Before we can discuss your team, it would be helpful to know their moves and items. It would also be useful to know if this is a competitive team or only for in-game.

Don't double-post. I've told you before.

Anyway, I'll let someone else handle competitive. Your Charizard does not need three fire moves. I'd keep Flamethrower or give it Flare Blitz, and maybe give it Dragon or Shadow Claw, Rock Slide, something of that nature.

Snorlax should probably be using solely attack or solely special moves, depending on which stat is higher.

Electivire should be physically attacking. With that in mind, use Thunderpunch (or Thunderbolt, actually; its Ap. Atk. isn't bad) and Ice Punch, and maybe Fire Punch as well.

Blastoise should not have three water moves. Surf or Hydro Pump will suffice. Ice Beam might be helpful over Blizzard. Flash Cannon might be helpful for type coverage, and Mirror Coat might help as well. :\ I'll admit, I never used Blastoise that much.
