During the time of Red/Blue/Yellow, most people I knew who played the game, including me, spelled their trainer name in all caps, mainly since it matched all the other names of the NPCs in the game. Same thing with Gold/Silver/Crystal, all caps. I missed out on Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, but recently got back into the grove with Diamond. I've noticed that all the names (except for the Pokemon) are actually spelt normally this time around. I'm alright with doing the same (Mike instead if MIKE), but with Firered and Emerald, I'm not sure which to go with: the style that fits, or the style I like.
Anywho, silly thread topic, but I'm curious about how everyone else went about with this. How did everyone else style their trainers names? All caps? Normally? Differently than the other two?
