DPPt/HGSS Help on my Porygon-Z

Well, I don't have a Porygon-Z yet, but I need to know this to know which Porygon to catch (they're yesterday's Pokémon on the Mansion).

Just as a note, this is an in-game competitive moveset. I mean, it's for the Battle Tower and Wi-fi, but not Netbattle.

So, which nature is better for Porygon-Z? Modest or Timid? (Raise its Sp.Atk. or its Speed, and lower its Attack).

And which moveset is better?

Porygon-Z @ Something?
Adaptability | Timid/Modest
EV's: 252 Sp.Atk., 252 Spd., 6 HP
- Tri-Attack
- Nasty Plot
- Discharge (I know Thunderbolt is better but it learns Discharge through level-up)
- Some other special move (Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Psychic, Signal Beam, or Shadow Ball. Which is better?)

OR

Porygon-Z @ Choice Specs
Adaptability | Timid/Modest
EV's: 252 Sp.Atk., 252 Spd., 6 HP
- Tri-Attack
- Discharge
- Dark Pulse/Ice Beam/Psychic/Signal Beam/Shadow Ball
- Dark Pulse/Ice Beam/Psychic/Signal Beam/Shadow Ball

Thanks in advance! :)

Go with a modest nature and distribute the EVs the way you did.
I'd go with:

Porygon-Z@Wise Glasses/Choice Specs
-Adaptability/Modest
-EVs: 252 S Att/252 Speed/6 HP
-Psychic/HP Psychic (To take care of Fighting types)
-Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse (For Ghost types)
-Discharge/Thunderbolt (For Steel types -watch out for Steelixs though- )
-Nasty Plot/Ice Beam/Hyper Beam (To raise S. Att/dispose of Dragons/deal a huge amount of damage)
