DPPt/HGSS Shiny Giratinas????

Virachan has right, you can't find so easy a shiny pokemon its impossible!!!!!! Anyway if the pokemon are hacked you must speak with the admins or the moderators

No you don't. You just have to inform the person you are trading with knows what your giving them is hacked. Having a mutual agreement is much easier than involving others and wasting their time.

So if you AR'd in the distortion world for it, which means hacked for it, that somehow means it is legit?

If an AR is involved at all it is not legit.

Well, Action Reply would be at the reciever's discretion, but Soft Reseting (which is porbably what is meant when burp23 said SR) is a normal course of action when hunting shiny legendaries/starters.
