??? Can anyone help me? I'm looking everywhere in Ruby for a volbeat, and it says it is right next to Mauville, but I can never seem to find it! Has anyone else found it?

Volbeat are rare in Ruby, so you just have to keep looking. They're a bit more common in Sapphire, but not much >>;

If you're just looking for a Dex entry, then catch yourself an Illumise as they should be more plentiful. Breed it and you have a chance of getting a Volbeat.
