DPPt/HGSS My Competitive Team - advice, please?

This is a team I've pulled together for a league I belong to. I usually use Drapion as my lead.

Quiet Togakiss @ wise Gasses / king's rock
Serene Grace, male
-Shock Wave
-Fly
-Air Slash
-Aura Sphere

Impish Drapion @ Scope Lens
Sniper, male
-Toxic Spikes
-Ice Fang
Poison Fang
-Crunch

Adamant Electivire @ Expert Belt
Motor Drive, male
-Earthquake
-Ice Punch
-Cross Chop
-Thunder Punch

Jolly Arcanine @ Leftovers
Flash Fire, male
-ExtremeSpeed
-Roar
-Flare Blitz
-Thunder Fang

Naughty rotom @ Metronome
Levitate, X
-Confuse Ray
-Substitute
-Thunderbolt
-Shadow Ball

Quiet Cradily @ Big Root
Suction Cups, Male
-sludge Bomb
-Confuse Ray
-AncientPower
-Giga Drain

*The League I'm in doesn't allow EV-training, IV-breeding, or nature-breeding. Any advice is apreciated, thanks!

Ditch Poison Fang for Cross Poison and Crunch for Night Slash on Drapion.
Fly shouldn't be used in Togekiss. Use Shadow Ball or any other Spcial Attack. Also, try abusing Serene Grace.
Sludge Bomb may be powerful, but it only hits one type for Super-effetive hits. If you can, get a Cradily with Recover. Then get rid of Giga Drain for Energy Ball. And you can then change the item to Leftovers.

Hope that helped.
