OK, I couldnt get Siesmic Toss. And I was thinking of replacing it with Calm Mind, but Im not 100% sure of it. So if you think Calm Mind is a better option, speak up ^_^

Plapti

Milotic and any of your walls needs Max HP before Max Def/S. Def.

So to get it done:
Milotic: 252 HP/136 Def/122 S. Attack
Leafeon: 252 HP/200 Def/58 Attack
Blissey: 252 Def/200 S. Attack/58 HP or 200 HP/58 S. Attack

Those sets of EVs should be ample for your purposes. Blissey is the only excexption for Max HP, but you need more S. Attack to hit stuff. And Stealth Rock can be replaced for Calm Mind for BoltBeam coverage.

You can get Salamence Dragon Pulse by breeding it with a Seadra that knows Hydro Pump and Dragon Pulse. Dragon Claw doesn't get boosted and if you want to use Dragon Claw, you'll need a different Nature. (Mild/Rash)

Flame Orb activates Wonder Scale, which provides a free boost for Milotic's defenses. It also doesn't suffer from the attack reduction caused by burns, being a special attacker and all.
