set up shop in an abandoned old town, prepared to repair it. They accepted anyone, Pokemon or Person. Together, more people joined, and the city was re-furnished. Now, Dokuro City is probably the most high-security city there is. From floodlights to sniper towers, to even the same concrete wall that surrounded Po Town once rebuilt, this city has everything. Houses, Factories, Hospitals, Police and even Military. Everyone is accepted here... But not everyone exactly knows the truth about them. Evil rumours have gotten ahold of the Order of the Dokuro, and a group of rebels amongst other evil do'ers have gathered to fend against the city. They put hard belief in that the nasty rumours are true. Some of them refuse to listen to reason. So far, they were no threat to Dokuro City. But who knows when that will change?

Remember, this rp takes part three whole years after the last one. If you want to be your old character, you'll have to age them up by three years.
Here are the important things!
- No Autoing or Bunnying.
- Romance is allowed, up to kissing.
- Blood, Gore and Swearing is allowed, but use it reasonably.
- You may have up to six pokemon in each team. Your partner counts towards the maximum.
- You may have up to four characters. They can be Human or Pokemon
- No double posting, as in a second message underneath your first. Allow others to get their chance first.
- No rushing in this rp. We can take things in any speed we want. We are not in a hurry.
- Try to fix your grammar and spelling, for the sake of the thread.
- If I am offline, @LunarSilvally can lead the thread for me.
- Abide general pokecharms rules, naturally.
- Don't force another person's char to do something you want. If they do something you don't like, there's not really much to be done. You can message them, but it is up to them what they do with their character.
- No Legendaries. (Mega Evolutions and Z-Moves must be permitted by admins.)
- Every post must atleast be a paragraph long, as in 3-4 sentences. They also must be written in third person and past tense. They are part of the Charms rules, and it just generally looks better.
- You may have up to four weapons, two in each primary and secondary. Dual Melee (So long as they are relatively small weapons, swords or katanas at best) count as one, as do throwing weapons.
Stage 1: Just a normal zombie that can easily be killed with a headshot
Stage 2: They are a bit more stronger and slightly fast that can easily be killed by hitting the head and chest at the same time
Stage 3: They are the speedy type that is able to run and are stronger and are slightly more difficult to escape if they grab you as they can only be killed by a bomb explosive
Stage 4: They are the toughest ones as they are able to climb walls as their speed is off the top including their strength as they can only be killed when all of their limps are cut off including the head
Stage 5: One of the most powerful ones and difficult to kill, they wear chains around them with a huge iron hammer to instantly smash any nonzombie human. They can only be killed on the inside if you're lucky to open its mouth
Stage 6: A fairly recent stage. It is highly resistant to elements, can only be stunned and knocked out by physical means. It can be killed only by chemical warfare.
Stage 7: A new stage that has shown itself during the past year. Deaf, blind but not dumb, it can catch onto someone by smell only. It can catch a scent from miles away, and can only be killed by starvation.

Name: Hades 'Headhunter' Whitecastle

Job: Mayor/Leader of the Order of the Dokuro

Appearance: Hades, underneath all his clothing, has burn marks all over his skin, the point where you can even see flesh where the skin couldnt re-connect anymore. This is the very reason he keeps himself so heavily clothed. He lost nearly all his hair in the fire aswell, which is the second reason. His hair, while barely being present, is an ash-black colour and his eyes are a light-blue colour. He stands at 6'3ft tall. He wears a skull mask (as seen here. ) and a spiked biker helmet (the one where the spikes are arranged in a mohawk fashion) to completely cover up everything but his eyes. For clothing he wears a black leather jacket you'd see a biker wear, with a red scarf tucked underneath the collar. His hands are covered by leather gloves of matching colour and his legs are also hidden by black leather pants with matching combat boots. He keeps all this colour on himself for three reasons: 1: Black is just his favourite colour. 2: With an outfit like this it's quite hard to spot him in the dark. 3: Extra protection and it hides all burned bits of him. In addition, he also wears a black duffel bag on his back that acts like a backpack most pokemon trainer have. It contains all kinds of gadgets, foods, ammo and whatnot. Underneath his biker attire, he wears the same clothes Guzma, the former Team Skull Leader, had worn. When he's out and about, he wears an iron team skull chain necklace. Inside the town however, he wears the nostalgic gold chain skull necklace.
Personality: A stubborn loner who went through alot due to the apocalypse had maddened him up quite alot. He's a lone wolf who seemingly suffers from megalomania. He always tries to get his way, but will listen to reason and will take the ways of others, especially when his love interest agrees with it. When he's not around anyone except his love interest, he's taking time to care for his pokemon. He does most of his killings for the sake of keeping his team alive in first priority, then his love interest in second place, then him in third.
