I think I'm going to have Targa evolve during her exploration. If anyone else would like to evolve their Pokemon, let me know.

Oh... The reason i created E.Z. was sop he could be the Voice! The person talking to Twiggy and Shinx is E.Z. Also, i'm waiting for Twiggy to gain strength to evolve. That would most likely when his stem grows back.
