I was wondering - If I use Wish, the nswitch pkmn, does the switched in poke get the healing? Or do I have to Baton Bass/U-Turn into it? ???

the switched pokemon gets the healing without baton pass

The only reason [I can think of] that someone would baton pass is so that the pokemon that is already out will take the damage before the switch [if it's slower]... otherwise the pokemon you switch in might just die from the attack it takes.

I've seen the baton pass switch mainly on Umbreon.
