Okay first of all fly is BAD switch it for drill peck, which I belive has the same base power but isnt 2 turns and has 100 accuracy instead of 90-95

Metagross Lv 57:
Modest Nature

Meteor Mash
Sludge Bomb
Rock Smash
Psychic


Okay if you can, try to get a metagross that isnt modest. His special attack is not very good( 95) compared to his attack (135). Also try not to use him as a mixed sweeper, he very good as a physical sweeper, so why dont you try this:

Drill Peck has base of 80.
You don't need both Shock Wave and Thunder. If you're setting up Rain Dance, then drop Shock Wave for Agility.

Empoleon can also take the Physical route:

Empoleon
Adamant Nature
-Waterfall
-Stone Edge
-Drill Peck
-Earthquake/Swords Dance

Waterfall gives STAB.
Drill Peck and Earthquake hits its weaknesses. (Fighting and Electric)
Stone Edge gives it some more coverage.

Return or Double-Edge works over Steel Wing, as Close Combat would hit Anything Steel Wing hits harder.
