Taking the plunge. One from each moveset.

For Infernape, I prefer Flare Blitz over Blast Burn. Do you care to have Close Combat and Flare Blitz on one moveset? Brick Break is a good alternative. Also consider a physical rock or grass type move.

Your Charizard has three fire type moves on it. And I don't like the accuracy of any of them. For one get rid of Fire Blast and replace with Flamethrower. Accuracy and PP over power. Dragon Pulse can replace Heat Wave. Not sure about the fourth move though...

Same issue with Blastoise. Water Gun is a little pathetic. Hydro Pump is lacking on accuracy. Hydro Cannon forfeits the next turn AND is lacking on accuracy. Since Blastoise's Sp. atk and atk are pretty close you can pick Surf or Waterfall NOT BOTH. Ice Beam is helpful too. I also recommend Flash Cannon.

For Absol: Night Slash OR Sucker Punch, Psycho Cut, Swords Dance, Aerial Ace

In general, you should diversify your Pokemon's moves and give them moves to compliment their Stats and try to cover weaknesses.
