DPPt/HGSS Competitave Battling Team, Ready for Wi-Fi

Okay, I joined this website about a month ago, and I've been training and tweaking my team ever since, hoping to make a dent in the competition out there.

Well heres the product of my blood sweat and tears. (heh, not really)
None are hacked, or cheated, all have regular EV's (not 255 maxxed for each stat likes some cheaters do)
All `Pokes are level 100

Adamant Metagross@Muscle Band
Clear Body

Explosion (last resort)
Earthquake
Zen Headbutt (physical STAB)
Gyro Ball (uber powerful- Metagross has very low speed + physical STAB)

Adamant Dusknoir@Leftovers

Pressure

Brick Break (to get normals when normals can't get him)
Thunderpunch (Solid physical attack)
Shadow Punch (physical STAB)
Earthquake (solid physical STAB)

Adamant Garchomp@Focus Band
Sand Veil

Crunch (take out strong phycics, has low spec def)
Dragon Claw (STAB)
Earthquake (STAB)
Swords Dance (sweeping)

Careful Kabutops@Damp Rock

Swift Swim

Rain Dance (Doubles Speed)
Swords Dance (After RD to sweep)
Waterfall (physical STAB)
Stone Edge (Physical STAB)

Modest Magnezone@Choice Specs/Expert Belt
Sturdy

Thunderbolt (spec STAB)
Flash Cannon (spec STAB)
Mirror Coat
Metal Sound (walls)

Timid Togekiss@Wise Glasses
Serene Grace

Air Slash (high criti- spec STAB)
AncietntPower (solid spec attack, great effect with Serene Grace)
Psychic (solid spec attack, great effect with Serene Grace)
Aura Sphere (for double-team/fly/shadow force)

Meteor Mash could work over Gyro Ball if you face PP issues.
Dusknoir needs a Choice Scarf if it wants to sweep. If you need a wall like one, how about this:
Dusknoir@Leftovers
Pressure Ability
Impish Nature
252 HP, 26 Atk, 188 Def, 44 Spd
-Pain Split
-Thunder/Ice Punch
-Shadow Punch
-Will-o-Wisp

Those EVs give Dusknoir a half decent attack, enough to outspeed some other slower Pokemon and a soild defense with Max HP.

Pain Split is 'Noir's only way of getting HP back other than Rest.
Will-o-Wisp really hits walls hard to lower their attack.
SHadow Punch is for STAB while Thunder/Ice Punch is to hit common threats in the game.
Ice for Dragons and Ground-Types.
Thunder for Gyarados and Flying-types.

Garchomp can easily benefit from knowing Fire Fang. It hits Ice-Types hard and the most ever common wall, Skarmory for some heavy damage. Leftovers works over Focus Band. So does Focus Sash, it ensures you get at least one boosted attack in.

Kabutops might not be able to last two attacks. So X-Scissor or Night Slash could work. Adamant and Jolly are also better natures, but I'm wondering why you have Careful as a nature. Any particular reason?

Thunder Wave can help Magnezone overcome its speed problem.

Togekiss can also use a Modest nature better than Timid. If it gets paralysis support, all the better. Silver WInd can work over Ancient Power if you want to hit Psychics hard.

Hope that helped.
