Don took a sip of his coffee as he checked the life signs onboard the starship Aries. It along with seven other ships held what was left of humanity as they traveled threw the vastness of space to get to their new home. He took another sip as everything looked good. "I should probably contact the others.' He thought thinking about the other AI's onboard the other ships. While they might not be alive they all originated from deceased humans. Don's came from a nerd from the early twenty first century. it made him even more egger when he realized where they were heading. The not so hypothetical home world of Mr. Spock from Star Trek. Before he could open up a channel with the other AI's he felt something hit him as his hologram started to break apart. He checked the censors to see that they where hit by something causing damage to the star drive and varies other parts of the ship. He let out a curse.

Captain Daniel Jackson's eyes opened up as he looked around. Where they at 40 Eridini already? His pod opened as he fell to the floor. He breathed heavily wondering why he wasn't greeted by doctors as was the protocol when they arrived. the next thing that happened resulted in his stomach empting itself. He stood up as he tried to walk only to fall on the ground just missing his vomit. He noticed other pods opening and wondered what was going on. did they come out of hyper sleep to early. He stood up as he walked towards the others.

AX Walked to the Criogenic Room. The pods where opening. He tried to analyse the situation, but nothing. It probably was an error... But maybe it wasn't. Anyways, he needed to instruct people to stay in the room. ''Humans, please stay at the room.'' He Said with his robotic voice. The robot wasn't sure what happened, but then he analysed again. The Ship was damaged. He analysed, this time correctly. ''Computer, start auto-repair.'' AX Said to the Computer, which started Auto-Repairing itself. AX Also needed to put the humans to sleep in Criogen again.

''The Ship is really damaged.'' The computer announced at the ship, but it was a little bit too late. The Ship started to shake as explosions happened. AX09-8, go to the East section of the Ship see how much the ship was damaged. The Computer warned AX, which got to there. A massive hole that was making all air go out of the ship was here. ''Lock all doors in East Section!'' AX said as the computer locked the doors, making the room with a hole in it be countered. At least for now.

On Aries, Orson was rudely awakened. He stumbled out and it took him longer than the other people to get his act back together. He wandered around the ship, tripping over every now and again, until he regained his sight. He looked outside of a window. "What are we needed for?" Orson asked.

Groargo stood at the control station in the 'Fort of Laughter,' known as Griggleclahyde, in the Gnawenak tongue. This ship had come quite far in recent years, originating from a planet in the next galaxy. Now in the 40 Eridani A system, the bipedal hyena race hoped to colonise and take over many of the planets in this region. The Gnawenak were a race that enjoyed fun and laughter, but the tone of the ship had begun to be serious in this room. Most of the intelligent Gnawenak were in the room operating the various computers, controls and screens that had been in this room had been deployed by the Madness Empire's upper council. A collection of various races that strived to take over the universe, this army of aliens had created a group of unique leaders from each race, due to the vast armies being so large. One leader was not strong enough. Groargo, as the respected leader of both sides of the Gnawenak coin, had been asked to join this upper council and he had responded quick and easily with a 'yes' as soon as possible. The upper madness council seemed quite dull and serious compared with that of the ever laughing Groargo. Groargo had adopted their seriousness during recent regular meetings of the council. The introduction of new members had changed that, though, as of the last meeting. Groargo was able to send all of the council into histerics. Now, standing back in his ship, the Gnawenak looked out of a large glass pane-it was colossal! He gazed at the planets, the ones the Madness Empire had taken over and colonised and the ones still left. He looked and noticed 8 strange unusual specks in the distance floating in the black void that was space.

"Forward the thrusters!" Groargo shouted, a harshness in his voice. "I want to see what those things are..."

The Fort of Laughter sped up intensely for a few seconds and the ship parked itself more than 10 miles from the ships.

"What...are those ships?" Groargo said to himself. "Looks like we have more visitors! Don't forget to deliever them their welcome meal!" Groargo roared and the whole ship laughed as they heard him. Groargo had left a device on that allowed him to talk to the rest of the ship too.

Daniel walked towards the major. " Major." He said as he saluted the man. " You won't by chance know how close we are to 40 Eridini?" he asked.

" Attention people." Dom said threw the intercoms. " We are having technical difficulties. Everyone remain calm." He said.

"Unidentified species!" Roared one of the operators in the control room of the 'Fort of Laughter.' "They're not from this solar system, nor from ours...they're not even from the 'Castle of Madness,' not even one of their own cluster ships..."

"What are they doing here? They're in for a right socking!" Groargo yelled and the whole room burst into laughter after their leader ordered for a chuckling. He turned more serious. "Activate the teleportation devices for boarding!"

And of course, the Gnawenak aliens all spoke this in their strange and unique tongue.

AX walked to where the aliens were. ''I will just attack you if you are represent danger.'' AX said with his robotic voice. He knowed the aliens would not know his language, but this was the thing he was proggamed to make. ''You don't represent danger. Not now.'' AX said with his robotic voice again. He taked his blaster, ready to attack if the aliens represented danger.

One by one, the Gnaws teleported onto the human colony ships and Aries. Their technology had been lent by foreign races. The technology allowed them to teleport anywhere within a large range and so they did. The Gnaws which boarded the initial ship saw AX and readied their weapons. They had a variety of weapons. Most of them were large metal blasters which required both hands to carry and they could shock their enemy and stun them to the ground with electricity. Some of them had metal blades and daggers and some had thick iron clubs. Another group boarded the ships with strange looking machine guns. On Excalibur, the Gnaws surrounded AX.

"I'll take it from here." Groargo said. He pressed a button on a control pad and he stepped into the light of one of the teleporters and it took him to the group that had surrounded AX.
